Re: Attention All Pokémon Let's Go Poké Ball Plus Owners: For The Love Of God, Don't Ever Delete Your Save

Why is this a surprise to people? It's just like the download codes you get for Pokemon in other games. And don't say, "Yea, but this is $50." because if you're paying $50 just so you can have Mew you're quite frankly an idiot. I mean, it's pretty obvious they're going to let you get Mew some other way down the road. It's just a neat bonus for early adopters.

@Cobalt You seem really triggered about things that don’t even affect you. I can understand being angry about them dumbing down the game for everyone, but why does it matter if the game has a completely separate “easy” mode? You do realize there’s people with disabilities who legitimately need something like that. Just don’t play with that mode and you’re good lol it’s really not that big of a deal

@Meaty-cheeky I’m pretty sure there’s still a level cap of 100, but you still have CP too. Even after your Pokémon reaches max level you can still up their CP with candies that you get from tradin Pokémon back to the professor. But even then, I think there’s a max your Pokémon can get to based on their IV’s. It’s not like you can indefinitely power up your Pokémon lol

I’m so happy about this. My laptop is too big to use in bed, but my phone is too small. And I can’t use the tv since my bf can’t sleep with it on. So being able to have a decent sized screen that I can watch with headphones while laying down is fantastic

@HobbitGamer

Okay this is quite a bit of an afterthought, but if you do decide to replace the shells make sure when you put the batteries back in to use a bit of adhesive/glue on them to hold them in place. The adhesive that was already on them was VERY weak and I can now hear them rattling around a bit when I use the Joy-Cons lol

@HobbitGamer I’d say it depends on how comfortable you are with electronics, but I found it to be relatively simple. Just very nerve wracking because of the ribbon cables. I’d say the two things that made it the most difficult would be getting the triggers back on since you have to precisely line them up with the springs and press down at the same time and then there’s the fact that the screws strip VERY easily. I stripped 3 of the screws that hold on the backplate of the Switch lol. But as long as you’re careful with them it isn’t too horrible.
