I didn’t say they were working with just Ubisoft, I was just pointing out they made a documentary making stick of truth talking about how horrible 3-D South Park games are because it doesn’t look like the show and then they go and make another one . guaranteed failure. I have been watching South Park since 1997 I never once thought wow that sure was good but it would be better with 3-D computer animated graphics. I remember how excited I was for the Nintendo 64 South Park game and how after five minutes I haven’t played it again, this is the same thing.

So it looks like garbage, I thought the South Park creators made it clear with the Ubisoft games that they won’t make another crap South Park game, I guess money talked in this case.

If I’m looking for the top of the line triple a football experience and madden has been the same game for years now, I just don’t see a 2023 Super Nintendo style game making a dent, after this interview it will go to the graveyard of games no one wanted. Most people who play 8 bit games currently are not huge sports Fans, and madden fans are more looking for a modern aaa with graphics and all the bells and whistles. I guess….who is this for?

I have played the newest one for about 5 hours and then I played 3 for about 20 mins. Dragon quest just doesn’t do it for me which is weird because as my name entails I do enjoy jrpgs.

Astral chain for me, my first play trough was so disjointed, due to having a daughter, so hopefully I can get it done in about a month give or take, instead of over the course of entire 2022 and late 2021. The length of my last play trough.

@EriXz I was thinking the same thing. I cant think of a single thing of his off the top of my head, nothing insanely memorable.

I would love to think that it will work great on the switch and it just may but, even tho I love the game ys 9 was atrocious on the switch, it’s the worst running game I have and that’s cruddy because it’s amazing when it’s not slowing down.

Man Nintendo is playing a dangerous game, because with the Metroid prime drop, that kind of side of president. So, now I’m like super pumped about what I could possibly be playing later today and I’m more than likely gonna be disappointed.

I want a 9 remake, that game is the perfect mix of old and new”well at the time”. I kinda get that vibe from final fantasy 16. It is totally in the new style but seems to touch on a high fantasy world not seen since 9 or 10.

@BulkSlash your right sonic 1 for genesis was a trash game. They hired this team because a sonic legend who has proven he can make an amazing sonic game that passes the test of time is the head and director, thinking of them as the balan guys is disingenuous and ridiculous.

I don’t understand the amount of people with pixel nostalgia, 8 bit and 16 bit are more prevalent now then in their hay day, what’s to be nostalgic about. It’s like being nostalgic for computer animation in movies.

I work at a hospital and I set up rehab, do most dealing with patient families, do paperwork they need done because of situation, set up post appointments, but when the person gets better, do they say wow I love that patient administration associate? No they thank the Dr and nurses, not even the cna/nurses aids who do 99 percent of actually work with patient, get thanked. Do you see them on a podcast crying they didn’t get the cookies and thank you note from family? No because it’s your job shut up and do it.

These people are just trying to get their names out there, see see everyone loves Metroid on the switch, I worked on it 20 years ago m, but need a job now. so my name is such and such and I’m not in new credits, but I’m good trust me.

A brutally tough rouge game with a quirky art style, you don’t say, I wonder how this one fairs against the trillion others.

Bluey would have handled it a lot better.

I’ve tried playing this a few times but I just can’t get into western rpgs, ive been playing jrpgs since the NES days. I like how almost no jrpgs have a weight limit for inventory , or the single perk point you get from leveling up. I like how jrpgs for lost part do the work. I just wish they made them ps5 AAA looking instead of stylized only thing western rpgs have is graphics.
