@RupeeClock I can imagine People will be fighting to put their in first and complaining when someone else does (lucky 1 of 6). Similar to now with certain top defenders (cough, Blissey).

Not sure what I'm more happy about. That we're finally getting Legendary Pokemon, or that they can't be used as defenders in gyms. I can only imagine the "variety" if that was the case.

Going to add $70 Eshop credit later today for Splatoon 2. More excited to play it now than I was a week ago. Already have the new Inkling Girl and Boy amiibo schedule to arrive today from Best Buy.

I hope that one of the bugs they fixed is the one with the gym is being "under attack" right after you take down an enemies gym and somebody from your team put in theirs. I saw the notice on the faq help screen about it, so at at least they are aware of that and others.

It would be also nice if they do something about Blissey (Lower CP, faster motivation drop). I can't fault her for a having a high HP but did they really forget that she have the defense of an egg. Hope they have something planned for Shedinja's 1hp.

That would have been handy for me a couple of months ago instead of wearing the bracelet loosely so I could use it in a similar way with one hand.

I hope the people at Grant Park would go for the water types for the perk. The experience bonus seems more beneficial then all the other perks (besides stardust).

An interesting thing about Helix stretch (sway) ability is that not just you can throw punches using it, but it will also stay charged while stretched since you are holding the same button that charges it.

Fingers crossed they release this on a Virtual Console, any one of them, I'll even take Wii VC if it means I don't have to get the Snes CE.

I hope Nintendo is planning to release Starfox 2 on a virtual console (Wii U, Switch, doubtful New 3ds) as well. That's the only game on the list I haven't played or owned and I'm not eager enough to buy the system for it.

Went to Manhattan yesterday and there was a crowd of people fighting raid battles/gyms at different parts in midtown. 14 players (on team) taking down a Tyranitar at one of them. Best catch ever (perfect iv). Now if only I can get a TM as a reward.

One of the things I dislike is not being able to stock up on one a day Raid Passes, but I guess this as well as other parts of the update is a safeguard against cheaters/bots.

Well I have a big smirk right now, level 35 over here (3/4 to lvl36). Got a raid pass but haven't seen any raid battles in my area. I'll keep my eyes peeled for any eggs

Hard for me to say if NA have the same level of storage that JP have. I normally get twitter alerts when they are in stock online every other week.

They need to also worry about restocking joy-con controllers, mainly the Red/Blue ones. Wish I brought them back when people were in a frenzy over the left joy-con issue. harder to find at msrp then the Switch itself.

This is a nice way to troll cheaters. I know some would justify using third party to complete their dex (fair to some extent), but most use them for gyms, especially bots.

@rjejr Pretty much what I was thinking. If Nintendo officially went with this design, people will think it’s a updated Wii U or next gen handheld. People already bash the Wii U because of the name and console design, no need for that repeat.

Hmm and I just brought a dock set from best buy last week for $71.99 (open-box). No buyer’s remorse on my end, just a “well I’ll be”. It is a nice alt for a spare.

It met my expectations. I wasn’t expecting an “Amazing” factor (especially a week before E3), but a “that’s nice”.

Out of the 3, I’m more excited for Pokkén Tournament DX, still hoping for more features. I would probably be more excited for Ultra Sun and Moon if I knew more about it beside a teaser and date. As for Gold and Silver, not feeling it, but I guess it’s because I’m not a fan of VC for a game I already played, twice.

I'm somewhat interested. I already have the Wii U version but I am interested in what the Switch have to offer. I hope there is more new modes/gameplay beside the 3 on 3 battle, which I hope is tag team style.

I wonder if this will be a sequel to Sun and Moon, or just an enhanced version. Hoping for the 1st one since the story did end on a cliffhanger with certain characters.

Real talk: did people full heartedly expect a main series pokemon game for a new hardware the same year it's released? As far as I know all the past Pokemon games were released at least 2 years after the systems release. At least knowing that should of kept some people expectations in check.

Nice to see our games are doing well and not just breath of the Wild. I was hoping that people on forums wasn't a reflection of people in real life.

I got BotW and Voez for my personal play time, Snipperclips to play with my gf, and 1-2 Switch to play with friends and family who are not a gamer like me but want to have fun in a fair way, which is over 80% of the people I know.

Even though I still disagree on the pricing with 1-2 Switch, depth and extent the quantity of the games, playing with my little cousins, nephew, and handicapped gaming friends made it worth it; at least more so if I was to play a multiplayer game that I have a clear advantage in.
