I had it on PS4 but wasn’t too bothered. As with tons of games that I’m not able to invest the PS4 time (Witcher 3 for example) I would much rather play on switch

I'm pretty keen to try out the joystick motion controls

Whenever I think about replaying this game I remember those... flipping... silent realm sections and I feel Ill.
At least I won’t have low batteries with my Joy Cons

@hadrian it's crazy the aversion they have to making money. Just slap the old VC on the eShop and watch the money flood in, heck, I'd throw a whole bunch at it. I would rather buy Golden Sun again on my Switch than play it on my Wii U

Imagine if the 35th anniversary of Zelda consisted of finally bringing tons more console stuff to NO so we have GBC Zeldas, GBA Zeldas, N64 Zeldas, and DS Zeldas before they add a bunch more stuff. It's more likely I'll learn to fly by flapping my arms, but still...

I was never able to play Mass Effect and was hoping the switch rumours were good so I now could. I won’t play this on my PlayStation so I guess I still won’t be playing mass effect

Downloaded it last night and will play later - I'm guessing, based on videos and reviews, that me playing my Switch mostly with sound low will benefit me by not hearing the 'bantz'

I guess it’s like what pokemon should be. You can use type advantages and clever stat changing moves to beat them, or go away and grind for a bit.
Should be a choice.

Luckily Pokemon is now the opposite whereas if you even remotely grind you’re hideously over levelled

Might double dip down the line but not fully compelled to play this again - at least at full price. Bowser's Fury isn't enough of a bonus for me

@Chimera_Police I was never fussed on Gwent when I first tried to play it on PS4 but now I have Switch version and more time to dedicate I watched enough Youtube to get a decent Deck now I get the fuss. A similar style in other games, especially in Pokemon could be really good

Or even a Gwent-like minigame built into the mainline games. Something to collect in game would be cool - maybe you could take a Pokémon to a special NPC and buy a card of that Pokémon. A nice new collectible for the living dex owners

I'm about 40% through OoT I'm Wii U to refamilarise myself with the game and controls before I tackle Majora's mas for the first time.
If I could play on Switch rather than Wii U I'd really appreciate it.

I wanted RBI’s for years. But after playing Sw/Sh I no longer do. I don’t want stupid Dynamax Palkia or some crappy glitchy wild area dumped in

@Jakiboy it sucks for Wii U owners, but this will be a really great new experience for millions of Switch Owners. And at least there's few other Wii U games to port over.
I'm not mad about the ports to be fair. My backlog is big enough that I can pass over some of them and wait for ones that I like.

@Jakiboy I guess from their perspective 80%+ probably closer to 90% of the Switch install base didn't have the Wii U so these are 'new' to a vast section of their audience.
It's a slap to those of us that loved their Wii U, (give me another damn Mario Kart already or at least new DLC!) but this is a new and exciting experience to millions of people.
But, you said it yourself, you're still going to buy it. I 100%ed this on Wii U and I too am going to buy it. We're enabling this ha.
I will not be buying the next Pokémon, however. I've been fooled too often there.

I always prefer physical. More often than not (especially when Nintendo games are concerned) it's cheaper and I can sell on if I don't like/won't play again.
Some games that I do want to keep I do get digital but that's usually on a heavily discounted sale

I can see how this is such an important line for narrative and story. It just had to be in there. Whether it's offensive, racist, or not, it's a bit of a misstep for adding it in given the climate.
I've never played a MH game properly - is it set in a workl where humans from Earth exist therefore contains Chinese people? Or is it as out of place as if Star Wars referenced China for example?

I managed to buy 2 on release day just before lockdown (one to replace my launch switch, one for my Girlfriend as a bday) and it's so beautiful.

They won’t be held back my Microsoft owning, they’ll be held back because of the Switch’s power. There’s no way the new Elder Scrolls will come to Switch. This is so Microsoft can still keep favour with Nintendo audience and still mug off Sony.
So maybe it means they’re slapping Fallout 3 on switch or something.

@Expa0 I stopped playing when I got to Ballonlea as this was basically the 3rd town in a row I got to that had practically no content aside from the gym battle. I swear some Gen 1 towns had more content than most of Gen 8's

I had my bar set very, very low after Gen 7 and the early release information. Unfortunately, they still disappointed.

As with practically every single aspect with these games the answer is: laziness.
You could create another version, market and sell it. Or slap together some extra wild areas, add in some pokemon previously taken away and there you go

Several of my Wish List games are discounted on PS4 (Bug Fables, Celeste, Undertale) but I would rather them on Switch!

Ah well guess I won’t be playing this then. Don’t have the time to invest in this on PS4

What we need on Switch is Linerider. If anyone ever played that when they were supposed to be doing their GCSEs knows what I'm talking about!

@roy130390 I didn't bother finishing the base game. I found it so lazy and boring that it wasn't worth my time to finish it.

How much worse must an early version of this game be?
