Nicalis did a really slow and overall poor job handling Pixel's masterpiece. Plus Tyrone is such a Nintendo-hating, two-faced D-Bag. I dunno if this is good or bad news.
Seeing as how if it weren't for Cave Story, Nicalis wouldn't be where it is today, I'd hope that they'd give it highest priority and do a great job.

I got the collectors edition of Millennium Girl with a CD and "art book" which was really just the equivalent of the pamphlet instruction booklet that used to come standard with games back in the day. This seems like more of the same

All i know is that this debacle took the wind out of my sails.. I'm no longer on the hype train, trying to figure out how to afford a NN3DS at launch. I'll be happily playing Majora's Mask and waiting for a real response from Nintendo about whether we'll ever get it or not.
It's a bummer for sure, and makes me really question the leadership ability of Reggie overall.

Time to start pinching those pennies.

@PvtOttobot so over-dramatic. The GBA has some seriously wonderful games. It remains my second favorite handheld system to date.

@DarkCoolEdge on the contrary, I have often re-read/revisited @zipmon reviews because of the detail and gameplay strategy advice. It reminds me of the old Nintendo Power coverage with in-depth game overviews.

Jet Force Gemini remains in my top 5 favorite N64 games. JFG and Goldeneye being the exceptions, I never was a huge N64-era Rare fan, but I played the heck out of this game. A true classic.

I saw a great episode of The Backlog w/ Joe Walker with Chameleon Twist, and I've wanted to find a copy every since. (Shout out to Nintendo Life alumnus @SpaceKappa!)

I loved Twisted Dreams... but what about that off-TV play patch? I really need that sound on the gamepad to justify finishing the game.

@MadAdam81 I did read the translated Famitsu reviewers. Those people are in love with the Warriors games and it's really obvious. Now those were some biased reviews, where here I found a review that had the pros and cons and the reasons for said opinions. I don't spend my hard-earned money on hype and popular opinions.

I can't justify $60 for this. Looks like I'll be transferring my pre-order money over to Fantasy Life. Bummer.

The art style calls to mind a Wii hidden gem called Little King's Story. Do the similarities end there, @galachef55..? because I loved LKS! Fantasy Like seems like a great little game.

Been anxiously waiting for this for a while now. It's great to see that it pretty much lives up to the hype. Unfortunately, I'll have to choose between this and Hyrule Warriors for the time being...

Now this really hits a nerve... I'm pissed. The Nintendo 3DS version is the reason that there was such an outcry for a multi platform release for crying out loud!

GC1 is easily one of the best games on the eShop. I always recommend it to people. As for the request for "full color" as a upward progression to GC3, I couldn't disagree more. The current design style is intentional, and I say it's wonderful. I like the variation this time around, but going full color would cause the game to lose its unique visual charm.

I looooved The Millennium Girl on 3DS. News of another Untold would be music to my ears.

@wayneyrob22 Nintendo officially stated Wii U was compatible with 2 gamepads when it was released. That's already been established, so I don't know where you're pulling those "facts" from.

If the drastic increase in the frequency of my visits because of the recent Pokemon Happy Meals is any indicator... I'll definitely be eating a lot of chemically-treated fries in the near future.

Tyrone's so irritating to me. The fact that he's such an unapologetic, bashing, Wii U-hater and yet makes money off of us gets under my skin. I just can't bring myself to buy 1001 Spikes... and I own Cave Story, Night Sky and VVVVV.

I love a good remake, and can appreciate a continual evolution of existing IPs.... and I also love fresh and innovative new franchise possibilities.
It's the incessant whining that kills me.

I loved the first one. (Haggleman was the business.) I remember feeling like someone made a game just for me. I'd really like to see the second one on the eShop.
