Double Dragon is one of my most favourite beat 'm ups, but this game is terrible. Double Dragon Gaiden is a much better game than this one. Its so unfortunate because I've waited long for a good Double Dragon game, and i am still waiting. I knew from the moment that they released the trailer for this game it wouldnt be good, the art style is just beyond awful looking, i am seriously wondering why they choose this terrible design. Well back to the waiting list, this game gets a 3 from me.

Let's be honest, the mayority that are commenting " Nintendo is anti consumer i will not buy their console!" Or that Nintendo doens't respect your time are mostly pirates. 99% of the commenters that say this are entitled. You agreed to buy their console, you have no right to pirate their games. Just buy the games legally and you wouldn't even need to worry about this new rule. Nintendo is in it's right to defense themself against pirates. Owning a Nintendo Switch 2 console doesn't mean that you can steal for free all the Nintendo games. I don't see people complaining when Sony does things like this or Microsoft, but since Nintendo is a family friendly company many feel spoiled and entitled that Nintendo should allow them to crack and play games for free. Just admit that you are a pirate instead of hating a company that the only thing that they are doing is taking steps to stop people from stealing their games.

I played this game to oblivion, I believe it was between 300 or 400 hours and i didn't encounter any sex scene anywhere🤔 The only thing that i saw was some sexy clothing on one particulair character. This game is really good, one of the best game i've played. I really do hope that we see a sequel on the Nintendo Switch 2.

This time around i just can't see it to defend Nintendo, what a ridiculous move. In no way does the super market show anything related to the Super Mario series. Dont be like that Nintendo, be bettah. What a dissapointment to see Nintendo go after a small local store that Isn't even harming them or infrigging any copyrights. Finish your thing with Palworld and go after jolly rogger pirates🥷🛶🌊🌊

It works for Sony because their console looks different. Imagine if the PS5 looked like the PS4 upgraded, the sales would've been different. Thats the magic that Sony has, they keep going due to how different the consoles look.

Agree with this article. It will definitely not last as long as the current console. It's just an upgraded Nintendo Switch. I think that Nintendo will anounce the next console something around 2028.

And yet the Snes was doing well in the 90s, heck even Sega was trowing shades at Nintendo with Sonic the Hedgehog commercials. The Gameboy Advance did make an impact on the handheld market, who doesnt remember Zelda the Minishcap, Golden Sun or Pokemon games. Golden Sun was the best game i played on the GBA.

Yeah that is the OS system of those consoles, very boring and always the same. Sony never cared to create a new OS for those systems, fhats why i never cared so much for Playstation consoles because i know that the experience for me will be like when i played games on the Playstation 3, very little changes apart than the look on the outside.

That is called preference mate, very different than saying that Playstation 4 looks like a Playstation 5.

Not all fans are like that. I am a Nintendo fan since the 90s and i always loved the new innovations that Nintendo made, that is what made me a fan, because they didn't create the same thing over again each generation.

I have my doubts about that. I am not quite convinced it will reach numbers like the current console. It sold so well because it was something new, something different we didnt see before. Nintendo are trying to imitate that succes again with a very little changed version of its original version. If it were a new design, believe me this comment section would've been very different.

Be honest, the Playstation console looks different than its predessesor, thats the main theme, the whole situation we are now. The experience differs from each gamer. You are talking about the OS system, games, something that hasnt been revealed yet for the Switch 2. I can understand you yeah on that level, but the main thing is that the Playstation consoles are always different on each release.

I think that the upcoming games is what will decide the fate of this console. But i am not too optimistic about it. I think Nintendo played it too safe that it will Hurt the sales in the long run.

Well i respect your opinion mate. For me, i had a lot of fun with the Playstation 3 generation console, that looks nothing like Playstation 4 or Playstation 5.

Switch 2 has a few slick new designs, magnetic Joycons etc. The rest is a clone of the original switch, just a bigger screen.

The thing with Playstation is the console are always different, not the same. Does the Playstation 4 look like the Playstation 5? No. Thats why that formula works.

This new console looks like more of a revision than a new next generation console. Many are already familiar with the look of the console that it will not have the same impact on the selling market as the original version. It does not look new.

Well.... dissapointed... Looks a lot like the original switch. I dont think that this new console will have the same selling magic as the original switch, they look too similiar. Well for now the only thing to wait for is what kind of future games will be released😕

I dont favour piracy or anything related to that, but in this case the Wii U is long gone. The Wii U was a commercial failure so if people have any ideas with what to do with the past console, at least they are still giving it some little of life. I dont think that there are many many players using a Wii U consoles in 2025, Nintendo might have said that in a kind way but they no longer support the Wii U. The only great memory i have of the Wii U is Xenoblade X and Paper Mario Splash, there are others who still want the old feel of the Wii U era so i understand why programs like that are created among users. The online activity will not last forever to maintain. The more years passes the more people will be moving away from obselete consoles, like the Gamecube, N64. The original Switch will replace the Wii U nostalgia after it dies. Its the cycle of the old consoles, i dont think that Nintendo would have to worry much about it.

I hope it's true. It will finally put the leaks to sleep and we can see how the real Switch 2 will look like🙂 Looking forward to it.

I dont understand why companies or people have the need to copy the game source of a succesful game🤷Then they will cry foul and their mother when the project is shutdown🤦 This is a ripoff and the chance that Nintendo will say something about it is quite high. They better prepare for trouble and make it double.

If it is true that the Switch 2 will look like this i am afraid that it will go the same route as the Wii U. Many will not differentiate it from the original design, what will eventually force Nintendo to abandon it in like 4 years from its initial release for another new console (As what happened to the Wii U) They will not repeat the same succes as the current Switch console since people will think that its a revision.

When Wario was a cool antagonist. Wished Nintendo kept that Wario instead of making him a fool nowdays.

Saving the money for Mario and Luigi Brothership. Jamboree looks interesting, i did buy Superstars, hopefully Jamboree is as good as Superstars is. I'll probably try it out in the future. As for now my wallet voted for the new Super Mario and Luigi newest RPG game entry.

I support Nintendo by shutting down these kind of emulators. Many are commenting " But emulating is not illegal" Lets be honest 99% of people using the current console emulators use it to play games they dont own. It's as it is, its fully Nintendo's property and people are in no position to be mad at a company that create their own work to commercialize it, it's that simple. At the end of the day, emulators are used to play pirated games.

I really hope that he recovers and can continue his passion creating new videogames. I will give my contribution as a thank you to him and his team by buying Bloodstained 2 on the first day of release. I hope that by that time he is much better and total free of that terrible disease.

If this is real it's going to be a dissapointment. It looks a lot like the current Switch console. I've seen another report that the Switch 2 might come with dual screens. I seriously hope it isnt the final design, it will be a mistake like what happened to the Wii U. People will think its another Oled or same console.

Terrible game, like Tower of Fantasy, these kind of games are designed so that players are tempted to use the ingame monetized shop. Played for a while and uninstalled it, defnitely not for me.

For a second there i thought it would be about a new Bayonetta game when i saw Bayonetta's picture. Unfortunately we got sad news from Japan. Rest in peace Atsuko, thank you for voicing Bayonetta in Japan. Fly high, the Umbra Witch salutes you.

Excellent news🙂 The first one is a gem if you like the Castlevania series. When i started playing the first one i hit the game hard by playing nonstop. I was a little bit sad when i finished the game that i spend some time quietly looking at the starting screen of the game remembering the moments i had playing the game. I am glad the game is getting a sequel, another few hours for me of getting lost on my Switch playing it😋

Thank you Kate and staff for the new added games! I will defnitely check out Fae farm. I am a huge fan of farming games. Rune Factory 4 was okay, not a huge letdown but mild okay to play. Stardew Valley is still the best farming game for me, the season songs are very pleasant to listen , my favourite is the summer one

Bayonetta 3 and Kirby and the forgotten land are for me the best Switch games of 2022. Both gave a lot of fun moments and it didn't give me the impression that i wanted to stop playing. Xenoblade 3 is a good game but it Isn't that good fun for me as it was with Xenoblade Chronicles X. Hopefully 2023 will be the year that Monolift come with good news and announce a sequel to Xenoblade Chronicles X.

I really can't understand why people feel entitled to get mad at stuff that Isn't theirs to begin with. Its like someone enters your home takes all your valuable stuff and they do whatever they want with it, would you be ok with it? Im pretty sure you would like to keep your own stuff protected in your home. Anything related to Nintendo belongs to Nintendo and they have all the right to do as they seem fit. Youtube is flooded with lots of copyrighted Nintendo video's and we dont hear all of them getting copyright strikes. Do you all honestly believe that Nintendo is the only one doing this? People attack Nintendo the most because they see it as a Child friendly company and demand that they can do whatever they want with their IP's and want Nintendo to sit back and do nothing.

This is the worst Xenoblade game that i have played, all due to Rex constant whining🤦 Worst main protagonist ever. Also the whole island floating thing didn't sit well with me either. I sold the game quickly after completing the story🤷‍♂️ The best and most amazing Xenoblade game for me is X, such a gorgeous game in a huge world, i've spend like almost 300 hours doing anything i could in the game! I sincerely hope that a sequel to X is announced, need to see what happens after "that" cliffhanger.

So many entitled people attacking Nintendo for just protecting their own IP'S. At the end of the day all Nintendo related workd belong to Nintendo and they have every right to do with their franchises as they see fit. Funny thing is many hide behind the " Its preservation, we want emulation" but everybody knows with " emulation" they mean the latest games released. When the next Switch releases you will see how many people will be asking when it will be hacked so many can play their favorite "emulation"

It is stealing and people do it because they can, but the Switch will probaly be the last console where people can go "emulate" to their heart content, next one will be much harder to crack.

Like some others said, Nintendo wouldn't care if you emulate 20 years old games, but doing that with their recent softwares isnt something that will be okay with them. There are countless of pc emulators and even Android ones so the argument its just for emulation old games is an excuses to be able to play the latest games on the Switch.

A solid 7/10. This game needs a lot of tweaking. Have to say that Legends Arceus is in a better shape than this game, also the world design and catching in Arceus looks more intriging than this new entry, at least for me. I hope that Gamefreak comes with something better but knowing the company the chances of that are low.

Thank you Kate for the heads up! I didn't even know that this game existed at all. It looks colorful and interesting. I will for sure keep an eye on this game in 2023 since farming rpgs is one of my most favourite gaming genre🙂

A 7 of 10 is exactly what i thought this game should get. Im not a fan of turn based tactic games but this looks okay.

The Switch version gets a solid 5 from me. It needs a lot of tweaking and ironing before it can be a decent version on the Switch. Regarding the game concept itself, its something new that Sega dared to implement. I do hope that they continue the trend to stray more away from the 2D scrolling formula and invent new forms to be able to give Sonic a more playable paths than being stuck in the 90's sideways scrollers.

Aahw man i thought it would be something new regarding Lollipop Chainsaw. I've been waiting ages for a sequel but i guess the wait will still continue on. Will keep an eye on this game to see if its interesting enough to pick it up.

Lol Nintendo will problaby release Metroid Prime 4 on the Switch 2 at this rate🤣

Looking forward to Zelda 2, hopefully the whole shrine thing Isn't part of the game.

Poor Wii u, forever with the Virtual Boy as the worst commercially failed products. I think the last stop for the Switch will be second place. Its an impressive console that managed to get pass through the once mighty Wii. The new Pokemon game and Zelda 2 will probably give the Switch one final big push in units being sold, after that the chance of selling bigger numbers will be lower since people will be anticipating the next big Zelda release that most likely i think will follow on the Next Nintendo console. Good to hear that the Switch is Nintendo most second succesful console ever (It will dethrone the Gameboy )Im really looking forward for the next generation.

A 7 of 10 is an okay-ish number. I've seen footages and run ups of the game, and i agree with the review. The price is waaay too high for this game. The lack of voice acting, the stiff animations makes this game not worth it its initial price. A shame because i like RPG farming games but a 7 is really the best score its can get. If Square ever makes a sequel to this game i hope that they implement better animations.

A completely new 3D Mario game would be better, at least for me. Mario Odyssey was great but i played in a way that i wanted to finish the game as fast as possible. I do hope that Nintendo do something different than Odyssey.
