It's one day before release and Klonoa is completely missing from the North American eShop

I played through the entirety of the demo and I echo pretty much everything that Mitch wrote. I never got to experience the full extent of the high risk, high reward combat, but I can definitely see the potential. The simplicity in the environments is a big turn-off for me sadly.

@Heavyarms55 Sure, but this particular competitive mon was trained by a champion who knows all the ins and outs of the competitive metagame, so I'm the sure the EV's and moveset have been fine-tuned like crazy. A lot more work went into this than the average competitive mon

@Andy_Witmyer All I can say is I tried the demo for this game and wasn't a big fan, and I adore the Etrian Odyssey series

@Blooper987 I much prefer Pirate's Curse over Half-Genie Hero, and the new game sounds like it will be a lot more like Pirate's Curse which is fantastic

Graceful Explosion Machine has changed my whole opinion on games of this genre, it was a masterpiece. Can't wait to give this one a shot

@Kalmaro The game timer for single battles has always been 60 minutes, now for some reason it's changed to 20 minutes? It's unfathomable. People truly thought that Game Freak was paying attention to the competitive scene, but it was all a lie.

Never mind dexit - the changes to the Wi-Fi timer totally killed the competitive singles atmosphere. If Game Freak bombs this again, there is no reason to continue buying these games.

HGSS would have been 2nd lowest on my list of games that I've played (behind only XY). It was very limiting in the Pokemon that you could catch in the wild and all trainer's were very low-leveled, making it difficult to level up yourself. The post-game was excellent, but it's the only main story that I would never play through a second time.

Played through the demo of VC4 and got a lot more enjoyment out of it than I expected. However, I'm still searching for a reason why I should buy this game at full retail price instead of the port of the original game arriving later for a fraction of the price.

When I see reviews for games I'm not as interested in, most of the time I will scroll down and only read the conclusion and see the score. I think it's helpful to keep things the way they are.

I actually DON'T like the change they made to the Splatfest Tee. I scrubbed after getting two slots filled in, and that cost 12000 then as opposed to 15000 now. A difference of 3000 EXP points for me and 3500 points for those who scrubbed after one slot.

Great, now just let us know when Etrian 5 is coming to the West please.
