How do these games compare to Zero Escape (particularly 999 and VLR)? I absolutely loved the story and the escape rooms in them.
Are these game closer to Zero Escape, Ace Attorney or typical VN in terms of gameplay?
I've seen the anime based on the first game. I'd assume the game must be better?

@MegaMari0 I honestly don't know what they are waiting for. They already have Hulu (USA), Niconico (Japan, but not region locked), Youtube and Funimation on the switch. Depending on your lifestyle, that means you can stream a TON of content on Switch. So... yeah...

@roy130390 @KnightsTemplar I've only ever played this game in co-op with my wife, and we both absolutely loved playing it, the performance never once bothered us.

Love both Zero Escape and Ai:TSF. They can easily do more with Ai:TSF, but I do wonder what else they could do with Zero Escape> I feel like that would be a hard story to continue without creating tons of new plot holes.

I'd prefer not to be spoiled, I remember that one direct everything was basically spoiled except Age of Calamity and so that turned out to be the biggest and most enjoyable surprise for me.
Ultimately the unknown big surprise is always the greatest feeling for me, but knowing that Zelda will be at E3 with zero other information about it will also be good surprise since BotW2 has already been revealed.

I'll definitely have to check out this island, love Fruits Basket. Such a good story. I was very happy when they had announced a new adaptation that would be close to the source material.

I'm only expecting for them to announce Just Dance, as they always do. Not interested in that franchise at all, so my expectations are super low. If they announce anything, I'll be surprised.

@KoopaTheGamer Not as weird as Nintendo's updates for Switch! We are currently at 12.0.2, however feels like we are still at version 1.5.12.... at best version 2.0! haha

@fbnaulin I would say no, it's not an important feature, it would simply make certain people's play styles more convenient. There are plenty of bird statues in the game, so it shouldn't be an issue for you.

@DrDaisy It's not the same as slots.... Similar in the fact they both have random results. If you've even seen The Price is Right, then you'll have seen that Plinko game, it's very similar in concept. Instead of disks, you have metal balls, instead of throwing one disk at a time, you send dozens of balls at a time. There are more obstacles (lots of pins but sometimes other things) and "exits" (which result in losing your balls). Instead of winning money, you have the chance to win more balls.

What's the 6th Switch exclusive game? NPS, MK8D, ACNH, SM3DW and RFA are all Nintendo exclusive games. Both Fifa and Minecraft are multiplatform games. Is the Switch edition of Minecraft counted separately from the other versions?

@MagicEmperor I believe my wife is in complete agreement with you. She found the story to be less interesting and that the puzzles were not as fun. She would also prefer to play as Layton himself. She never even got around to finishing it... Good thing I bought it on a steep sale for her! haha

I find the NA trailer much more informative and I prefer, however that "classic" British man's voice is way better than the American woman's voice.

@MrPavoPeacock, It's all official stuff from Nintendo, I use Line to communicate with my friends in Japan. I get updates from Nintendo regularly and Kinopio-kun is always featured. Sometimes his inclusions are humourous, but other times I ask why is he always there? haha

@DanTheSausage I know he states it's a broken gamecube in his attached tweet. I'm just saying he should have included it in the original tweet with the pics to avoid having angry tweets sent to him. People tend to be very vocal and angry on twitter (and the internet as a whole).

Don't forget his eyebrows, those are also petitioned differently. Mario looks a little more serious, while Luigi looks more innocent or surprised.

He really should have mention it was a broken Gamecube on the original post, he must have gotten a lot of hate tweets between his original post and the clarifying post from the following day.

@EarthboundBenjy I would absolutely recommend this game. It's a very strategic game, the concept is simple though.

If your not sure about it, wait for a sale, but I really enjoy this series.

As King or Queen, you literally just sit atop a horse and move left and right, while running, waiting and using money, that's basically it. But how you spend your money is how this game really shines.

In this game you give coins to vagrants so they become your villagers, then you use coins to assign them jobs such as archer/hunter, builder, farmer, etc. You use these guys to gather money and upgrade your "kingdom". To expand your kingdom, you need to build walls farther out, while always being aware of the greed who come at night to break down your walls, destroy your villager's jobs and steel your crown.

You build, expand and collect money during the day, at night you wait and defend. You continue to do this until you destroy all the greed's portals or your crown is stolen.

The game starts slow, but it's very good and can get quite intense as time goes by.

You may be able to buy New Lands, which is also on Switch, for a cheaper price as it's an older game. Same basic gameplay, but with less features.

I really enjoyed both Swapnote and Steetpass, would love to see them both come back, plus the little clear circle around the Home button can glow blue when you have visits or messages! Do they even use that blue light for anything?!? It's even on the Pro Controller.

I used to check my activity log regularly, I always enjoyed seeing my play states, every time I see my Switch play states, I always wish they were more precise.. why every 5 hour intervals?

Is it just me or is the French version just a joke?!?

Nothing at Walmart, BestBuy or Amazon.ca, had to make my way to a Toys R Us, and bought their final two copies! Got pretty lucky there! My wife and I are really enjoying this game. ^__^

@RendellDraw I hear you, I loved galaxy and odyssey, but that single player experience was never and will never be as fun as 3D world was with my wife and/or friends. Sharing that experience with my significant other or friends really makes the game shine more for me. I will continue to buy stellar single player Mario games, however I would always be hoping they more a new fun multiplayer Mario game in the future.

@Miu I bought this game late 2019, played through the Rei, Saya and Maimi routes, then something distracted me and I haven't played it since but I don't seem to have the motivation to go back. I enjoyed my time with it, but how much better does it get, am I missing out on the best part of the game? Do you recommend i go back and finish it?

I'm actually a little excited for this, I absolutely love that new sign post, I hope the rest of the new stuff look nice too, wasn't a big fan of the original bunny day furniture, only really liked the wreath, garland, balloons and basket .
Hopefully, Nintendo will change the egg finding part up a bit.

@Carck Imagine paying scalper price for a PS5 just to play Kingdom Hearts 3. That's exactly what my sister-in-law did.... She waiting this long for KH3, yet she couldn't wait a little longer to get a PS5 at normal retail price first...

Just loved the bit where they remixed the Pokémon battle music.

The level of quality and detail of these figures are absolutely amazing. Would love to have Pyra or any that I could get my hands on. Definitely too harsh for my wallet though.

@Ganner It can be enjoyed solo of course, I loved the game, completed it 100%, but it is more fun in coop. The level design works for single player, but because it's so spacious, it easily accommodates up to 4 players. I only played it a few times with 4 players, spent most of my time just playing with my wife, it was simply a blast. Revisited many of the levels again to 100% it will all characters.
Solo: enjoyable and fun, due to great level design and creativity in this game.
Coop: Best way to play, because of the shared experience, the funny moments, etc.

I wish they would scrap the voice chat part, and go all in to make this app a companion piece. Being able to check current maps and upcoming maps in Splatoon 2 without the need to boot up the game is great. Being able to check my catalog in ACNH or type with my phone/use reactions is great, however the functionality is rather limiting.

Really wish Nintendo would put swapnote on Switch, I loved this app, so much fun sending friends silly mail and it was neat being able to see how my friends draw there silly notes too.

@Antraxx777 The wearer cannot see your hobby, therefore it keeps your hobby safe. Hence the "safety googles", it's a silly joke.
Like safety equipment that doesn't actually protect the user but those around them.

Well it's good that Nintendo is adding great IPs to their already amazing list of IPs, however, I just hope they you know keep it alive.
It almost feels like Nintendo is letting Fatal Frame (Project Zero) die.... Just port them over and let the series finally get the chance it deserves!

Wow, I remember playing the heck out of this game back at school, we had a computer in our classroom and basically everyone in my 7th and 8th grade was playing this when we could, taking turns after each death. Absolute blast!
