@NintendoJunkie My comment doesn't contain an ounce of irony. There were enough original and intriguing game mechanics that made me stay but I found Undertale disturbing and unpleasant by the way the story unfolds. I couldn't tell you more without spoiling this already bitter sauce.
Just don't put too much trust in that skeleton character that sticks with you along that game, which has been widely praised, but turns out to be a sadistic moral lesson, in my opinion.
Keep in mind I'm in minority, but still...

No. This game made me feel terrible and guilty.
The twist at the end was imagined by a pervert, and I felt like I was abused by the creator of this horrendous game and by the characters who inhabit in it.

98 decent artificial opponents in such a game must be more challenging to achieve than with Tetris 99.

All things considered, writing the script of "Outrun" requires much more talent than adapting, say "Gone with the wind" (based on a novel) or "Amadeus" (based on a play), because there is no story to rely on at all.
