Am I wrong for not liking 2016 and Eternal for them feeling more like superhero action (complete with BS long lore) than horror shoot-em ups like the originals?

Are GBA's/SP's that hard to come by that people are resorting to clones?

Looking forward to the Nintendo Life review of it and them giving it an average score when the game itself is downright terrible.

Poor, poor Captain Falcon and the rest of the F-Zero cast. Many people just think of him and a majority of Nintendo characters that aren't Mario, Zelda or Pokemon related as just a Smash Bros. character...

It's happened before. Remember the Cukeman dialogue in the german version of Links Awakening?

And just like Mario and Sonic on their anniversaries, don't expect anything big like an entirely new game.

Gotta love these articles that bait people into having arguments on whether or not Nintendo is being a hardass on fans over what they do with their intellectual property.
Fortunately I'm not a bootlicker, and I say let fans do what they want with a 20 year old game that Nintendo or them are not making a penny from anyway.

I agree with you about one of their downfalls being experimentation after experimentation. However I wouldn't agree with you on them making another "boost to win" game.
I think they should make something akin to that fan-game "Sonic Robo Blast 2", which had a universally positive reception.

Yeah but it looks like it would have been on Satan (compare them to Sonic Jam and you will see what I mean).
Not saying it wouldn't be on Dreamcast, but it would make a lot more sense they were planning on making it for Saturn first.

As much as I like the original Sonic Adventure (sure it's a bad game, but it's still fun), I would have loved that Saturn version even more.
It just oozes cheap 90's aesthetic that moves me~

Loved Zelda II, and grew up with the GB/GBC games that I still play today. But seeing how much of a disappointment the Link's Awakening remake was for me I think it's best for Nintendo to stick with 3D...

No surprise here. Nintendo raves that they are they are the ambassador of fun, however it's their way of "fun" (which isn't much) and if anybody uses their assets to actually make something fun (of which they don't make a profit off of by the way) and exciting they shoot everything down left right and center.
