Honestly it's not like Miis were gonna go anytime soon anyway. They need to be on switch 2 to maintain backwards compatibility with the few switch 1 games that use them.

@johnjohnjohnjohnjohn Game Freak has 169 employees and started developing Scarlet and Violet in 2019, while developing Legends Arceus. And sure, many other companies and individuals helped out.
I'm not sure if you know how much effort it takes to develop a game like this, but to put it in perspective, Nintendo EPD has around 900 employees and started developing Breath Of The Wild right after Skyward Sword, in 2011.
I'm not trying to stick up for this bad practice because The Pokemon Company shouldn't let this happen but keep in mind they are only human.

8/10. Absolutely loved being able to see my favourite characters finally on the big screen (I've never seen the live action one and plan to avoid doing so at all costs).
If I had to view it critically, I'd complain about there not being much plot. That and how fast-paced it all felt. But since when did Mario have plot?
Because I want to avoid spoilers, I'll just say that this film is a weird baby created by Nintendo and Illumination, and I love it!

I've got my aqua OG 3DS which is still in somewhat decent condition. I had a metallic blue New 3DS XL, but that broke through wear and tear (and sand). And now I've got my SNES edition New 3DS XL.

Would go for the Japanese one but the pink border ruins it for me.

Be honest, in general the 3DS XL got the best special designs overall.

It's the most recent one I've bought, but the Super Smash Bros Theme 3. I like the way the red and silver stand out, along with the Smash 4 background music.
Before that I would've said the Black and Gold Stars. Just like the music that comes with it.

I've also noticed that raids end before the timer finishes. I don't think this happened before the update.

As a NSO subscriber and a Pokémon violet player, I'm spoilt for choice this weekend.
Want to try and get Greninja first try, but I guess I've always got next time too if I (likely) fail. I'm also enjoying Snipperclips so will also play that some more. And of course I'll fit in some Goldeneye too.

I knew you could cut grass, but I didn't know hyper cutter extended the range. There again, I haven't had much experience with emerald.

Yet another game I've been meaning to try out. I'll definitely be taking advantage of this.

EDIT: Picked Japan. The NA one is just too bland and says nothing at all. The EU one is fine, but clearly just a downgrade to the Japan one.

Just bought Adventure Bar Story and Just Shapes and Beats yesterday, so most likely just be playing those. Both seem fun and the music in beats and shapes is outstanding!

Wow. Must've been a heavy decision to make for them to just drop ash and Pikachu like that. Granted, he's achieved his goal of becoming a Pokémon master now, but still.

Close call between Japan and America honestly. The japan one has a typical horror feeling. The American one makes the monsters look scary. Had to pick Japan because it all goes together so well, but the American one still looks impressive.
