Not to say it’s a bad game but, there nothing else on that day that to catch my interest besides SSBU. They could’ve picked a better day for sure.

Once you go 144Hz mouse+keyboard, 60Hz with JoyCon is a no go in the mentioned title. Wouldn’t buy it.

It was a good game just not a stellar platforming one. Extremely easy and moons are worthless to collect after 500 where you unlock the last level.
Much prefer Galaxy 2, Sunshine or 64.
Still think Celeste is the best platformer on the Switch.

RDR2 if I was at home which is sadly not the case. Got some good indies with me after the Nicalis sale on the eShop:

I would not understand the audio compression even further if that’s the case.

The sound is immensely compressed to the point you can distinguish even YouTube recorded footage between Switch and PC. They did it so the game can fit on a 4GB cartridge, further reducing manufacture costs. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it’s noticable, especially using better headphones.

It’s harder than anything in BoTW except Master difficulty maybe.
But it’s really not hard once you get used to the environment and learn enemy and boss attack patterns. Celeste is a much harder game for the matter.

I mean, I get it. They saved some extra money with it but, at least give us a digital patch so the lossless files are available.
The sound is just pure rubbish.

It’s heavily compressed. Not much of an issue when playing on Switch speaker but as soon as you insert some headphones, you’re going to notice it.

Started today at 00:01. To have a game like Dark Souls on a handeled device is a god send.
Just patch the audio and I’ll have no complaints.

When I inserted the headphones I was like wtf. It’s bad, really bad. Sounds like audio from a cinema rip movie.

When you’re a smartphone comparing specs with a gaming console that is almost 2 years old and costs 700$ less.

As someone who has to deal constantly between A and B on Switch, X and O on Pro and use the DualShock with PC seeing Xbox mapping, playing DS with B being “confirm” instead of “cancel/go back”, my mind wants to literally blow up.

Bleh, my Odyssey + Kart 8 (both physical) bundle wipes this right away.

I like how some are even defending and telling you to pay the individual plan. We’ve come to the point where people are fine with paying for online. Sick. And yes, I don’t care about online saves and so, haven’t ever lost or broken a console since the SNES.
Phone app is a joke own it’s on and the “special discounts”... we have no details about just yet. Wake up people, online multiplayer was free all this time until PS4, Xbox One.

Switch is a supplementary console. For highly demanding games like this one, get a PC/XO/PS4. End of story.

Got it with Plus years ago but this game is almost a must on a portable device like the Switch.

Some NES games from the list have aged pretty badly. SNES was the way to go yet here we are...

Nah, that was GoW already which I consider to be better game than Odyssey after playing both

Spider-Man (PS4 Pro)

Comes down to preference I guess. I just can’t stand looking at indies on TV when I can play something like Spiderman or God Of War on it.

It’s really hard for some to play a game like Celeste on 65” OLED TV’s with those insane pixels. Now, Celeste portable on Switch’s display it’s a joy and the reason I only buy indies on the console.

Meh, if you want to give us quality horror, just release Resident Evil 1 & Zero Remake on the console.

Why would someone read comics on a 720p IPS when you can enjoy that on 1440p OLED smartphones...

Then we have to disagree with each other even more pal. I’m finding Valor Style (new to me) and GS combination a blast and it is far more enjoyable from a GAMEPLAY point of view than any GS combo in World. So, it means I won since fun and more content is what I’m having at the moment with Gen Ult.
World only delivered in gameplay and content is a joke, considering the series past.
