@Res462 Yes, Hades 2 will help answer my slight buyers remorse for jumping on S2 so quickly

3 console guy, and for me S2 is for 1st party games and the indies that just feel more like a switch/portable game. So, in that regard really average. Kart is okay but hasn't blown me away. Looking forward to picking up DK and Hades 2. But generally in waiting mode . . .

Kind of sucks that 2 is launching with Mario Kart. If not I'd have let my online expire at the end of the year. Only use it for MK and Splatoon.

US$399 is reasonable and keeping with Nintendo ways of working, imo.

@Solomon_Rambling Can't agree more on Effects Connected. Having sat out the whole DS era, I'd say it's number 2 on my list - Gameboy was slightly more of a thing for me in context of the times. [And definitely swap 99 in at 4]

My preferences would be 3D Mario (of course) + F Zero (an acknowledement that the Big N can, you know, listen to the fans from time to time) + backwards compatibility (guessing N going to N and reject this one as well).

@somnambulance Totally agree. And especially for multi-system players, there's a LOT coming out in the months ahead. Love to see Plucky and Gunbrella hit some early 2024 lull in new releases. PLUS the whole concept of Devolver Delayed is really funny.

Honestly would have picked up sequel day 1 full price. Not the best game ever but really, really enjoyable. Play a lot of AC but can't say I ever have or will pay full price for them.

Only thing that could force them to pay attention to Nintendo is the possibility they lay an egg without FIFA. Trying to mitigate potential losses. "Switch fans will be so thankful we blessed them with an update, they'll all buy a copy"

Here a thought F-Zero was the only possible answer. Guess there are other viable choices.
