I'm not a fan, it doesn't really fuss me much as Mario, Luigi, Toad and Bowser all looked spot on.

It's limited run games, they have their target audience and probably know that they will sell these out. I understand why they have done 2 per cart, it's stingy but I get it.

I'm not an AEW fan but I'll buy any wrestling game that is fun. Honestly don't really care about graphics, it's why I'll happily play Mayhem or vs the World; they played great.

No Gargamel or Azrael as characters?
30fps doesn't fuss me, it looks nice enough and will get if they add at least 4 tracks. It looks very small for £45. I'd probably pay twenty odd.

@Wilforce he basically describes the show as it is, an enjoyably watchable over the top silly show based on nostalgia. I like the show but let's no pretend it is a well acted or particularly well written show.

@Sinton I think an adoption to buy a deluxe version with paddles would have been cool and I think lots of people would have gotten one.

Reviews elsewhere have been fairly solid, surprised this one was so bad. Will still consider in sales.

@Mattock1987 yeah I'm very dubious of review embargos. Do they know there is release issues and they just want it out for Christmas? If you are confident in your game surely you want reviews out well before release date.

I imagine like Forces this will be cheaper fairly soon so happy to wait on it anyway.

One thing that made me sceptical about Taylor initially was that her replacement was Jennifer Hale. Hale is a fairly well known name when it comes to video game voice acting and voice acting in general and I would have thought could demand more money than Taylor.

Last one was really good but was dirt cheap within months.

@kingbk my guess is a) they weren't approached b) even if they were they would likely have high licence fees compared to what people think they can actually make from them which is why they we haven't seen them on Evercade or Antstream.
It's a shame things as the ips they own such as the ones you listed are great. I do wish they'd release their old ips more (Inc Midway ones like Rampage)

@Parker75 most of the Lynx games you listed are Epyx not Atari.
@teksetter I've played pong on the evercade and playing it with a normal controller isn't without issues.

@SepticLemon only the NES version of Paperboy was Midway, the arcade was Atari Games although Midway bought Atari later but I think all Arcade games post 1984 are held by Time Warner. Klax was 1990 so would be held by them too. Atari SA (current Atari) only hold Atari Corporation console titles. Atari and it's bizarre history.

@Nerdling Atari SA is basically a holding company who find ways to make money off old ips. I'm more interested to see how well the emulation can be done. If it goes well it could mean some future releases from others.

@Nerdling while I definitely think there could have been more Jaguar games some of the ones you mentioned such as Primal Rage, AvsP, Doom and Wolfenstein would have required licencing from other companies.

Had 1 - 3 on Super NES, Trilogy was the first PlayStation game I got. I later got 4, which I know plenty didn't like it but I loved it at the time. Didn't get another until 11, which is fantastic.

Mario either needed an Italian accent or a stereotypical over the top Brooklyn one, it's awful. I don't understand how anybody thought that was even passable.

He is hardly going to come out and say "sorry it's a bit pants".

Kart Racers 2 is actually a really good game, hindered by lack of voices but it has loads of characters from the okd Nicktoons and new. Shame Disney owns doug but what can you do. It's also different enough from Mario Kart to warrant both. I may get 3 when on sale but I doubt it is a massive improvement on 2.

So excited, I love Tintin. Still enjoy a reread, has well written stories, characters you can get behind with a good bit of comedy thrown in. I even enjoy the Belgian cartoon where they change the storylines

I don't get why you would hide such a big option as 2 players.

Would get it purely to play as Sting and best up Chris Jericho

I have this and am really enjoying it but it's hard. You need a walk through because at times you will fall into trouble, a hint system should be there.

I've got this, I think it's decent,tge graphics are like ps2 but that's fine as long as its playable and fun. It's also only about £9.

Might give this a go now, you can usually pick it up cheap

I had the sequel on Wii, and that was of fun but purely because I had the light sabre attachment otherwise it would have been okay at best. Also seems a lot of money, should have had 1 and 2

@RubyCarbuncle must be some, but it is essentially the same game each year with about 50 songs and you pay £20 a year for all old games songs so even if someone doesn't buy the new one they may still pay the sub. It will be popular amongst young people and also others like myself use it for fitness.

Played this today for the first time ever. I'm really disappointed by it. I'll give it another try but massive let down so far

@Specter_of-the_OLED yeah the switch doesn't even need a whole new controller, just something with a trigger that clicks a button on the joycon. I think that would definitely have gotten me to buy it, now I may just wait for a sale.

I'm really enjoying the Expansion pack. Loving Mario, Kart, Tennis and Dr Mario 64. Those 4 games alone have been worth it. Mario Tennis is better than the switch version. Also played Sonic 2 for the first time.

@NatiaAdamo popeye is public domain. Certain storyline and cartoons may not be but him, Olive Oyl and Bluto are.

I'll get it but I do think it's a bit much price wise for those of us that don't play animal crossing.

If EA just offered me a £15 season pass every year with a year of transfer updates I'd be probably begrudgingly accept that but they take the piss. Well at least Hart and Mccarthy were easy enough to transfer over.
