I'm enjoying the game so far, i'm glad i got it on Switch as the Starlink characters are quite bland, Starfox all the way !

@DartBuzzer I see your point, and i totally get the potential but from a sales perspective and whether it truly catches on or not, i don't think it's easy to predict. The Wii U had lots of potential, it really could have benefited many gaming genres, but as we know, it didn't catch on so that potential sadly went to waste, i still would have loved to have seen the game-pad used for an RTS like Battalion Wars but it wasn't to be haha

Anyway, back on point, ultimately i don't think it even really matters whether VR becomes mainstream in the end, it will, and already has, been put to good use with games like Astro Bot being very creative with it, that will continue whether it takes off massively or not i feel. I just think @impurekind would be much better off being less hostile, the way to influence people to your way of seeing things is through trying to sell something positively, not being really aggressive, that's my point.

@impurekind I'm blaming you for acting like your opinion is fact, you have no crystal ball, you have no greater chance of predicting VR's future than anyone else, and sure you're entitled to your opinion, but that's all it is, and they're equally entitled to post theirs, whether you can bare to accept that or not.

What you're NOT entitled to do is condescend and belittle anyone who disagrees with you, just look back across your comments to see how aggressive you come across.

I'm happy for you that VR is so special to you, i am getting a PSVR for xmas and am hugely looking forward to it and hope i love it as much as you do but there will always be detractors of everything in life, you're just going to have to accept that VR is no different, i really think you're in danger of becoming banned if you carry on responding the way you are, there is a way of putting your point across dude, people would take your points on board more if they didn't feel they were being patronised at the same time.

Doesn't bother me too much, it would be better to have it all on the cart but it won't stop me from purchasing the game, i'm hugely excited for it, can't wait for it to arrive on tuesday

I'm definitely interested, outside of Pokemon, Game Freak have produced some good titles, Drill Dozer in particular was fantastic.

Waluigi will almost certainly get his own game now i think, regardless of if he becomes a Smash character or not, i'd actually quite like him to get a stealth game, it's a genre Nintendo have never really tried before and Waluigi would be the perfect character for that style of game.

If not that then at least let him be the main villain in the inevitable Luigi's Mansion 3 lol

Luigi's Mansion 2 - amazing game, one of the most impressive 3DS games

Metroid:Samus Returns - Metroid's my fave series ever so i had to include it lol

New Super Mario Bros.2 - i'm not that keen on the 'New' series but this one surprised me, it's a lot of fun

Hey! Pikmin - This only received luke-warm reviews but i really enjoyed it, it transitions the Pikmin formula into 2D really cleverly.

Skylanders:Spyro's Adventure - A complete hidden gem, the 3DS version of this game is a fantastic little game.

@Kang81 Yeah same here, i luckily still have it too, i dread turning it on in case it gets the red ring of death lol which is why i'm grateful for the X1's BC as there's still quite a few games from last gen i haven't gotten around to playing yet, and i'd rather play them on the X1 where possible.

@Kang81 The game isn't even available on the store any more sadly, some legal problems arose and it disappeared.

@JaxonH It really isn't that type of game, motion controls really wouldn't work well with it, see it more as a 3d platformer with an emphasis on the physics of the marble itself, hard to understand i know but if it's even half as good as Marble Blast Ultra it'll still be an amazing game, trust me.

OMG !!!! I absolutely adored Marble Blast Ultra, it was one of the best games of the last generation for me, i am so hyped to see this, and it looks even better, day one buy for sure !!!

I really hope they return to the Sam & Max series one day, it is one of my faves.

League of Evil is great, i highly recommend it

I do love how quick and snappy the Switch U.I is but i do think some additions are needed, folders, themes and being able to message friends in particular.

I like the idea of future additions beyond them being optional though, i personally would take the hit in speed to have some music, would love the Wii shop music in the e-shop for example, would add some much needed personality to things to make it feel like a true Nintendo console, but like i say, it should be totally optional for those who want to prioritise performance.

I really did not expect for there to have not been a single major addition/firmware update in nearly two years, i'm really hoping there'll be one for when the online launches next month.

I literally cannot keep up with all the games releasing/being announced for the Switch lately, definitely a better situation to be in then in the Wii U days when it seemed like months between any announcements

Mighty No.9 really isn't as bad as it's made out to be, i played through both it and Yooka Laylee recently and the latter was a huge disappointment and a chore to play through, but i enjoyed Mighty quite a bit, not perfect by any means but i still had fun with it.

Hoping the delay for Bloodstained will help, it could be something special

Monster Boy, Everspace and This War of Mine all look great, not sure about Morphies Law, it kinda looks fun but something about it is off-putting, i can't put my finger on why.

Shame A Hat in Time wasn't announced, i mean i'm not expecting it but i would love it on Switch though.

@Paraka I second this !! I've been hoping for a Billy Hatcher sequel for a long time, it was such a great game but sadly i doubt it'll ever happen, unless Nintendo jumped in to help fund it but i can't see that happening any time soon haha
