This game will obviously be good. Just don't know how long it is. And hopefully will lead to a remake like this of the oracle games and even more hopeful of Monish Cap

I'll just need to skip the Pokemon bit to prevent me knowing literally everything about the game, like Gen 7, so I don't get bored by having no surprises again.

Maybe they didn't turn the game off and kept it running for that long. Technically that would have only taken across 31 days...

@Heavyarms55 The Switch as is will have something in it to upscale when docked, that was probably taken out for space saving purposes. I personally prefer this as I only play handheld but the battery life isn't an increase enough to warrant the change

So basically the same as undocking your switch to go elsewhere but instead of undocking you just grab your Lite instead.
Like me watching Now Tv on my TV, then later on continuing on my iPad.
They haven't removed the 'Switch' part you just need a second one to do it

I wish they'd let me not be exposed to every element of this game before release. I knew basically everything about S+M and it made me already over it.
They don't need to reveal Evey single aspect and new Pokémon before release. Allow for some mystery

@Gelo Problem is Nintendo won't want to or be able to alienate non Pro Switch owners. There will be little to no exclusive games. A Pro will be quicker, bigger, maybe play docked res and fps in handheld. It won't be the case that Rockstar are all of a sudden porting Red Dead 2 over but just for Switch Pro.
Look at New 3ds for guidance.

I was initially annoyed but don't care now. I'll keep my Gen 1-7 living dex separate from my Gen 8 dex, no problemo. If they dissolve Pokemon Bank i'll be annoyed having them sat useless in Home. But either way.
This isn't the reason i'm apathetic about these games.

I personally don't like the idea of Dynamax, the wilds don't look that appealing to me either, and the UK inspired map doesn't look very big. Which concerns me for my interest in these games.
I can deal with non full dex as I'll just keep the living dex on bank and just get national in this and keep them separate.
Currently also no incentive to get Home due to this.
I wanted to avoid all spoilers and content of this game before the release as I went into Sun and Moon knowing every detail and it made me like it less.
I almost feel now I need to ingest all pre-release content of this game to make me actually want it. Currently I'm really not excited for it at all and if it was released next week I wouldn't be buying it.

My only concern is the mini map that you pointed out looks tiny! Animal crossing Wild World tiny

Guarantee they've been building this for over a year now, ever since they finished the DLC they would have been working on this.
I reckon a year from now we'll see it, either holiday '20 or Q1'21 would make the most sense.

I also reckon it'll be the same world but a lot of it rebuilt, more towns and NPCs. I hope this happens too as after playing AC Oddysey for the past 5 months it made me realise how few sidequests are in BoTW

@Jeronan BoTW took forever because they had to build the whole world and engine. They'll Majora's Mask this game and I reckon it's a 2020/early 21 release date

This just says to me that they can't be bothered. Sun and Moon was small and lazy, Ultra Sun and Moon was even lazier.
They know people will buy it regardless so why bother putting effort in.

@Heavyarms55 I generally agree with this statement. It's always confused me that for example shows like The Walking Dead or American Horror Story are perfectly OK with severely gruesome violence and gore but gosh darn don't you dare swear or show a boob.

@Lionyone buy it for that cost, play it for however long you want (my total was just over 300 hours), then just eBay it for exactly how much you paid for it.
