This still makes no sense at all. I mean, aside from the "special edition" Switch, which isn't really that special to me, nothing really justifies the price hike. Seriously, the niether game will be more than $60 some Dollars. Also, don't those bundles come with a digital code rather than a physical copy? No thanks. AAA were meant for physical releases. That's the collector in me though.

Honestly, I miss the days when we had commercials screaming Sega at us. Sega, could have been Sony at this point. too many failure. Whatever the case I'll still buy Sega stuff. Worldwide simultaneous release dates would be good.

It seems like a good deal to me. Everyone has an opinion. The skin, glider, pickaxe are items that typically cost upward of $25.00, then add in the 1000 v-bucks ($10.00), essentially making the physical copy a free gift, or a Thank you gift for making your purchase. something that should happen more often.

I bought a 512 gb card the other day for $15. It was miss labeled at Walmart and I complained enough about the fact that it was advertised as $15 on the packaging and the label on the shelf. Great time. Screw those prices.

My questions are, When will they update the NES emulator to allow button mapping? It really is a pain in the you-know-what to use X and A in some games. It just feels unnatural. My other Question is, Why in the world is the online play for the NES games limited to people on your friends list? I'm not going to pay another $60 or whatever for NES controllers. If I ever decided I no longer want to pay for the Subscription, they'd be useless. I wonder if they will do this again when or if they release Snes games. At the prices they want, you could get a classic or even the real thing if you look hard enough online. As far as the voice chat feature, I could just call my buddy up. Same thing right? (I know it isn't but still...) I rarely ever use a mic when I play any online games, TBH.

@Arnold-Kage I don't think I understand how they are saving money? If you managed saving money by not pushing a small update for their games, I can't see how that would cost then more than a couple pennies, especially when Nintendo is the one taking care of the storage. Besides, if you want to save space by uploading your save before deleting, you would be allowed regardless of the game. I could care less about backing up demo saves though.

I agree. When it launched on the Switch, I had little to no problems aside from a little lag (too many ppl on my Wi-Fi). Each update for the last 3 or so weeks were supposed to have fixes included for the Switch. It wasn't until these patches were implemented that I started seeing textures that are grainy. I found myself under a house (literally). A squad came into the house. I could see them. I started shooting and for some reason my bullets wouldn't reach them. It's like they didn't see my bullets or me. I sent a bug report explaining what had happened. I tried to reproduce the bug, unsuccessfully. Although that was a one time gig, when I land in paradise palms, the buildings are always some grainy edged, almost blurry textures. I get that it is in "beta", I just wish that their fixes didn't bring so many other problems.

As a grown adult, my hands don't work well with single joycons. Sad I'll be missing out on playing this with my kids. What a shame.

I'm glad they are remaking this series. I was just thinking about downloading DC and playing some of the the great games on it, like this and AFO. I can't wait for these.

Tbh, the reward system they had in place for the black Wii u console was probably the best. Every cent spent was replaced with points. It only took two or three AAA games to earn the points for another one free of charge. Mynintendo rewards are mainly crap now. Also the gold you get from your purchases aren't worth the effort to even log in to that site anymore. They need to revamp the system they use. Until then, it's dead to me.

I agree with the fact that the screen shows a small area to play. Surely they would implement a full screen mode. Kinda ugly imo.

It's amazing how many ppl out there fail to cross check stuff before DL'ing software online. If you get bricked or banned, it becomes your own fault. Nintendo won't help you. No company will. Thanks for the post. Maybe ppl will learn to be more diligent. Just because something g says free, doesn't mean it's free. Also glad you linked GBATEMP. For $20, I'll give it a try. Hell, I may even go in on a family plan with a few ppl just to save $15. It's the cheapest console service and honestly the saves and old school games are worth that much.

@DABYX you are right. Nintendo offers bounties. Although it wasn't Nintendo software that they found the hole. it was the X chip they used that was exploited. Nvidia already knew about the exploit, they just didn't want to tell anyone at the time, at least not until they basically we're called out by the community. The switches fate, AFAIK, is pretty much laid out now.

TBH, there is a couple ppl working on reversing it to share with the open community. Also, the fee you pay to TX is for both the "license" and the hardware that they want us to use. If you don't want to pirate, wait til atmosphere is fully released. Team X is a joke anyway. In fact I'm fairly sure they stole most of the work from open source community to start.

I'm a little confused. I am under the impression that Nintendo only allows one system per ID. If we want to use it on a different one, we have to Un link it and link it to a new system. So when the online goes live, will we be able to sign in to any switch we chose without deactivation? Would be great imo.

Aside from reminding me of a flash game, the only real complaint I have is the counter-offense is annoying as can be. I beat the first one. The second took me a couple times. The problem is that you're forced to play it when you know you aren't ready. Can't proceed farther without passing these challenges. Even when we have other places unlocked. I agree that the price point makes it a no brained for the content it has.
