Update: It appears that stock is now completely sold out across Good Smile's US and International online stores. You can find a list of stores that stock Good Smile products here if you wish to try your luck with a local dealer.
Original Article: No doubt thanks to the characters' arrival in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Good Smile's stunning Pyra and Mythra figures are being treated to a rerelease.
Both figures, which were shown off by Smash series director Masahiro Sakurai in his latest presentation, are estimated to ship in October 2022. Pre-orders for both are open as we speak, but you'll have to get a move on as those pre-orders close next month.
US buyers can grab Pyra here, and Mythra here – both figures cost $192.99. International buyers can head here and here.
If they're part of Sakurai's personal collection, they must be pretty great, right?

I'd really love one, but I just can't bring myself to put down that kind of money for something well over a year off.
I'm not getting one bc of the price but man they look cool.
A bit late here with this article eh? They both sold out within about an hour the other day when they first announced the re-release
Edit: The US links may show a green pre order button, but it won't actually go through
I hope we still will get Amiibos of these two.
I got the Pyra figure when originally released. It’s Really good. Got my Mythra later on from eBay. Was a country of manufacture version so only cost £20 delivered. While the painter was not quite as skilled in a couple of places. When view from arms length you could not tell.
No love for Pneuma.. :/
i still hate their designs... glad we can use Mythra's Smash Bros outfit in the game.
@Miu I also vastly prefer Mythra's Smash Bros design. I think she looks a lot cooler there. Never been overly fond of video game characters showing off a lot of skin, especially when they're always getting into battles...
@ManaOwls I'm sure we will. They've shown no sign of not continuing to make them.
@Giygas_95 I agree. I even use Pyra's disguised outfit lol. I love modesty in women's outfit.. like Mòrag's outfit.. instead of making unnecessary fanservice for teenagers. Personally I always think of it as the objectification of women.. really don't understand Japan sometimes :/
Oh, how I loved Pyra back in the days. But I want her full sized next to my darts board. Or both - one left one right.
I was lucky enough to get both of them! I got an email from goodsmile that they were gone almost immediately. Luckily I thought to try a different website that still had both in stock
I love these figures, but the prices are frankly pretty insane. It's no wonder Chinese bootlegs of these are so prevalent.
I'm not interested in these figures in particular but damn I hate it when these things sell out so quickly. If I wanted these I wouldn't have had a shot because I'm stuck at work and I have missed several things because of that already and ugh.
I'm sure sakurai spent long hours in his house/office studying these statues to get the smash models juuuuust right... many many long hours.
I would get these if I had money, and If I had the super sonic speed to order these before they sell out.
@RR529 just buy the knock offs on Ebay they're decent enough quality to warrant buying them for $35-$40 each.
The level of quality and detail of these figures are absolutely amazing. Would love to have Pyra or any that I could get my hands on. Definitely too harsh for my wallet though.
Good thing i bought these two the first time they came out though both i ran into issues, one was mistake in the address (an invalid address that has returned to sender) that i had to call the website i purchased from to fix and resend and the other was a stock issue plus paying for a the reshipment with the correct address, paid for the preorder but the site i purchased from contacted me in a professional way asking me a couple options on what to do, told them i would wait for a restock from the manufacturer otherwise a refund if the manufacturer can't fulfill new orders which is exactly what happened. I had to get the other from some site i knew nothing about but is a partner to GSC, unfortunately i had to pay an aftermarket price. In short, they were worth it though i would not wish my troubles on anyone. Also the price is around the same as the originals though they don't tell you any taxes and shipping fees. Anyone with disposable income should buy both if they really want them. Also, better price than the aftermarket price cuz both are around the cost of an RTX 3080.
These aren't new figures. They were originally released a year after Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
@Miu Islam is right about women.
I love XC2, but I hate these figures. Their faces just don't look right.
I love Mythra's original design so I'm all for these. She looks so cool and powerful with more skin on show rather than the more discreet Smash Bros version of her
@Chowdaire
Looking at his face he looks.... Ahum... Exhausted. What a handy man 🤣
Now i know why we cant take a peak in that drawer of his, its full of hentai figures. 🤣
Part of me is glad that XC2 is getting more hype, but part of me is still very annoyed that it's just because of the Smash stuff. I prefer XC2 to Smash by so much it's not even a contest.
Interesting. But more importantly, when are we going to get news regarding their amiibo?
Joke's on them. I've got Pyra and Mythra body pillows on the way and they were only a tiny fraction of the price.
Rawrrrr...
I would kill for a Morag figure. Especially without the hat.
They'll probably end up in jars
