Can’t wait to pickup my physical copy of astral chain tomorrow morning!!! Beyond excited, can’t believe tomorrow will finally be the day, heh.

Couldn’t wait for this game since the first trailer was shown, beyond excited. Only thing I find disappointing is the projected hours of play this game is, seems fairly short but if it’s an amazing playthrough(from the videos and this review it seems to be something special) I wouldn’t mind how short it is as long as it has replay value. Scrambling to finish my first path of fire emblem before this comes out without rushing it, so many games out and more to come 😓

Well that’s cool! I play a little bit of Tetris here and there but not excessively. It’s never been my thing but I’ll play it every so often to pass the time or something because it is fun. I’m LOVING three houses so since this is an event I care for I was planning on playing a lil anyways but the unlocking a theme aspect makes me more eager!! Excited 😊

Doesn’t matter how long this game takes, I just how the wait will be worth it. Really looking forward to seeing what Metroid on the switch is going to look like!

@Ralizah the first day I decided to fish(which is also the last time I fished since it was recent) I got that so I assumed it was for all the time but after seeing what u said I’m guessing you know by the fishing icon on the day? Or how will I find that out because you’re right that’s a great way to gain exp

@Mince I’m confused, you must’ve misread part of my post I never said anything about that. I’m at about 14 hours and I haven’t seen that yet but I hope this isn’t an issue

I know it’s crazy to say and hear but I haven’t played a doom game until the first came out on switch. FPS’s have never interested me so I never bothered but seeing it finally ported and it being so cheap decided what was the harm and.. I love it. Seriously fun and addictive especially with the option to play local co op and my this being my little brothers favorite series we can chill and play together. Definitely my #1 eshop exclusive game this month. In all honesty it stops me from playing FE at times... gah!!! Back to three houses (:

Thanks for the tips nintendolife! I’ve been playing countless hours of 3 houses and I have been having an overwhelming amount of fun!!! The game is just absolutely gorgeous in many many ways, it might even be GOTY for me depending on how astral chain, and deamon plays out. I had no idea about the rusted weps as well as the loading screen so that was a nice bit of info. I’m on black eagles right now and I’m gonna play lions next and deer last. My choice for the first house was stuck between eagles and deer so I figured the choice I didn’t make between the two I would play last.
Ugh I’m stuck between making Petra a falcon knight or a hero, hard decision as she’s nasty at the sword but I think she’d be a real powerful flying unit. As the game progressed I got more overwhelmed with making the “correct” decisions that I had to stop and tell myself that I should just play to my liking and learn for the next house!

@KIRO I’m very curious, how far into stardew did you get? Because I got stardew at launch and after trying it many times and not being able to dive into it, it took a while and when I finally sat and took the time(granted I was playing co-op with my gf so it was much better) I started to love it as I got deeper into it finding aspects of the game I had no clue was hidden within. If you didn’t play for too long I highly recommend sticking it out to check out what it has to offer under the surface.

I was going to see the movie either way for not only it being a sonic movie but because Jim Carrey was starring in it. That said I wasn’t excited or looking forward to it after seeing that atrocious design of sonic. Now after them delaying and saying they will make him look better I’m more eager to see where it goes. I understand where he is coming, however you guys don’t have to change anything other than the design lol. I don’t see how that is going to be a major problem with “ownership” if everything else is staying the way it is. You guys were confident enough to have the movie release as it is, why will the one main issue that you’re fixing to cater be a question on it now?

New character is great but very very op, so fun to play though!

Forgot about the two new characters coming with these overwhelming releases that’s been coming out back to back. Hopefully hero comes out next week so I can have some time with 3 houses 😓

Hopefully this pushes them to put both hotline Miami’s on it. Been really wanting to try those games out since everyone loves it

Very hyped for the last splatfest but also incredibly sad as it’s coming to an end. I have high hopes that rumors of splat3 and possibly an announcement of it will come in the middle of next year. The game hasn’t gotten anywhere close to dead to my knowledge and people are still playing splat1 so I don’t see how there would be a question of this IP dying out anytime soon... but then again... **cough** **cough** F Zero, mother... star fox... oh my

Just got my new custom white ones with multicolored buttons the other day I’m so happy with them. If they ever plan on selling the eevee and pikachu ones separately I will gladly buy those instantly as well!!

@JasmineDragon UGH I’m stuck between eagles and deers badly too. I’m really interested in the characters from both of the houses! Either way I’m sure all three of them will be enjoyable playing

I’ve played a couple on the first Mario maker and only have played one Zelda one so far on 2 and I loved it. Definitely gonna look out for more, people are so creative!

Came late to the party, as expected from almost every pokemon article posted you guys are heated. Well although the new games don’t look entirely close to what I would expect the first console Pokémon games to be; we’ve barely seen much of the game, new Pokémon, etc so imma keep my mouth shut and not complain considering no matter what I’m getting it as well as most of you lmao. Let’s hope they have a lot of surprises left. If the game is actually bad and everything we’ve seen is close to 60-70% of the game then yes I will be severely disappointed

My weekend is going to consist of Mario maker 2, lots of Minecraft within my realm, and I’ve been thinking of playing echos for the fire emblem hype!! Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend

Its funny that u guys posted this because I was struggling with this level yesterday, but I have been very very strict with letting myself look at guides and such. I have yet to use luigi(my castle is at 100%) and have yet to look up anything on beating them. Plan to figure it out but I hope anyone that was struggling on this level and needed this that it helped!

Only thing this month I’ll be getting is Fire Emblem!!! I was planning on getting DQB2 and I’ve been really hyped about it for some time but after the demo, I have no interest anymore, especially at the price. If it goes on sale I will definitely get it but until then I have plenty of other games. Mario maker will hold me over until fire emblem, then hopefully I’ve beaten and gotten a good amount of playtime done for both for August and September’s drop of games. Astral chains, oninaki, Daemon X Machina, Links awakening... we can’t forget the two DLC characters for smash coming as well... my oh my!

Love trigger, makes me interested in this game. Have yet to try out the series, still not sure if it’ll be a game for me..

Mario maker coming out yesterday was a nice little early birthday present for me, as well as terraria coming out this week as well. Gonna be spending my birthday today playing both of those as well as finally really going through xenoblade 2 again since I never finished it oh so long ago when it came out

Where’s terraria? That’ll be the only thing I’m downloading this week, since Mario maker will be a physical buy for me. Lots of good games this week with bloodstained(plan on picking up physical after I get a lil ahead of my backlog and the major bugs are fixed), terraria(day 1[today] buy for me), Mario maker, and the demo of god eater 3 as well as DQB2. I’ll be busy for a while until DQB2 comes out!!!

Loved the movie!!! Might get this just because of the wonderful memory I have of the movie and because it’s hopefully one of the first of many more Nintendo movies/Pokémon movies coming that are actually good!

Sonic mania was the first sonic game in a very.. very.. VERY long time that I’ve enjoyed. Unless you make another game like that then I won’t really be excited for one. Before that game came out and leading up to it I was extremely hyped I will say. And I wasn’t let down. Do it again, surprise me!

Regardless there’s plenty of other titles coming out this year, so everyone will have something to play. I’m confused as why you would WANT this game to be rushed just to come out this year with all the other announcements. Wouldn’t you want to space out the first party excitement?

Sortof excited to play it with my gf who’s beyond excited for this game but I’m not a super big AC fan. I tried new leaf but I think the main issue with it was I had no one to play with. Since I know so many people that have a switch and are most definitely getting this game, hopefully I’ll be able to thoroughly enjoy this like others do. I didn’t like stardew at first early play but once I found the mining/combat aspect, the collecting that made things fun(adding to the library), and such I began to love it. Obviously animal crossing isn’t an action game at all but maybe there will be things that I didn’t even realize was in Animal crossing that I will love. So far the addition of Nintendo items from other games is the main and only thing. Either way day one buy and I’m hopeful for it! Either way by the time this comes out I’ll have astral chain, deamon x machina, links awakening, DQB2, and so much more to play! So many amazing games coming to the switch!!!!!

That trailer has me seriously confused and puzzled but as far as the game as a whole I’m more than excited. I’ve been waiting for an action mech game like this for years and I’m finally getting it on the switch. As far as story I hope it’s at least decent while the gameplay aspect from the E3 trailer has me even more drawn in. September can’t get here fast enough! The week after this comes out I’ll be picking up links awakening and the amiibo!

Absolutely can’t wait for this game, I’m beyond hyped! Another amazing exclusive perhaps turning into a new IP? I’m hopeful and excited to see where Astral chains is heading

@BenAV it’s an amazing game, I highly recommend it! The characters are great, story is corky, and gameplay is just incredibly fun. It goes on sale a lot so I’d keep an eye out!

@Ardisan funny you said that because when I did see this game I noticed I caught a big correlation between this and Splatoon but didn’t see anyone comment on that. But it’s the opposite for me, because of the similar vibes of splat it made me more interested!
