@Anti-Matter I don't know whether you can change the date and time in this game, can you? I thought it used the Switch's current date and time so you couldn't "time travel"?

@Anti-Matter It was 100 minutes long (1hr 40mins) - sorry you can't see it before the 26th, it'll be worth the wait!

After watching the Sonic Movie (it's really good, by the way!) I went back and finished off the main story of Sonic Forces (it's not bad overall!)

After that, of course, it was the Animal Crossing Direct which has encouraged me to pick up Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City, which I never really got into before but I'm really enjoying it now.

I'm also trying to put a bit of time into Sonic Mania, but I'm not great at 2D Sonic -it's an amazing game, though!

Europe easily wins for me, followed fairly closely by Japan and leaving North America as far behind as possible!

Just finished up Luigi's Mansion 3, what an incredible game! Next up for me is either Pokemon Sword or Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair!

I've made it to level 180-something without spending a penny on Dr. Mario World. The game literally gives you assist moves: I have 3 "extra capsules" and after 5 or so attempts at a level, Toad will give you extra capsules. What are people spending their money on here?

@TheKillerTofu I'm all for having fun (why would I play video games if I didn't enjoy them?), but using a comparison to the MAX crashes "as fun" really isn't funny. If you knew anybody on board either of those planes, I bet you wouldn't have made that comparison, so show a bit lf sympathy towards people who may well have known someone on board.

I am not by any means trying to say the Pro Controller is the best accessory - it's not, the D-Pad really could be better, but it's most definitely not the worst.

@TheKillerTofu Referencing one of the worst incidents in recent aviation history out of context really isn't necessary here and isn't respectful towards those who lost their lives.

My local GAME closed a couple of years ago and was replaced by the fifth or sixth mobile phone repair shop on the high street. GAME just can't compete with online merchants.

@La-weejee Games shouldn't be banned just because some people don't like them. People such as Anti-Matter find these games hugely enjoyable and there will be games you like that he wants banned. Everyone likes different things and we shouldn't have choice taken away just because some people don't like the genre.

If I see a comment on a Nintendo fan site that states Nintendo games are not real games, I can see that's going to cause problems and I really hope you can too.

I made the bad decision to put BotW back in yesterday so I can foresee myself playing mostly that this werkend. I'm not hunting seeds, just running or motorcycling around Hyrule!

I really don't need any of this stuff, but that doesn't mean I don't want it. Luckily this is a US store.

@Gumbo1995 Sure it's easy to get the stuff online, but it's expensive. The Pikachu is selling for easily £50+ every time whereas in store it was only £20. And for me at least, it wasn't entirely about the exclusive stuff - it was about the experience of visiting a shop dedicated to one of your favourite franchises.

I went on the final weekend and after driving for three hours found the queue had closed seven minutes before I got there. This was about 45mins before it even opened. If this is a bigger store or is managed better, I'll be looking to go to this, especially if Bowler Hat Pikachu makes a return!

Smash Ultimate this week. I recently got back into World of Light and it's really good!

I don't overly like what Tencent's doing - taking shares in lots of large companies and working closely with others. As was mentioned in another article recently, it seems like Tencent wants a stranglehold of the industry.

@RupeeClock I don't think people would've minded so much if you'd said something small and insignificant like "Pidgey got cut" (which I don't actually know), but something larger and people start to get annoyed.

Those Pokémon figures are going to be insane. I'm predicting between the two games, they'll hit 250,000 in opening week. Or am I overestimating Pokémon's popularity?

I don't download much, so only the Mario and Sonic demo for me this month.

Leaks are always going to be demoralising, but they'll always happen. People enjoy leaking stuff ahead of time, companies can't identify the leaker, so they keep doing it. Working hard on something for years and having it spoiled early is never going to be nice, but there's no way of stopping it.

Two stores opening in a year is a sign I hope. Then we'll see more stores opening next year, like in Europe (hopefully the UK)!

Can I use the Gold Pass Trial on this? Probably not.
