@Gs69 I completely understand. The Joy-Cons aren't the most ergonomic controllers out there. I would get a Pro Controller, but I never play docked so it would be a waste of money for me.
My 2018 Switch is doing just fine, so I probably won't get this. It does seem like a great system, though. Also, that kickstand is pretty tempting. I lost the kickstand on my Switch about 5 months ago.
Not that I don't want GameCube games, but weren't you guys just complaining about N64 games being added the other day? You do know that GameCube games would probably be an upgraded tier too if they were added, right?
Wait, what did they mean by abandoned? Would they have just shut down the NES and SNES service? Because, sure Nintendo adds no new worthwhile games, but I still haven't beaten A Link To The Past, so I am glad that they're at least keeping it around.
@Ambassador_Kong I feel like Nintendo is the company version of the Monkey's Paw. People ask for stuff, and Nintendo sometimes obliges, but with a catch. Personally, I don't mind paying extra for Genesis and N64 games, but I can definitely understand why some people are upset.
@Dr_Corndog I know, right? That's the interesting thing about Nintendo fans. They beg for something, and then when Nintendo does what they want, they still find something to moan about.
Wow, they actually added it. I honestly didn't believe that they would. Hopefully they have Super Mario 64 on it, or at least Diddy Kong Racing. I want a rematch with that stupid jerk Wizpig.
How is this even a question? If its primary purpose is to play video games, then it is a console. I can't understand how some people don't see handheld consoles as "consoles". They're still video game consoles, just portable.
What?! Like, I mean what?!!? This is even dumber than the games because it's a cookie! You're supposed to eat the damn thing, so why spend 25 grand on an Oreo when you can get an entire pack from Target for $5?!
@Eel Also Metroid Prime 4, a new F-Zero, Super Mario Odyssey, and Shigeru Miyamoto will personally come to my house and give me free Mario games for life.
@NintendoByNature Okay, just don't be annoying about it. I'll be sitting in my bunker waiting for people to get bored of complaining, which usually only takes a few days.
@Kadosho Boom and Forces did have a lot of interesting ideas, but they never reached their full potential. I hope that the next Sonic game will be different.
No, no it wasn't. It's easy to transport, but it isn't any more portable than the PSone with the LCD screen attachment. You still have to have it plugged in at all times for it to work.

Re: Gallery: Nintendo Switch OLED Vs Standard Switch - The Key Differences In Pictures
@Gs69 I think that the Split Pad Pro will still work, because even though the OLED is longer, it's still the same height.
Re: Random: Did You Know The Switch OLED Model Includes A "Softer" HDMI Cable?
@Kinoen I remember hearing that the Switch OLED was supplied with HDMI 2.1, so maybe 2.1 cables are softer? IDK.
Re: Nintendo Says It's Continuously Working On Improving The Switch Joy-Con
Yeah sure, Nintendo. I'll believe that when I can buy a pair of Joy-Cons and the shoulder buttons won't stop working within a few months.
Re: Japanese Charts: FIFA 22's Legacy Edition Is Switch's Best-Seller Of The Week
@westman98 And the Dread and BDSP storms.
Re: Review: Metroid Dread - Quite Possibly The Best Metroid Game Ever Made
@Brumblescope It's cool. My One S is still working, anyway.
Re: Review: Metroid Dread - Quite Possibly The Best Metroid Game Ever Made
@Brumblescope I'm still waiting for my Series S.
Re: Review: Metroid Dread - Quite Possibly The Best Metroid Game Ever Made
@Brumblescope That's if FedEx doesn't steal it.
Re: Hardware Review: Nintendo Switch OLED - The Screen's The Star

Re: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Final Fighter Is... Kingdom Hearts' Sora!
While Sora wasn't my top choice personally, I'm still excited that he was added.
Re: Video: Metroid Dread's Latest Commercial Puts An EMMI In This Poor Woman's Lounge
@Realness As a black man, I can't help but agree with you. I'd prefer if there was an original black character instead of just changing Samus's race.
Re: Bandai Namco Is Changing Its Logo In 2022
@KiraMoonvalley What? How did post-2000s kids apparently ruin media?
Re: Rumour: Developers Have Reportedly Been Working On "4K Switch Games"
This is still going on, huh?
Re: Poll: Do You Use The Black Or White Theme On Your Nintendo Switch?
I've been using black since I got my Switch. Now, if only Nintendo had a pink theme...

Re: The First Switch OLED Comparison Video Has Surfaced
@xmkbest I feel you. I accidentally applied the screen protector on my phone slightly off-center, and that's annoyed me for the last 7 months.
Re: Nintendo Infographic Shows Every Game Featured In September's Direct
With Splatoon 2, along with the N64 and Genesis games, I might actually have a reason to renew my NSO subscription again.
Re: Mario Party Superstars Includes 100 Minigames - Here's The Full List
I can't wait to play this game. I've always wanted to play the classic Mario Parties, and now I don't need to buy an N64 to do so.
Re: Don't Worry, Nintendo Isn't Abandoning Switch Online's SNES And NES Libraries
@ATaco Oh, okay.

Re: Deltarune Chapter 2 Is Available Now On Switch As A Free Update
@charlix12323 I dunno. He just said that he hurt his wrist, and he hasn't been able to get it fixed because all of the hospitals are full here.
Re: Nintendo 64 And Sega Genesis 'Expansion Pack' Announced For Switch Online, Launches This October
Re: Deltarune Chapter 2 Available On Switch "Later Today" As A Free Update
@Ralizah Me too. I was expecting it to take a few months at least, especially with Toby's wrist injury. Super excited to play it though.

Re: A New Kirby Game Just Leaked On Nintendo Japan's Website
@Octane I agree. Maybe they could have something like Reddit where they have the spoiler blurred out unless you click on it.
Re: Feature: Our Predictions For The September 2021 Nintendo Direct
@Tandy255 I would get Poochy and Yoshi's Woolly World, but I have a 2DS, so I'd have to get the NFC adapter too, which I don't really want to do.
Re: Feature: Our Predictions For The September 2021 Nintendo Direct
@NotGeno Wait, it is? Wasn't the 3DS discontinued almost a year ago?
Re: A New Kirby Game Just Leaked On Nintendo Japan's Website
Dang it. Right before the Direct, too. Like, I'm excited for this game now, but could you at least not have it right on your front page?
Re: Feature: Our Predictions For The September 2021 Nintendo Direct
I know this would never happen, but I'd love to see Wii games on the Switch. Also Yoshi's Woolly World. I don't want to buy a Wii U just for one game.

Re: Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, 23rd September
@andykara2003 I was, too.

Re: Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, 23rd September
@NintendoByNature Just make sure that you don't moan about it on the internet.
Re: Nintendo Direct To Air Tomorrow, 23rd September
@daichi42 That is an interesting thing to note. Would have been more impactful in 1989 or 2039 though.
Re: Gallery: Here's Another Look At Nintendo's Switch OLED Model "In The Wild"
@locky-mavo RIP in Peace.
Re: 'WATA Certified' Copy Of Sonic The Hedgehog Sells For Record Price
@KoopaTheGamer Especially for games like this, which you can just buy on the Wii U Virtual Console for like 8 dollars.
Re: Random: This Tiny Game Boy Is Probably The World's Smallest Game Console
This is even less practical than the Game Boy Micro, but I still oddly kind of want it.
Re: 'WATA Certified' Copy Of Sonic The Hedgehog Sells For Record Price
@EriXz If you've seen the current state of affairs, then you already know the answer, sadly.
Re: 'WATA Certified' Copy Of Sonic The Hedgehog Sells For Record Price
"Sonic's co-creator thinks it might be a scam"
Ya THINK?!
Re: Nintendo's Global Marketing Campaign For Metroid Dread Continues
@SalvorHardin ???
Re: Feature: 30 Years Of Sonic The Hedgehog - The Many Faces Of Mario's Biggest Rival
@Kadosho Boom and Forces did have a lot of interesting ideas, but they never reached their full potential. I hope that the next Sonic game will be different.
Re: Undertale's 6th Anniversary Broadcast Locks In A Release Date For Deltarune Chapter 2
@DTFaux Toby Fox did say that Chapters 3 and 4 will be paid, so I think that he is going to wrap this all into one package.
Re: SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake Heads To Switch Soon
Oh my gosh, this looks so good! I just finished playing BFBB:R, so I'm really interested in this.
Re: Gallery: Is The Panasonic Q The Most Goshdarn Beautiful Nintendo Console Of All Time?
Nah, their most beautiful console is still a tie between the Wii and the DS Lite.
Re: Soapbox: 4 Years On And Switch Finally Got Bluetooth Audio, So Voice Chat Next?
@YusseiWarrior3000 I think party chat is awesome, but just having unrestricted voice chat is kind of a bad thing IMO.
Re: Soapbox: 4 Years On And Switch Finally Got Bluetooth Audio, So Voice Chat Next?
I'm against voice chat on stuff like Splatoon 2, but i guess it could be a pretty nice feature with party chat.
Re: Talking Point: Was The GameCube Really A Portable Console In Disguise?
No, no it wasn't. It's easy to transport, but it isn't any more portable than the PSone with the LCD screen attachment. You still have to have it plugged in at all times for it to work.
