Nice to see there's at least some other IXL fans out there. I always liked something about how it looked, even if I'm not sure what that something is.

@batmanbud2 Animated movies are still good tho? Spiderverse, pusd in boots the last wish, wild robot, transformers one etc. So, I'm not entirely sure what your point is?

@MeanBeanEgg The game awards seems to hate sonic for some reason. Generations not getting nominated for anything (especially soundtrack) is straight up rediculous.

@N00BiSH Oh I gotcha. It's more of a joke than anything. I still don't think BOTW and totk are good story-wise, but it's about more than just that. I think the games just lack good writing, and good voice acting, and interesting story beats. Shame too cause it's really the only big problem I have with the games.

I actually think most Zelda games handle this balance REALLY well. Especially Links awakening, which is probably one of my favorite game stories of all time. That being said, the next game better not have this"Imprisoning war?" "Demon King?" Garbage anymore. Just because it's open world does not give an excuse for lazy and bad story telling.

I wanna ride the coaster so bad, but I don't live anywhere near Japan or Orlando. : (

Thank goodness. Knight on switch is basically unplayable. Though I would strongly recommend City for 25 bucks. It's a real good game.

And Kotaku, sure they have a poor track record, but all they did was translate the article. So yes, believe it or not I'm going with the theory that when there were reports of wrong doing, on a project that seemed to be taking way too long, at the same time the guy under fire left the company, and his defense was saying "fake news." Believe it or not I'm going to trust the reports. What an outlandish thing for me to do truly.

@Kingy Except for the fact they said it happened, while at the same time the game he was working on was in development trouble and he left the company under odd circumstances. I'm not trying to put the guy in prison here, but clearly he is not good at managing projects. His involvement isn't a positive. That's the point I'm making here. You can agree or disagree, but I have listed the reasons for why I believe it, and I don't think you're changing my mind.

@Truegamer79 That's fair. Frontiers is really a game where it's gotta click for ya in order to be great, which is why I assume there are so many differing opinions around it.

Really loved this game. So glad I played it, even though it's a genre I don't usually car for. Just a really special game I would recommend to anyone.

@Truegamer79 Have you played this one though? It's really good. And for frontiers, obviously there were many that didn't care for the game. But there were also many, especially amongst Sonic fans that really enjoyed it. Don't make me die on my Sonic frontiers hill! I will do it! Lol

@Cheez Oh yeah, the Wii u had some stellar games. Dkc tropical freeze, Mario 3D world, yoshis wooly world, and that's not even mentioning any on this list. The biggest problem the library had was what it didn't have. No traditional Kirby, no Metroid, no original Zelda til the next systems release, no Animal crossing, no good Mario sports or party games, etc. But I do still regardless love the lineup, even if it is imperfect.

I know I'm hardly original, but MK8 DX just sells so much. It's wild how well it's STILL doing.

@Kingy I disagree that there's no evidence. After all, toxic management would be a pretty obvious reason for the Beyond good and evil 2 debacle. Plus the suspicious timing of his departure and the accusations. I just can't give the benefit of the doubt in this case.

That's not a good thing. This man is known for poor and toxic management (please look it up before replying, it's really easy to find.) Also has accusations of much worse, although those claims seem to be much less substantiated.

I sure hopes this means they're gonna do a weekly release schedule for this app. The more I've used this app the more I like it, and I love how they seem to know which OSTs people want. Like having the Metroid Prime OST at launch is honestly pretty based.

Maybe they will have a good release schedule for once. Once a week would be pretty darn good.

@rvcolem1 Yeah, it's great for study or work music. Some can be super relaxing too. Would highly recommend.

@cedarhyped I'm not asking for that lol. I just want to play a darn top down Zelda at a constant frame rate. That shouldn't be too much to ask for.

This dude is cool. I like how passionate he clearly is about game development. I haven't even played his stuff, but I have a ton of respect for it.

@LavenderShroud Cool. But what's important to remember is different people have different tolerance for this sort of thing. To me, 30 fps is fine on some games, and borderline headache inducing on others. I've been struggling to enjoy EOW, because it is so ugly to look at in some areas. For you though, it might be perfectly fine. And neither of us are wrong. Different people have different tolerance levels.

@the_beaver Cause I want to play games that don't run like crap. Why in the world would i play at 720p, 30fps on Switch when I have a pc that can run the same games at 1080p, 120fps? Not to mention we won't get many of the first party games I'm looking forward to until the next console. Next 3d mario, 2d metroid, mariokart, smash bros, etc won't be released until the next console comes.

Just announce it already, I am so freaking tired of waiting.

I'm so pumped about how awesome this game is. Shadow generations is like the new best Sonic game. It's just so great I can unironically give a Sonic game my GOTY. We trult are in the best timeline right now as Sonic fans.
