@sanderev based on what I’ve been reading and hearing it sounds like what you said - more of a museum and a deep dive, and not a so-called manual. Goes into the science and R&D that goes into creating a console. Might not pick it up but appreciate the take. Still waiting for a restock on Switch 2s. I’m in no rush.

@IronMan30 My sentiments exactly. For some reason I knew they were going to do this…doesn’t bother me in the slightest as I have the app. But obviously our resident Che Guevaras and Willliam Wallaces are gonna kick off…the oppression is unreal. 😀

@NeonPizza as soon as the DC came out I dropped the N64. But back then I was a Sega man first (loved the Saturn) and loved Sega’s arcade offerings.

Superb game, I never got into it as much as the DC prequel, which was and still is phenomenal. I get a feeling it will flow better with Switch style controls in comparison to using the Gamecube controller. Time will tell.

@Duncanballs that’s the thing, one day we’ll all be gone and all those physical titles will be someone else’s burden, it’ll either end up in a skip or given away to charity shops. They won’t know about any preservation stance the deceased stood up for on some website they know nothing about.

@Duncanballs Need to coax a few people into getting involved in the online family deal as well, so the online works out super cheap, Gamecube online for pennies a day!

@Duncanballs It's like a permanent loop at the mo, and it seems like it whips people up every time, rather than them realising they're being manipulated...but to answer your question, yes I'm looking forward to the Switch 2, for the new games and the boost it will give the old games.

@jfp This all happened before the Switch came out too, seeds of doubt were sown left right and centre, the worst concern trolls were demanding a recall on the machine, it all got drowned out by the amount of people having a great time. The bedwetters will disperse when they realise nobody cares about what they say.

One would assume that would be 1440p or even 4K?

@OldGamer999 Which were the big omissions? Any examples? Maybe they're being worked on and not ready to announce yet, could be a possibility. I would imagine all their biggest sellers will get a lil facelift and spruce along the way, the machine isn't even out yet lol.
