@Serpenterror Wait, wasn't Mario and the gang out on an adventure of some sort? I remember them arriving at locales only to fight Bowser there. In one episode they walking through the dessert.....memory is foggy but I think they found a pyramid were Bowser was there in a full set of mechanical armor that shoot laser and stuffs...anyway. I don't remember them being in the real world and then traveling to the Mushroom Kingdom....again memory in fuzzy

A remake of Tales of Phantasia with modern tech. And other Tales series we have not played

The machine is still selling a lot of units and a lot of sofware, despite lower specs than the PS5/SX. Nintendo is not in a hurry to bring in a new console and break the pace unlike SONY did with it's PS5. But I think I can speak for a lot of Switch owners when I say that we are ready for a new more powerful Nintendo console, as long as it keeps it's hybrid aspect. Just call it Super Switch.

I would have picked this game up when it came out IF it had some type of story mode

To this day, this is my favorite Tales of game. I still have the game and the safe! Such a beautiful story with loveable characters, plus the kind of different endings it has made this game a repayable experience. If only the sequel was just as good...

I think starting 2023 will be buying a game twice. Digitally and physically

For the sensitive kiddos out there. Jokes aside, this should be standard for every game out there, juts have the options for censoring not only visuals, but words/ dialog as well, then everyone would be happy...except the folks in reset era but who cares about then

I just don't understand why this game looks like a mobile game

@sketchturner I picked that game a long time ago because it looked interesting and it became my instant favorite. Plus I think it portraits the feeling of being alone way better than Metroid in my opinion. I hope you like it as much as I did. I have yet to play METRO Exodus

No wonder it kinda felt like I was witnessing a mobile game at first. Why didn't they go to a manga artist like they did with FE ECHOES.

@Snatcher I hope you enjoy the game. One last piece of advise I have is if you wanna level up as you go, just do side quest. That's pretty much how you grind XP to the point of getting OP by the boss fight or even final boss

@Snatcher X2 doesn't suck, is a good game, otherwise it wouldn't have sold over a million copies, in a month I believe. What it does have is some fanservice that some people find "offense" and some people use that to hate the game, while the story, characters, customization, world and battle system is pretty great

I really believe other companies take a similar approach to this. That way people who are "sensitive" to rated M games can find some comfort that their games can be censored if they want instead of forcing censorship to people who don't want it

Loving the game so far and the increase in difficulty makes it all the better, and the added switch skills made me learned how to play all over again

I'll be holding off from buying this for a while. There's Sunbreak coming out soon, then is Xenoblades 3 and I have yet to finish SMT5. Elder Ring messed up my schedule :/

This is why rumors need to be taken with a grain of salt and expect to be dissapointed

@SteamEngenius Just do side quest. That's how you basically grind XP. People who played the games knows it, I know it. The only reason I was farming an enemy was for it's materials not XP

EMMI was a good concept but it wasn't so hard as they point it out. But again, Metroid is about fast pacing stages, unlike Prime which is more about collecting and exploring at your own leisure

Didn't Arceus just came out? They should have just kept that until next year. Plenty of time to improve it and work on it

@Guile Good Tip. Once I download those games a copy of each will go straight to my PC. I already suffered a format on my 3Ds somehow so I lost progress in many of them

@Mando44646 Finally someone agrees with me. That game did not felt like an AC game, more like Pirates Creed or Boats Creed

@Specter_of-the_OLED I think the only complaints I got about the remakes is the remodel of characters. Leon and Claire are my favorite characters in the franchise but it felt it wasn't them in the remake, and no matter how much I don't like Christ Redfield, the new model makes him a completely different character visually. Besides that, the games are ok

I want it, but my wallet is telling me not to. It makes all the final calls

I think my only issue here is my 3DS backlog. I still have 3DS games in the wrapper and need to figure out what has DLC and what doesn't. Plus games I was thinking to get and haven't yet, ugh

Honestly I was expecting a bit more units to sell. By how previous tittles sold, it's like Metroid will never reach the 3 million mark. Hopefully that changes this year.
