The pacing felt off, and I was super disappointed when it ended after 10 minutes. I was hoping for another 20 minute one, like the one we got in the summer. But looking back, the games they showed off were pretty good. I like rhythm games, so "Just shapes and beats" looks fun, and I'm excited to see more details about that. "Pool Panic" was a highlight for me, if only for the art style. I've almost bought "West of Loathing" on PC, but I'm really excited it's coming to Switch now.

Unfortunately, there are just other games I want more at the moment, but eventually I'll pick this up.

The only reason I know who this is is because I watched the movie Rio as a kid.

I really wanna see Death Road to Canada and Ultimate Chicken Horse.

I think it would be cool of Konami to drop the price of the Switch version if the other versions are cheaper, and maybe give the Switch an exclusive character as well. Of course, with Konami being Konami, this'll never happen.

If Goku gets in, who's to stop all other non-video game characters from joining the roster?

I hope Death Road to Canada and Ultimate Chicken Horse get release dates. Those are probably my two most anticipated Indies (that have been confirmed by the devs, if not Nintendo themselves) that are coming to the system.

I never really went to Toys R Us as a kid, as we didn't have one near us, but it's very sad to see all these people losing their jobs. Hopefully they can find new ones soon.

Everytime I start to feel like I don't need Labo, Nintendo releases another video about it.

I've been keeping my eye on this one, but with me wanting to play this multiplayer, and not having enough money/reason to get steam controllers, I sadly passed this one, but I'm super excited for this to come to Switch.

I can't really see a reason for someone who already owns a Switch to get it on PS4. It's not the most graphically advanced game, and without 8-player local versus, and the portability, it doesn't seem worth it.

We all know this was the best Mario and Luigi game, so I'm excited for this one.

I'd say September. I stand by my prediction that it'll launch alongside the online.

@khaosklub I don't want them to change the controls or anything, I just want new characters, and new stages. If adding that means 4 Deluxe, then that's fine by me.

Why does everyone want a port of Smash 4? I'd much prefer a new experience.

I got Touched through My Nintendo, and I got Smooth Moves on the Wii U, and I loved both of them. I am extremely excited for this.

Overall, I think it'll be an okay direct. I'm expecting mostly more details on already revealed games, and maybe anywhere from 1-4 new games announced. Maybe a new Mario Party, and maybe Luigi's Mansion 3, but I doubt it.

Holy crab!

The thing about Mario Kart was that it included all the DLC, as well as a new battle mode, so the price seemed worth it. As far as I can tell, this just has an easy mode slapped onto it.

This would honestly be fine if gold points didn't expire.

Watch this get taken down by Nintendo because this guy is making money off of a property he doesn't own, and then watch people demonize Nintendo for that. But if the gameplay is good, he should totally make this again just with original characters.

Despite the 10/10 rating, this really doesn't seem like my kind of game, as I'm not much of a reading person.

@Cosats I know about his remarks, but keep in mind, he's not insulting anyone here. He's just stating his opinion. And looking at your comment history, it seems you get really riled up whenever he comments anything, so why not just press the ignore button? That's why it exists, to stop seeing the comments of someone who annoys you.

I'm honestly expecting a may release date for this one. I think June will be reserved for Yoshi.

Personally, I had never even heard of this guy until the animal crossing article a while ago, but I think for these future articles, I'll just focus on the content rather than the person behind it. But I definitely see why everyone dislikes him, and I agree with you that no matter what side you're on regarding politics you shouldn't try to shove you're opinion down others throats.

@thesilverbrick I also feel that at some point, you have to draw a line. You raise a good point, but I feel like if someone posted something about Hitler's paintings, they would be saying "Wow, I can't believe Hitler made these paintings and then became the most infamous political figure in history" whereas here, they're just saying "Look at this cool Pikmin video" not "Man this guy is such a jerk but he made this video."

Get ready for people to say they hate the person who made this video instead of actually talking about the video!

In all seriousness, I think a console should have a good mix of Indies and AAA games. I'm not saying "The Switch should be an indie machine and forget about AAA's all together!" but I'm not saying "The Switch should ditch these garbage indie games and only focus on big budget AAA games!" I will admit, I am using my Switch for Indies more than my PS4, and my PS4 more for AAAs than my Switch, but if I end up getting older and traveling more, and if these AAA games get better ports on Switch, I may find myself using my Switch as my only console that I really use.

One thing I will say, is at least they aren't like Viacom, who just take down the video without even giving people a chance. At least they still let people upload the videos.

You know what we need? A pacific Rim: Uprising tie-in with robot kit lab support for the Nintendo Switch version.

If you could share and play games online, I would absolutely love this.

I played this a lot and loved it on the Wii when I was 6. I'm not 100% sure I really want to re-visit it though...

The developer didn't receive a Switch dev kit, and it would take many resources to port it to the Switch, not to mention that the Dev probably gets asked this everyday, and is getting pretty tired of it. So I completely understand and am fine with the "Aww... That's a shame" But I don't get the "I hate the developers attitude towards this. All he has to do is port it to switch, is that so hard?!?!?!?"

I'll be revisiting Shovel Knight this weekend. I'm almost done with the Specter Knight campaign, So I'll most likely finish that this weekend.
