I'm sat on a plane for 8 and a half hours tomorrow, so just some 3DS games for me. I'm hoping to buy Starlink in the US on holiday for $74.99 at Walmart, which is roughly £57. That's cheaper than any UK store has it for!

On Mario Party: The Top 100, the minigame Peak Precision was under the Mario Party 9 selection. I love shaving off milliseconds on my best score, which is about 6 or 7 seconds!

I don't want to pirate games, but the idea of using a Raspberry Pi and the Retropie software to play retro games from multiple consoles is enticing. I'd likely make a nice, portable shell for it as well. Games from multiple different consoles anywhere I go? Yes please!

@ThanosReXXX See, being born in the early 2000s means I missed out on most major games before the Wii. And it was only last year we bought our first non-Nintendo console. So GameCube/Dreamcast remasters would be great for someone like me who wants to experience all these games.

But yet they won't add Jet Set Radio. I never played the games, but it's what the fans want.

I read a book by Jason Schreier (a Kotaku news editor) that talks about the development struggles of some game development studios. Eric Barone spent over 4 years of long days working on Stardew Valley without taking a break. It's nice to see just how well the game has done for him as he really deserves it. I haven't played Stardew, though, I just can't decide if it's for me.

@rjejr The story is one of the best ever in a video game. The writer deserves an award.

Hopefully not a more powerful version. Sure, some people will argue that more 3rd parties will come, but anyone who had bought the original for the past 2 years would then be forced to upgrade for certain games. Significantly more power is a bad idea.

@Yosheel But for a £40 game you get 40p worth of coins. Unless you buy loads of games, you can't get very high discounts.

I had forgotten about this. Looks interesting for fighting fans but I'm not into the genre. The only fighting game I'll be getting for Switch is Ultimate.
