If you're from the land down under and like saving pennies, then you'll be pleased to learn that four new Nintendo Selects titles will be added to the Nintendo 3DS lineup in Australia, with each game being available to purchase for AU $29.95.
Below you can find each game as well as a brief description provided by Nintendo.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D - Go ape with the swingin' king of the jungle! Donkey Kong and his simian sidekick Diddy Kong are back for more action-packed platforming antics in Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D. Ground-pound, barrel-blast, and swing your way through lush, layered side-scrolling levels!
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon - Luigi is back on a mission to remove a bunch of stubborn ghosts from some super-spooky mansions in Luigi's Mansion 2 for Nintendo 3DS family systems. Armed with his trusty "Poltergust" ghost-grabbing vacuum cleaner, Mario's brother takes centre stage to capture those pesky phantoms. Sure, Luigi's the nervous type who'd rather be as far from these ghosts as he can get, but a reluctant hero can still save the day!
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team - Uncover the power of Dreamy Luigi in the fourth instalment of the popular RPG series. Solve puzzles, battle enemies, and even interact with creations of Luigi's own imagination in order to succeed!
Paper Mario: Sticker Star - Paper Mario is back, and finds himself in another sticky situation! Take Mario on an exciting paper adventure and help him repair the mess Bowser has created using the powers of brand new stickers. A cast of colourful characters will keep you laughing along the way as the familiar world of Paper Mario is brought to life in Paper Mario: Sticker Star for Nintendo 3DS family systems!
Let us know if you'll be picking up any of these popular titles.

That's great news
Nice to see DKCR3D is coming down under, especially given the comeback Crash Bandicoot is getting this year. Come to think about it, I've seen plenty of parallels between the two series - "furred creature explores an island filled with wooden containers after a first level that has two different musical tracks in it" - now which game am I describing, Donkey Kong Country on the SNES or Crash Bandicoot on the PS1?
Hopefully, these'll come to Blighty so I can get my Donkey Kong on
Tempted by Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon for sure.
Can we get New Super Mario Bros + Super Luigi U for $20 here in North America please?
please nintendo, give us majora's mask as a nin select title.(Europe)
Thank you in advance
I still haven't played Luigi's mansion yet so this is good news
I had chucked my 3DS in a drawer when I got the Switch but I still need to play Luigi's Mansion and DKCR so I may dig the thing out and pick these up.
Finally, thanks Nintendo!
@King_Johobo Is the best multiplayer game made by Nintendo, along with Kid Icarus on 2nd place. I broke a 3DS XL playing it nonstop, that's how good it is.
I think that DKC3D and Luigi's Mansion are already selects in NA. I hope that Sticker Star makes it though, I've played a little of it and it was very fun! I'd love to get it at a cheap price.
@HDXylophone You can always buy used from Amazon (Warehouse deals). Currently at 17.00 bucks or so.
One of the main draws for me of Nintendo Selects is being able to buy digital and get the Gold points for My Nintendo. I've considered buying used physical, but for a Select it's not my thing. Thanks though!
@Tsurii Donkey Kong? I don't remember it being re-released as "select" in Europe. (I would have buy it instantly)
@Pigeon Why the hell do you need 5 3DS systems?
@maceng Wow I didn't even know it was a mutliplayer game and it must be good if you broke your 3DS! XD
Paper Mario: Sticker Star has been available in abundance at dirt cheap prices when stores were keen to clear them out. Nintendo of Australia are crazy to re-release it when there was hardly any demand for it before (same applies to Star Fox 64 3D, which was also rereleased as a Selects title).
The prices for the other games are just right though. Luigi's Mansion 2 was released with a RRP of AU$69.95, so this is quite a price drop!
I'm surprised these are just arriving to Australia. I was looking forward to seeing new titles that NA hasn't gotten yet/will potentially get (like foreshadowing). I have not yet bought a single Ninty Selects b/c I already had the pre-Selects version of the game or b/c games like Mario Party Selects have been replaced by Star Rush as the one to get and wait for a sale on. I'm just waiting for Mario Tennis and Golf Selects. Come on!
