Nintendo loves to make you deal with their control configuration and assume that what they’ve whipped up for you is best. 3DS Kid Icarus, Platinum’s StarFox and Metroid Dread come to mind. Not being able to adjust the configuration is a borderline sin. Yeah, cut that out Nintendo.

Thanks to everyone that informed me/us that standard Miis can be used, before I commenced wailing. Thank goodness. For some reason, the more details in the Mii character design, the less character they have. Less is more in this case.

@SuperZeldaFun I’m a black guy and I can’t help but say, no. Here’s how you solve that dilemma…
1: create a new game
2: have a black/Latina or whatever letter character be the lead
3: make it a good game
4: people will like it, pay for it and allow it to grow
5: voila! A new franchise
For the love of God, stop shoehorning alternate characters in established franchises, just to see representation. If you want the popularity and adoration that games like Zelda enjoy. Do what this and other popular franchises did, EARN IT.

I remember them saying it was “coming soon” in early December. Anyway, I liked this game, but lamented the lack of diagonal aiming. I’ll play this update when it comes out soon.

My all time LEAST favorite Zelda (followed very closely by Skyward Sword) I know a lot of people liked this one and that’s fair. But, the time mechanic and the constant pressure to rush or be at certain places at precise times, stole away from what makes Zelda, “Zelda.” Which is to say, being allowed to get lost and explore. So, luckily for my wallet, this ain’t the Wave Race I’m looking for. Still not subbin’

Got RPGolf for my Switch and I’m gonna do WindJammers on Game Pass. If I like it there; I’ll double dip on Switch.

Wares my shovel?

This game being one penny less than 5 dollars, doesn’t really make me feel like it’s less than 5 dollars. It feels more like, I dunno… 5 dollars. And it looks like a ‘ya get what you pay for’ situation.

I’m just here to say that I caught the “chips, dips, chains, whips” reference. Awesome

When? I need to to know when I can preorder Malzeno? That thing is dope.

The music in the game is horrendous. I wish they would put out dlc of the N64 ost. This music is too ‘in your face’ for me. Golf isn’t exciting, it’s chill. The music should match the venue.

Unreal. I’ve escaped another week of buying a switch game. I was thrilled when I saw nothing I wanted on the eshop last night.

Maybe Demon Turf and Death’s Door. Both require good performance reviews on Switch, in order for me to pick them up.

I love this game. I do wish they would update it with the ability to shoot diagonally though. Not having it, does sap some of the fun out.

I find this to be hilarious. I mean, if you’re going to be that ridiculous, just keep it off your platform. Let people play the developers original vision or if that’s too much of a stretch for you, let someone else do it for you. This new age Puritanism is embarrassing. I have no plans on buying this game, but for those that do, let them have it.

I currently have the black City Slicker and it’s a little beat up. That white and black one is as good as bought. As far as I am concerned, it’s the best carrying case for the Switch. Sold… again.

Metroid, Tetris and Critadel for me. I’m thrilled. Once I get my hands on my oled and Metroid, I’m dead to the world.

@ObeseChihuahua2 thank you. What cop out. Swapping her race, would assassinate her character and cheapen her worth. Why can’t someone come up with a new black character, make her interesting and have her do cool stuff too..? Or is it just easier to stuff her in someone else’s Space Jump Boots?
