Nothing for me this week. Gears 5 and a backlog it is for now. Oh, and a book. One made of paper. Old school fun.

Gameplay looks good-ish, menus look like they're from free2play mobile games. I'll wait for reviews.

@Djrr-ific How do you deal with the whole internal clock thing? That's the reason I don't play AC:NL as much as I want to. The stores in New Leaf were always closed whenever I had time to play.

Life doesn't matter until this game comes out. I want this, need this, breath this.

@Djrr-ific It's a terrific game in every way, just not for me. As you noticed, I'm quite picky. So I kind of enjoy the gameplay, but it doesn't grab me as it should. But if you already know you love the formula of Fire Emblem, 3H should be it for you.

@Djrr-ific I'm happy that's a game for you! It isn't for me, so it feels like dry weeks. Three Houses didn't grab me as much as it should, Forager lasted me 3 days (15 hours of playing) and now I'm back at watching series again, instead of playing games. Even Xbox's Gamepass can't save me right now.

@Djrr-ific Same! Counting the days... Happily playing Link's Awakening a week before though.

Fantasy Life 2 for Switch, please.

Bought it yesterday, played for a bit and realized I was already 25% in. Going to play in shorts bursts now. I enjoy it for € 4,99.

I'm in the same boat as @RickD and @Aozz101x. Might even wait for a sale.

I don't understand why they picked a font like that. It's horrible against a pretty nice art style, if you ask me.

@RupeeClock I've started playing Baba Is You yesterday. It's pretty great! Fully worth the 12,49 I've paid for it. Levels are short, as they should be, but interesting. The puzzles are easy in the beginning, but it takes some good thinking to solve most of them. I recommend it.

This is unpleasant to look at.

Looks nice, but I'm not convinced yet. I want a different story than getting badges, fighting baddies while we're at it and then winning a Pokémon League type of thing. We're doing that for 20 years already.

This trailer didn't show enough to convince me that it's more than an HD 3DS Pokémon game.

This will be an enjoyable game to play for a short sessions between meatier games. I'll buy it!

This looks very generic. What's the appeal in an artstyle that's done sóóó many times in much better games?

When the subtitle is more interesting than the title! I would love a Dragon Ball Z RPG on the Switch. Dragon Ball Fusion was nice, I would buy it again for Switch if they ported that from 3DS.

A bit too short to my taste, but I liked my playthrough on PS4. Bit light on gameplay, but the story is great. If it's not too expensive, I recommend checking it out.

Now you're here, I'm very curious about why the UI was so ugly. Months of great work and design and nobody said 'guys, we need something better than this'? It's like cooking a great meal and then drowning it in ketchup. How does something like that happen?

I didn't know I could ever feel so disappointed after reading a title on Nintendo Life. This is nothing like one of these games.

I was so ready for this when it got announced for Switch, but now it has to wait until I'm done with Red Dead Redemption 2.

@MattFox The PC version did get new content with the multiplayer update. On the Stardew Valley blog (i don't know if I can post links but you can Google it) the top post tells you exactly what changed + pictures of it.

Now I have to come out to my friends as one of the biggest Stardew Valley fans ever and find someone to share a farm with. No friends of mine who play this game, unfortunately.

@NintendoFan4Lyf Not completely related, but that's exactly the problem I have with Animal Crossing.

My relationship with this game started a bit rough, as I didn't like it that much, but after spending more time in the world of Dead Cells it became something I do for at least half an hour each day.

Doesn't surprise me, as mid-ranged PC's can struggle with it as well. I didn't expect it to be a smooth experience on the Switch.
