@Rambler they released a 6 button one as playing fighting games was incredibly hard without it. If your not playing Mortal kombat or street fighter then it has no real use.
@Spiders the only person on the roster not in a Creed film is Clubber. Shame really, Tommy Gunn, Union Cain, Thinderlips and more could have been added in.
@fox_mattcloud doug went to Disney so unfortunately you won't be able to play as Party beating up Roger, even Quailman would have been a good character. Surely they need Really Really Big Man in this? If they filled it with early 90s nick toons I imagine it would be quite popular.
@rjejr I think it was a replacement for both. It is essentially a Wii U that can be a handheld if you want. I didn't keep my Wii U when I got my Switch. If Nintendo stray from the switch model then they are mental. The PSP was the only successful non Nintendo handheld and Nintendo have only had 2 home consoles (Wii and NES) selling over 50m units. It is the market they do well in, surely they know it now.
The roster is so random. Some oldies like Legion of Doom (which is great), Austin Idol, Nikitta Kollof and Bwo. The Aldis and Cabana from NWA; Bey, Cardona, Myers and Dreamer from Impact, Cobb and Sabre from New Japan and War Horse from AEW. I feel like they should have tried to keep modern day wrestlers from 1 or 2 promotions. Make it just NWA wrestlers even.
This Game Is Good Fun, and an enjoyable career mode. I just bought roids in the changing room. this game is just a laugh and better than 2k18 on the switch. with a console that has 3 wrestling games, this is the best one.
People saying they won't spend anything on SNK anymore. Every large company has something dodgy behind it. Be it Chinese, North Korean or clothes companies that use Asian and African swear shops. Japan itself has no national human rights body.
Why are people buying this at launch. Most of the launch games are on PS4 so those games won't be designed to take full advantage of the console, they will be focused on the PS4 as they will sell more copies on that. It will probably be like that for a year. Even if the console price is the same in a year you will get bundle deals in shops by the summer.

@SigourneyBeaver they redesigned the carts so only carts made in the 1st run have that issue. Even then the problem was never as bad as some made out.

@masterLEON emulation is good. There are 2 32bit games on Piko 2 and they play well too.
