Why are all of them space themed? Like I love Mario Galaxy, but not all of Nintendo's games need to be set in space.

It's largely by feel for me. Certainly GameCube/PS2 era is retro, but for the next generation it's kind of up in the air. I would say the 360 is retro, but not the PS3. Wii is somewhere in the middle; I don't generally consider it retro but I feel like it uses "retro" tech and some of the games I might say are, like Twilight Princess. I guess because it was developed as a GC game. Odd.

I like them both. I went with the Japanese design because the description made me feel like I'd be an idiot if I chose the North American one.

Ooh, this is a hard one. I ended up choosing the NA box art, just because it looks a little less generic and something about the other one just looks somehow slightly off, but I like them both.

They both kinda suck, but EU looks a little nicer.

Isn't it supposed to be Bub and Bob? Did they misspell the names of their own characters?

I'm optimistic though. It seems like everyone working on the movie cares a lot about it, and I mean... It's Zelda. They usually have pretty good stories, and I feel like the slightly grittier style than Mario might make the visual style translate a bit better than that did into live action.

It's more of issue for me when I'm writing about a game. The sentence "Princess Peach Showtime is good" makes a lot more sense to read than "Princess Peach Showtime! is good."

Also I would legitimately believe that "Pretty Lady Puzzle Quest" was an actual game made by EastAsiaSoft if you hadn't clarified they were all fake.

Looks... Surprisingly nice, actually. I don't know how they managed to make the visual style work in live-action, but... Somehow they did it.

Don't know why NA isn't doing better. Yeah the slogan is pretty stupid, but it really just looks better.

I think Europe looks nicest, but NA is a lot more creative, and the difference is small enough for me to go NA here.

I can understand it for the Switch, but the 3DS emulator being taken down is a tad unnecessary.

Seems like it's Pokémon with Sonic Frontiers' visual style and Fortnite character designs. Honestly it looks pretty well-made, aside from the blatant plagiarism. Even has a character creator!

NA. I like the look of the Japanese cover better, but NA gives you a better idea of the game's premise. It is a little funny Raph's just glaring at the camera instead of fighting with everyone else, though.
