I have pretty much everything except Megaman. That price isn't bad but I know I'm not going to play it much because I suck at Megaman. Yeah I can take down monsters 100x bigger than me in Monster Hunter but I'm dead before the first boss in Megaman.

Moving on, you were too far away in that first match. All your punches only got to about halfway of the stage while both of you were on the far corners. In the second match you were closer together due to the stage being narrower.

Okay, now that that is out of the way. I'm optimistic about this game. I like the Mario RPGs and the rabbids don't annoy me. Maybe because I've never played a rabbids game, I did see the show when we still had that channel but that's been a few years already.

I'm going tomorrow to look for Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2. I'll pick up Fire Emblem Echoes and hopefully find Darksiders. I know I should have pre-ordered all this stuff.

I already have the characters I want except Bowser Jr. since he is TRU exclusive. I think if sales are declining it is because, like me, everybody else has the amiibo they want and aren't interested in buying anymore.

The price was always high for what they are as well. The only reason I have as many Animal Crossing amiibo as I do is because a store was closing and selling them for 90% off.

Hate when companies do this. Especially when the first game isn't the best that they can offer. They should make a Monster Hunter game for the Switch then base future releases on how well that does.

So confusing, but more ways to play games how you want is never a bad thing.

Seriously! Street Fighter, Disgaea, Cooking Mama, FE DLC, Darksiders, and Rayman. This looks a great week, but people are still complaining. SMH.

Based on the positive comments about this game I'll have to remember this one as well.

@0upshroom7 Same here bro. This is the game that took my RPG/strategy virginity. I didn't know what I was in for when I started, but I was NOT disappointed when it ended. Now I replay it whenever I have the time and, for me, it still holds up.

Shining Force is the only one I know besides Sonic of course and it's not dead or dormant they just don't bring them over here so if this includes translating and releasing games worldwide they should definitely think about bringing over Shining Force.

E3 is only a month away! Oh my god these days are just flying by. I hope this year is amazing but I'll try to keep my hype in check. Hoping to see a real Animal Crossing game on Switch and Monster Hunter Switch.

Limited edition bundle is only $60. $48 if you have Amazon Prime. That is a tempting price I think. I don't know if this will be my kind of game but that bundle looks nice.

I doubt anyone will see this now and I don't think this is the place for this since we're suppose to be talking about Wii U games but... Lately I've been thinking about how cool either a prequel or sequel to Pandora's Tower would be on Switch.

For a sequel I'm thinking maybe the curse comes back for some reason and Mavda finds the new couple a takes them to a new tower. Let's make the protagonist female (just because, why not) and she's trying to lift the curse from her longtime childhood boyfriend.

Now if that doesn't have you hyped yet wait till you hear this. With the HD rumble technology in the joycon controllers they could make it so you can feel the chain as it leaves your hands when you hook an enemy or anything for that matter.

I hope that bunny finds a new job after they shut down his arcade. He seems like a cool dude.

I got it for free. I haven't had a chance to play with others but I played the tutorial and I think it has potential to be a good time if played with friends.

If they add an online mode that would be cool too.

@JaxonH I see what you mean. It's just weird seeing Nintendo pushing the Switch as much as they are when they just kicked the Wii U out the door and said "Good luck out there. See you in five years! ".

They didn't even give it a price cut like they gave the 3DS. Maybe NEStalgia is right and they knew Wii U wasn't the right system to take them into the future and decided to spend the least amount of money and try to get back as much as they could. Obviously they chose right, 3DS is still going strong and advertising the Switch shows they learned from the past. Alright, have a good one man! 😄

@JaxonH You don't honestly believe that. 😢 Do you bro? I know you loved the Wii U more than most people here. You can't deny it had some of the best games Nintendo has made, so good in fact a lot of people are asking for Wii U ports to the Switch.

I think if Nintendo threw down as much money for the Wii U as they are for the Switch and advertised where people will actually see instead of just slapping on the Wii name and saying "this is going to sell 10 million in a year just on the Wii branding alone". We probably wouldn't have had that drought last year and be lookin forward to more Wii U games this year.

Also, how can people decide a system doesn't appeal to them if they don't even know it exist because there is zero advertising for it. 😜

I like the Splatoon one and the Animal Crossing one, I don't think I would wear it even if it was my size but I like it.

I already have it on the Wii U, so I'll need to wait and see what they add to this DX version to see if it will be worth double dipping.

Team Callie here! I still feel we were robbed in the last Splatfest! I'm not mad though I got to splat a lot of Marie fanboys.

Nintendo doesn't NEED 3rd party games, but it doesn't 't hurt to have them on a Nintendo system.

The reason 3rd party games don't sell well on Nintendo is because, lets be honest, we as Nintendo fans tend to be... snobs. That's right we're snobs

"ooh 3rd party game is coming I'll get it day one!"

"What! On the other console it runs at 60 fps but they only managed to get it to run at 59 fps on Nintendo. Pre-order canceled!"

Although I'll say this too the 3rd party games we do get often are missing content found on the other consoles like DLC or in some cases entire game modes are removed. In those cases it is better to get the game elsewhere.

These numbers are going to stay strong for at least the first year. BOTW started it out strong right out of the gate. Mario Kart 8D is going to continue the trend, bringing in new players and converting some from Wii U. Arms... Let's see what Arms will do, that will be an interesting one to watch. Then Splatoon comes out and that is going to be huge. This is going to be a good year.

I'll still get it.
Pikmin in 2d looks interesting to me and I want to see how it turns out in the end.
I just hope that this is a one time thing and not where the series looks to continue in the future.

Maybe their new online service will allow us to rent all the games we want. That would be nice. We won't own any of the games (we don't now anyway) but, we'll get to play everything anytime we want. So none of us will really need a NES Mini if that is the plan for this service.
