@Varkster people are boiling it down to watching a DF vid and saying "look! on the PS5 Pro version when they go into the bathroom the toothbrush is there, but it's missing on the Switch 2, same as the flannel! Preorder cancelled!!!"

Are the toothbrush and flannel important play mechanics? No, they're a little extra garnish on the background environment which makes no difference to the game you're playing and you never interact with. But here we are. It's like saying the SNES version of Street Fighter 2 was crap because Dhalsim's stage was missing two elephants.

@bluemage1989 I remember people seething on here about Animal Crossing being 30fps and only one island. It only sold 48.2m copies. If it was 60fps it could have sold a whopping 48.23m copies.

@Hank_Scorpio almost spat my beer out…It’s a new Switch 2 feature called Dark Mode. Like the Depths but with added silence.

@Varkster It’s been an onslaught for months on here of people crying about specs and framerates. I don’t blame you for taking a break…it’s good to hear these devs gushing about the system though, looking forward to getting my hands on it.

@charliecarrot They lost their minds in here over Skyward Sword HD aka SixtyDollarGate...what a weekend that was. Sold over 4 million copies and I believe it outsold the Wii original. I purchased the HD version and thoroughly enjoyed it!

All new to me...and as has been said before with a lil scouting you can easily pick them up below RRP.

Mate of mine came round and we had a session of Streets of Rage 4 on hardest. Non stop laughter. He’d never played it before and thoroughly loved it. He grabbed a copy for his PS4 today.

@electrolite77 I noticed a bunch of the doom posters who magically turned up on here after the Switch 2 direct posting constant negativity have vanished. They probably realised nobody was rising to their attempts and gave up. I see there's still a couple floating around spewing the same script though...

@Giancarlothomaz it took them 6 months to sell 1.95m Switch units in Japan. The Xbox? errrrr..... PS5? Two years.
