When I first got the game, I didn't know that when the game got updated, replays were deleted if they weren't saved. I lost like 60 replays of matches. That was annoying. Excited for the update, though.

Please, please, please, please shut up about the "Switch Pro". I'm not saying I don't want a revised Switch, I'm just sick of people constantly talking about it.

@Pojos98 Yeah, just because fans think that something is a dumb decision doesn't mean that it is a dumb decision. You can cry about the price of games until the cows come home, but people are willing to pay those prices, and Nintendo is raking in the dough from those prices, so they aren't changing it.

@Nymos I wouldn't really say that. Sure, they've made some stupid decisions, and sure, the limited release is quite annoying, but from Nintendo's perspective, it was a great decision considering 3D All Stars sold over 8 million copies.

This made me laugh way too hard. I have a Pikachu plushie somewhere in my attic which is deformed. The ears are tiny and the body is huge. It looks like a tick about to pop. It's hilarious.

Wow, Japan really loves Momotaro Dentetsu. It was at the top for 11 weeks, and even now it is still at second.

I would probably put A Link to the Past at the top, followed by Minish Cap, Wind Waker, Link's Awakening, and BOTW. I do not really like Ocarina of Time. Please don't crucify me.

@MysteryCupofJoe The Steve one was just so unexpected though. To me, that will always be my favorite. The Sepiroth one was pretty awesome too.

Although LoZ isn't my cup of tea, I can appreciate what it did for the industry as a whole.

Nintendo is probably waiting until the Mario anniversary is over to do a LoZ celebration, so no need to despair.

@Skrijver I think it is because MK8DX is a system seller. When someone buys a Switch, it is likely that they will pick up the game, too. Probably the reason why Nintendo isn't releasing a Mario Kart 9. They just have no need to.

I quite like it. I do wish that it was built out in real life, but I understand that that is kind of infeasible.

@hypercoyote At least you don't have to look at these every time you pull up your desktop or phone home screen. The unfortunate ESRB rating placement is hidden inside your Switch whenever you play it.

@Mariotag I think it is because sometimes you might not want a Pokemon on your team anymore, and in Gen 1, the box was crazy limited. Also, I would love to see what the final team was.

I don't get why people are saying that this is too soon. Like, by the time this releases, Splatoon 2 will be around 5 years old. That's around twice as long as the period between Splatoon 1 and 2's releases. I know that the latter is still quite popular, but I think that this is the right time for a sequel. Also, I love the chaos theme.

I never played it, but it looks like a fun game. Also, I never wanted anything in my life as much as I want those joy cons. They are beautiful. I don't even care that they'll get drift in like a year.

@NEStalgia I disagree. There probably is going to be a Switch Pro, but not right now. Just because Nintendo won't release it now doesn't mean they won't release a hardware revision ever, which is pretty much what you said.

I....have nothing to say. I don't know whether I like this or not. On one hand, pigs gaming is pretty hilarious. But on the other hand, Fortnite voice chat is terrible as it is. We don't need to add pigs squealing on top of that.

@NEStalgia Yes, midlife upgrades usually happen around the 4 year mark. However, the Switch is selling phenomenally. Nintendo does not need an upgrade yet.

@FatHedgehog In what realm is the Switch at the end of its lifespan? It's been out for less than 4 years, and is still selling wildly well. Nintendo has proven time and time again that they do not need to pursue power to sell their consoles. People buy Nintendo consoles because they are unique. They have an experience that you can only get from a Nintendo console. People won't just give up the Switch in exchange for the PS5 just because the former is underpowered. While I do agree that Nintendo should eventually do a mid-life upgrade, now's not the time to do it.
