Mouse mode!? Say no more!

I’d settle for the NSO, but lord knows what I’d do for the resurrection of the Eternal Darkness 2.

The lack of mouse mode is the let down of the year!
I was waiting for the Switch 2 version as I thought it would surely support mouse mode. Well, I guess I have more time to play Fire Emblem then!

I LLOOOVEEE the map thing in the Zeldas! Gives me a bit of that Wii U magic, that I thought would be lost forever.
I hope they are making something like that for other games too!

The Darkside Detective is one of my absolute greatest favourites, which series I would re-buy entirely if only they got mouse mode.

I have dreamed about Diablo 4 ever since the Switch 2’s mouse mode was announced!

Thimbleweed Park is just the best, and I joked that I would fund the sequel my self if I could!
I would have funded a Switch 2 version of the 1st one with mouse mode too for keeping the fans engaged and expanding the audience.

Sunshine and Galaxies are my favourite.platformers.

Oh I want The Battle for Middle-earth on Switch 2 so badly that I keep day dreaming about them! The mouse mode would be so beautiful!

We gobbled the Mermaid Mask with my kids in two days and as many nights and now my kids are playing their second rounds of it with their friends. And their friends are so enamored of it, that even when they have Switch 1’s, they are planning to buy Switch 2s for playing Mermaid Mask with their friends.

I forgot to add. I enjoy mouse mode so much, that I want more people to find it. Nintendo Life has an article listing games that have mouse mode, but it is out of date.

I was already skipping this when I didn’t see mention of mouse mode in the direct, but now it’s day 1.

I can’t live without the mouse mode. The Joy-con mouse works so beautifully in sofa, and its rumble features and gaming buttons and analog stick working as 2-axis mouse wheel combined with it’s second controller half giving perfect freedom for your hands and complete the game controller needs, make this controller configuration the most comfortable controller ever for me.

I like the mouse mode so much, that I only buy games that have mouse mode.

Mermaid Mask, the sequel for Tangle Tower from the developers of Snipper Clips and Crow Country is one of the ever made for fans of murder mysteries. I especially enjoyed the mouse mode option in it.

Thimbleweed Park is one of my favourite games ever!
I wish that they would make Switch 2 version of it while waiting for the sequel! I would rebuy it for MOUSE MODE!
(I will buy every point&click game that has mouse mode)

Yeah, it’s frustrating, that not every one point & click game has not yet become for Switch 2 with mouse mode, and where the hell are all the RTS games!? Gimme even just one!

But while waiting for more there is at least 3 TOP quality point and click games with mouse mode:

I love the mouse mode and after a bit of getting accustomed to it, it’s now BY FAR my favourite gaming mouse ever.

And specifically because of it’s practicality and comfort;
I can loiter how ever in our sofa and it works on any surface and I can finally play anything just lying on a sofa and keeping my hands how ever I like!

I especially like that it is a game controller! Mouses rarely have rumble, let alone HD rumble, but this has, and it also has clicky, tactile, razor sharp feeling gaming buttons and analogue stick, and if I want, with a flick of a wrist it is game controller, and when I want mouse, it immediately becomes a mouse again. And my other hand is free to do what ever.

And the face buttons is particularly one of its best features, at least for me, perfectly sitting under my thumb. Easy to use, and because of layout, easy to memorize as well!

I cannot live without mouse mode any more, and don’t want to play anything without it! Nothing makes me buy games, like mouse mode! As a matter of fact, the mouse mode has rejuvenated my excitement of gaming again! Fortunately, there is A LOT to buy. Here’s a nice list of Switch 2 games supporting mouse mode:

Yes!!! We need Goemon! And we need Goemon now!

It’s a shame, that we are not getting new Goemon games every now and then, but it is an absolute disgrace that we need to raise a stink about even getting the already existing collection brought to west!

Konami! You cowards!!! At least release some of them in the online service! At the very least the already localized ones! And I would rather take non localized Goemon games, than not have anything at all!

I hope they fix the lack of mouse mode some day.

The Drifter is SO good! One of the all time best point&clickgames! The mouse is perfect!!!

My kids picked it up once they saw me playing it and now they are showing it to their friends. Even my wife wanted to play it through with me once she got hooked on the story.

I cannot wait for more point & click games for Switch 2! I would rebuy every point and click game I have ever bought if they have mouse mode!

I also recommend the absolutely amazing Broken Sword Remake on the Switch 2 for absolutely every one.

Please tell me that it has mouse mode.

The mouse mode feels absolutely amazing and the diamond layout and the clicky quality of the buttons is perfect! The rumble and analogue stick seals the deal and makes it my favourite gaming mouse ever combined with the another Joy-Con!

Among the dreams of RTS and point and click games that immediately arose after seeing the Switch 2’s mouse mode, was the dream of picross game with mouse controls.

At first I only saw mention of Switch 1 and saw clumsy console controller controls in the video and got a bit salty.
