Man. Finally, we'll get too see The Switcher 3 running natively in something more than a 45 second trailer. I genuinely don't think I'll be doing anything other than working and playing killer games this Fall and Winter.
More Astral chain please!
I'll tune into this. I usually do anyway, but more Luigi's Mansion 3 and Link's Awakening (maybe M&S Tokyo 2020 as well) can't be a bad thing.
We haven't really seen any Spyro footage yet either, have we?
Most excited to see if Mario & Sonic is really going to get the Switch treatment, being the best of the franchise both critically and saleswise.
For now it looks heaps and tons better than last two iterations.
Curious how muddy Witcher is going to be. Cause it will be a game I will play, but want to know if replaying it to the end is something I can do on Switch.
I don’t need to see any more of Link’s Awakening. I’ve been sold since the first second of footage.
More gameplay footage for an awesome fall lineup? Sold!
No footage needed, as I got the tickets ready to buy them aaaaaall.
Nope. Media blackout time for Zelda and Astral Chain. Both preordered and paid in full. Nothing else is on my to-do list.
@Dezzy Will be really shocked if Spyro doesn't run smoothly! They've taken their time with it anyway.
I'll tune in to see more of Astral Chain, but I've seen enough of LM3 to know I need to read some reviews.
As for Link's Awakening, I don't expect Gamescom to be the forum to reveal any exciting new features in the game, so I'd rather not see any new footage - it's already kinda spoilt by knowing the Gameboy game inside out! I want to at least try and keep some sort of surprise...
...like, will the Dad of the Mum that wants a Yoshi doll for her baby still have an exceptionally long head?!
Curious to see Witcher 3 footage. And Mario & Sonic footage. Please have dream events, please, please.
@Dezzy Not beyond the E3 trailer, to my knowledge, but it's listed under the "coming soon" section of the eShop now with some pretty nice screenshots that look about on par with PS4.
Nice to see Nintendo get their mojo back. The Switch has been an amazing console so far with a ton of excellent games to choose from.
Gamescom is a good event, but I’m hyping myself up for Tokyo Game Show next month. I have a good feeling about Shin Megami Tensei 5 being shown 🤩🤩🤩
Media blackout for me. I’m planning on getting 4 of these (LM3, Zelda, Switcher3 & AstralChain) I don’t want to see anymore!!
I’ve already preordered Zelda, but I am still on the fence with Astral Chain. The more I see the more I like. However, I have two concerns — the story and possible repetitive fights/locations. The gameplay seems amazing, and the premise of the game is fascinating, but can a good (maybe even emotional) story with relatable characters be a part of the game? I hope. Moreover, I wonder how fleshed how “investigations” are. I hope they aren’t mundane main/side quests, where you look at the crime scene, find evidence, and then just follow the breadcrumbs to the bad guy(s), fight them, and the mission is done. Hopefully, there is depth to these missions. This is what I’m worried about.
With as much hype as they are throwing the Witcher I hope the game turns out fine.
Please Nintendo, show something new from Zelda breath of the wild 2.
Good old Cradders.
@Not_Soos
I need more evidence before I believe that trailer was running on the Switch. I bet it was PS4 footage.
