A: We're confident that everything we're creating is legally sound.

• All of the music from the Album and the Documentary will be properly licensed.
• Both the Handbook and the Zine will feature original artwork inspired by the MOTHER series — no official art or logos are being used or commissioned.
• The Handbook will serve a variety of functions, all of which we believe are covered under the umbrella of "fair use": it is simultaneously an educational guide, a critical work which examines details of EarthBound's story, a parody of the game and the 90's environment in which the game was released, and a compilation of facts, techniques, and information gleaned by fans over the past 20 years (e.g. battle techniques, item/character/weapon stats). It will stand alone as a creative work, but it will not function as a replacement for the game's narrative.

@Dipper723 Blu-Ray discs hold 25 GB. This game is nowhere near that size. It's a single layer.

@AlphaAlex I just whipped out my 3DS to be sure, but the 3DS version only displays one tip at a time on the Tips page.

@AlphaAlex No, when you actually go to the Tips page, you'll see three on a page instead of one, like the 3DS version. Sakurai isn't conceding that the Wii U version will take a long time to load so he put three tips on the loading screen.

Although, load times will probably be extremely long.

Why does the U.S. have to be so boring? I seen stamps from a lot of other countries and ours are the most bland.

I like the idea of buying a game and getting a download code for it. There have been times I've wanted to buy a game for someone (digitally), but it kinda ruins the surprise if you want to take advantage of a sale.

@Prof_Clayton Not that big of an issue, because 3DS XLs in Europe don't come with a charger either. Only North America includes one.

@C-Olimar Yes, but when the game originally came out, it didn't have any features that it includes now. They released a new edition in Japan to grab more sales, but it wouldn't make sense to do it here since it hasn't even been released yet. It's a sales tactic. Could be viewed as despicable to some people, but I'm happy as long as I get $40 of content. At least it comes with online, where first owners in Japan didn't have that luxury.

I just realized that I'm having a "Sakurai Celebration" of sorts. I've been playing Kirby Super Star, Kid Icarus: Uprising, and the Smash Bros. Demo all this week.

To be honest, I should've been expecting a 7. NL's scoring system is more broad than others. So a 7 is not bad. Kirby Triple Deluxe scored a 7, and it was good.

I was questioning picking this up Day 1 because of this. But, every time I see this game, I'm in love with it, so I'm sticking to my guns this time.

Hey, Nintendo Life, I would just like to thank you for ruining part of the surprise for this game. I've been trying to keep myself spoiler free for this game, and that goes both ways. Not only do I want to avoid knowing who got in, but also who got cut. Wasn't expecting you to spring an article like this. So, again, thank you.

I honestly was expecting the game to be bigger. A 3DS game card can store 8 GB. But, since it's Nintendo, I should've known that they would tighten things up to fit nicely.
