@Damo The whole reason not to use the word when literally dozens of synonyms exist for said word is because racist idiots will twist the usage of the word to make racist remarks. This is made evident from not only the Twitter comments section for this article, but literally the very first comment of this article.
I'm so excited for this game. Have been following development on Twitter and its great to see how far they've come! Really looking forward to this, but fine to wait as long as they need to finish
Animal Crossing is the ultimate in comfort. Absolutely no stress, just good vibes and relaxing music destined to put you to sleep. Any other game is a great escape but animal crossing really is the most relaxing
Never heard of this game but started playing it a bit today. Enjoying it so far. Wish I had this as a kid. Definitely going to be playing this over the weekend. A remaster would be so cool!
I dont need a Switch Pro, I need more games for the Switch. Ffs theyre still porting games to the switch from the Wii. The world doesnt need a slightly better Switch. The world needs more games for the Switch
Getting rid of docked play would just turn the Switch Lite into a Stadia that plays Nintendo games basically. He literally is just suggesting Nintendo should enter Cloud based gaming, and from their terrible online service, we know they are years and years away from anything like that. Taking away docked play would remove all of the casual family gamers that Nintendo picked up from the Wii era.
@DarylT sigh. It is not impossible. And every game that is worked on there are set expectations set at the beginning of a project. If they couldn't bother to give animations to hundreds of pokemon, they could have cut the amount of pokemon in the game. What they did was knowingly ship a game where when some pokemon attack, they literally do not animate and just bounce in place. Stop making excuses for Game Freak.
Man, I always get disappointed when I see amazing cover art paintings and assume those paintings represent the in game art style, only to find out its pixellated. Got the same feeling when finding out about Celeste
tbh, nintendo eshop is good for browsing new games. I only have the xbox marketplace to compare it to, but the eshop is much more welcoming and simple to use. There could definitely be improvements to it, like maybe some alerts for when your wishlist game goes on sale. But I find it easy to browse the latest releases
The truth is, you aren't selling to robots. You are selling to people who will look at your game, gameplay, trailer, and determine its value. If your game does not seem like it is worth what you are charging the consumer, they will more than likely not buy it.
I'm hoping somebody mods these and make them go really fast and that the AR tech is fast enough to keep up. Looking forward to what the mod community does with this
Opened Pokemon Sword, Downloaded Pikachu, Played one battle, Closed the game. The dull fights in this game really kill any excitement I have for Pokemon. And the way Pikachu jumps without moving a single muscle using the Iron Tail attack, really breaks immersion for me
I wonder what the data looks like for this game. How many people continue playing past week 1, 2, etc. From the gameplay I have seen, it looks like a good workout. But are people drawn back to play it over and over again?
I'm guessing this is because the ESRB rating has to be printed on the cartridge and by placing it on their with the image fully scaled and centered, they would be covering up part of the word Collection or All-Stars. So this is just a remedy to not cover up the image
Just beat Mario 64 for the first time in my life in anticipation for this game. Curious to see how the controls from N64 match up to the Switch handling. Also still waiting on Galaxy button control footage. Hoping it controls really well, though I'm sure it does because its Nintendo and Mario, they wouldn't mess that up
I like the idea behind the toys in that they look like paper craft keeping the 2D true to its style. But you would have to pay me to go to Arbys and then even after that, I'd still probably just throw the food away and keep the toys
I'm hoping I can play without motion controls and that doing so is an enjoyable experience. I'll wait to see some "button-only controls" gameplay before my purchase
