I bought Rabbids on the eshop for £7.5 and then ebayed my physical game for £20. BOOM!

Eggs will still be very frequent, it just means that we'll actually be able to catch fish again.
I guess nerfing it was good because you could get enough eggs to complete the task on day one, then just wait for the recipes. I have literally 10s of eggs in my storage doing nothing

I'd buy a Paper Mario game if it had RPG elements again. Colour Splash, whilst initially fun, quickly became a task of avoiding all battles because there was no reason to do them.
Same with Sticker Star - why waste your good stickers when you don't get anything out of the battle?

Sunshine and Galaxy would be welcome, Paper Mario Thousand Year Door please.

My girlfriend's trip away for her birthday got cancelled so I funnelled the Air B'n'B money into an AC themed Switch for her.
I then got jealous and sold my release day Switch for an AC themed Switch too.

I've been waiting for an announcement of this. Pretty happy as I loved Takedown and Revenge.
I've not played a driving game on Switch yet (aside from 'Kart' games) - how does lack of proper trigger shoulder button work. Is it just full accelerate all the time?

@Crockin I've been told by several people recently to play them. I guess I'll have to wait until Switch ones now

What even would 60fps do to improve this game? The trees may sway in more detail... Games by default don't need to be 60fps

Every animal crossing game has had one town/island per game/console. On GC you needed another memory card to have another town. New leaf the town was tied to the cart so you needed to buy another game.

@mazzel ha definitely. I don't think games should. The variety of what you like and don't like is one of the great factors of gaming

@mazzel I know it's not mandatory but it's highly suggested. I was basically saying that not all games are for everyone and certain mechanics may out people off. I can tell it's a great game but it lost me

This has always been the case. From GC to now every animal crossing has local multiplayer on the same town (unless GC had another memory card).
It's like complaining to Nintendo that Mario Kart uses split screen or something.

@TheNewButler isn't this most games though? The Witcher 3 lost me when it became clear I had to use potions and the right magic, other such stuff in order to bit die all the time. That's them telling me my casual nature wasn't welcome here.
You're at the behest of the designer on basically every game. Sims stopping you easily murdering your Sims is another example.

However. Hopefully you can time travel to actually attend events. I can imagine me now having much time to play on Xmas Day, whereas if I can go back from Boxing Day to enjoy the event that would be welcome.

I made it all the way to the big Mushroom town, realised that was town 2 in a row with almost no content other than the gym and immediately stopped playing and put it on eBay - sold for almost what paid for so fair dos.
EXP share not being optional hurt this experience for me and I was so over levelled I basically 1-hitted everything. All round it felt lazy to me.
I get that loads of people love it and that's great. I, personally, did not.

My iPad isn't good enough to remote play with a controller (stupid ios 13) however if I could just do it on switch that would save me buying a new iPad (not that I need to but I want to...).
I was given one of those ridiculous, lazy person, round the next dock for devices and this would be perfect for some Switch/PS4 play

Digital only? Guess I'll just buy it cheaper on PS4 towards the end of the year when it costs like £4

The only interest I have in this is that Pokemon Bank will eventually be shut down and I don't want to lose my (mostly shiny) living dex

My one and only concern for this game is the island being small - I wanted more space than previous not less/the same.

However, i'm confident I will love this regardless!

@mousieone I've noticed that entire towns in Sw/Sh also have no content. Getting to Ballonlea and seeing how it was emptier than some Gen 1 towns are what ultimately killed this game for me.

@Deathstalker83 I'd love more thousand year door. I loved that game and it's hard to come by.
Colour Splash never really held my attention - the removal of xp elements made fighting redundant for me and I never finished it

I'm doing with this what I should have done with Shield to begin with and voted with my wallet and not bought it.
