@Ulysses At least in North America, the Animal Crossing Switch has been in stock pretty consistently.

I've been planning to get a Switch Lite because I never use TV mode on my Switch, but I've been waiting for a price cut. If there isn't one by New Years, then I'll just buy it anyway.

Yeah, sure. I would love for Nintendo to give the Switch a price cut, but they're Nintendo. They won't, and they have no reason to, so why would they?

@rex_rex I do like Odyssey for its exploration and the fact that it just feels like an HD version of 64 but if there were 60 stars stuffed into each level.

@Toads-Friend I'm hoping to get 3D World + Bowser's Fury sometime soon. I watched playthroughs of it and it looks like a really fun game.

I forgot about Ring Fit Adventure. Good to see that it's still doing well.

I chose other because as good as the GameCube's startup is, it just can't compete with the daaah-da-da-da, Duhduhduh of the PSP.

I can't wait to get this game. I played the Warioware Gold demo on 3DS, and I'm hooked on the franchise now. This game looks like a ton of fun.

@Chamver Unfortunately, with a lot of people, if they don't get news then they get very upset. It has gotten better after the Cyberpunk 2077 fiasco, but a lot of people will be very upset if they don't get any news, and will get upset at any delays, even if the delay is for the good of both the game and the developers.

@johnvboy I could not agree more. I feel that with blogs like this, it kind of forms an echo-chamber, with hardcore gamers thinking that their opinions are the majority, and that Nintendo should cater to them, when in reality, they are a small minority. However, I do still want Nintendo to add folders and themes. Folders are really useful if you have a lot of games, and themes are just a fun thing to have to customize your Switch.

@Crono1973 I know, right? It's like people just forgot about the last time we all got incredibly hyped up about baseless rumours.

@reporterdavid I hope so too, because with all of this, I've just been thinking "Man, we really haven't learned anything from the whole 'Switch Pro' fiasco". I hope I'm proven wrong and people aren't just getting hyped over nothing again.

This looks way too busy and cluttered. The current design, while a bit bland, works perfectly fine and I like it. I think that it would be a great UI if they just added folders.

@rockodoodle I think that might be the case, too. Mario Kart is incredibly fun and easy to jump into, so purchasing it would be a no-brainer.

@Anti-Matter I agree. People say that "casual" gamers are missing out on a lot of great games, but maybe they just aren't interested in the games.

I'm quite excited for this game. I always wanted to experience Mario Party 1, 2, and 3, and now I don't even have to buy an N64!

Well, I mean, most updates outside of major ones are just bug fixes, so I wouldn't be surprised.

I disagree with the notion that Nintendo is any less quirky and unique. I mean, a handheld that's also a home console? That's incredibly unique. Plus, their unique IPs and exclusives make them plenty "weird". So, no, Nintendo doesn't need a dedicated handheld division to be "weird" and "unique".

@NEStalgia I still doubt that that's what Nintendo is going to do. They might, but I wouldn't count on it.

@Kamalen I know. At this point I want Nintendo to release a Switch hardware revision just so people can shut up about it.

Well, Sword and Shield are the best-selling Pokemon games since Gold and Silver, so I'm not surprised.

I tried looking for Mewstic for about 5 minutes and then just gave up. Oh well, at least I found Grookey.

I mean, Game Freak said that it would be released in early 2022. It's not like there's much of a difference between January and March.

I'm glad that Miitopia is doing so well. It's still hard to believe that a silly Mii-based RPG released during the 3DS's death throes got a full Switch port.

I've been playing since 2014, so I would love to have Roblox on the Switch.

I'll definitely be picking this up. The Mii Maker alone is worth the price. Too bad the Switch Mii Maker isn't this in-depth.
