@GoproGO They did. They were the ones that had control on most sports games and other things and put micro transactions in games that already had a price. If you wanna blame Konami too that's cool, I don't mind, they suck too and have also influenced in bad practices in gaming.

Just to know, are we gonna continue with this black and forth or can we agree to disagree? I imagine that even if I'm being "harsh" or "unfair" with EA certainly you don't want to waste time on defending them of all people right? I already explained why I mentioned them and you said that you disagree so I think that both of us have explained our reasons.

@GoproGO ? They had the licence for many years. Sure, this game is developed by someone else but EA set a precedent for worse. So... everything?

EA turned all of it's sports games into pay to win experiences, so unless some miracle happens I really doubt that I'll be checking it.

Yup, this definitely sounds like a Switch 2 edition. That's great because I haven't played it.

Good to know that it's deeper than the 3DS version. I enjoyed that one a lot, but felt a bit barebones.

I was surprised that it wasn't announced on release or at a Direct. I was sure it was coming eventually.

I feel like this could be a good spiritual successor of the Stadium games. Will definitely try it out as I enjoyed competitive online for a while on previous generations.

@mattitudemf Nice! I think that you'll have a great time with it if you do, specially if you go deeper with the gene system. These games are among my favorites so hopefully you'll enjoy them too.

An improvement for the most part and a great game and yet, lots of baffling bad decisions too. Still, one of the best RPGs that you can play, specially if you enjoy monster collecting.

@larryisaman It's an option you can toggle. That way the difference is even more clear as you can see it in real time. In settings you go to system, then Nintendo switch software handling and then you can select the handheld mode boost option.

Checked Age of Calamity and it finally looks playable again. The Star Wars Battlefront Collection looks great too. Sniper Elite 4 also looks considerably improved and might make a big difference in the gameplay. Heard about Phoenix Rising being much better but haven't tried it.

Love Starship Troopers so I've been eyeing this game but might go for Deadzone: Rogue first. Let's see how that one does on reviews. Hopefully the Switch 2 version runs well.

@Tasuki Maximun Carmage is also quite a good beat'em up and isn't available anywhere else as far as I know. Separation Anxiety is pretty much the same but a bit worse. Still worth checking it out tho.

Can't wait to get this one. Almost finished it on PS5 and have been a fan of the series since Demon's Souls (PS3) and even before if the King's Field series counts.

Hopefully the online experience has improved a lot. Love the game but it's definitely frustrating on multiplayer because of how unstable it is.

@NintendoWife Yeah, I'm saying there's a lot of these games that have those aspects (third person, action/adventure). For example, there's Zelda Breath of the Wild and Red Dead Redemption to name a few. If you like something less open World but still of free exploration there's Soul Reaver and Dark Douls. If you want something level /mission based there's the Tomb Raider games, Star Wars Force Unleashed and Sniper Elite series.

And just like those there's many more to appeal to pretty much any preference.

@NintendoWife ? There are more third person action adventure games than horror games. They are usually mixed with certain elements like open world, hack n' slash or rpg elements, but a lot of games fall on that category.

Played the demo and liked it, but there are some annoying things. Performance was bad in some parts and while it looks great it didn't look like such a demanding game. The main character has this really weird way of running too. Like, I have seen when characters are made slow on purpose, but she's more annoying than usual. And my last gripe: the first ghost design is a step down over the original. I don't know about the others, but that one was disappointing. I'll probably end up getting this on a sale.

She's so good that I feel even more unnerved than usual when playing horror games. It's like our fear is combined and amplified haha. Resident Evil 8 is way more manageable so I've been playing that and Scott Pilgrim Ex when I'm tired of being tense.

Love these games, but I'm really frustrated with the lack of Online on this one. Spent so many hours making monsties to battle and explore together and now, it feels less enticing despite of them being more customizable than ever. They also removed flying and you go directly to the nests now instead of finding them on mini mazes, which made a lot of people happy but can't say that I feel the same. The game looks fantastic in almost every other way, but it did kill a lot of my hype. I've been supporting these games since the first one was announced on 3DS so it feels weird to feel so torn about it.

woah, glad that I grabbed the trilogy like this. Sure, Capcom makes good sales but still, it will take a while before there's a better deal than this and it's amazing to have them on the Switch 2. I still can't believe how good they look and run.

I never played the Star Force games so I'm interested in this collection. I'll probably grab it when it's on sale tho.

I get the feeling that Jynx might get an evolution or something on Winds and Waves.

This game is one of my favorites and probably my most played one ever. Played since like 2013-2014 to like 2020 when it was quite different and I'm definitely enticed to revisit it and see how much has been added, but I don't have enough memory space and I have so many things to play before that.

I need to see the evolutions since both the dog and the gecko look great. I usually prefer water types tho. However, I have a suspicion that the gecko could evolve into a more feminine appearance. Nothing wrong with that, but I prefer my pokemon to look cool and intimidating so it's up to the last stage designs.

It was ideal for me because of Winds and Waves and Champions. Pokopia also looks promising and I might want to revisit FireRed. There's not much left that I wanted to see aside from a Gold/silver/Crystal remake.

Looks great! Let's hope that it runs well.

looks a bit janky but in a good way if that makes sense, as in games from the ps2/ps3 era. I'm interested but I need to see reviews when it finally comes out.

Saw a livestream a few minutes ago and it seemed to be running quite well and looked better than what was presented on the Digital Foundry video. Hopefully the reviews confirm that it's a good port.

That's a cool addition. I've been enjoying the game from time to time so I'll definitely get this dlc eventually.

Pretty interested in this but March is already packed with releases so I don't mind.

This game keeps up giving. Hopefully people are appreciating it more than at release. I'd love to see more stages added instead of more characters to the already great roster.

I love dinosaurs but can't say that the trailer convinced me to try it. I wish the best to the devs, but I think that this might not be for me.

I really enjoyed the demo, but the performance wasn't the best on Switch 2. It's not terrible, but I'd like to know if it's better now that it's released. Gameplay alone made this game feel like an 8-9 for me so I don't mind the story.

You see everything in black and white and can't even fathom that not everything is an extreme.
