I don't know what to think about this film. I had an image pop into my head of a somehow weirder designed Luigi singing a Mario themed version of "Let it Go" based around Luigi simply letting it go and letting Mario take the lead character spot and all I can say is I am terrified of what my imagination came up with!

I simply disagree. I have no idea why anyone would want to buy someone's save data for a game essentially. I bought the game. I plan to play the game. Why in the world would I buy a finished save file for said game?

I know folks like to crap on Ubisoft and to be fair they certainly have made some choices to warrant it like the NFT nonsense but I hope they remain 3rd party and just improve personally. Remember folks wanted Capcom to go belly-up back in the day but look at them now. They are arguably better than they have ever been.

Ubisoft has made great games in the past and love it or hate it pioneered many of the mechanics in open world games that are still used to this day. Let them try to figure things out first before shutting the door on them I say.

It's certainly not ideal the way they did this but I'm still excited to play this. I only have Sonic 1 and Mania and I've never played CD or finished 3/Knuckles so I'm looking forward to it.

I went into Awakening practically blind when I first got my 3DS. Heck I was so ignorant that until I played Awakening I actually thought Marth and Roy were original characters made just for Smash!🤣

I thought from the cover it just looked kind of cool so I bought it and the rest is history. It's my favorite 3DS game by a mile and cemented the series as one I'd continue to play. The others on 3DS didn't quite reach Awakening's highs for me but Three Houses is by far my favorite Switch game as well and I now put the series even above Zelda and Mario in terms of importance to me.

Yikes. Talk about nickeling and dimeing. I hope other Japanese publishers don't get inspired here. Not a good look.

I like Zelda but I wouldn't buy a new console to play the new one especially when it would still be available on the current Switch. I originally played BOTW1 on the Wii U and was fine with that and BOTW2 looks pretty similar to the original from a technical perspective so i just wouldn't see the point.

Now if a new Fire Emblem was only available on the new console that might temp me to upgrade. Three Houses honestly put that series at the top as my favorite Nintendo franchise even over Zelda and Mario.

Thankfully I'm usually pretty good about canceling my subscriptions when I know I won't be using something very often but this is still welcome to see.

I'm still working through my second playthrough of Three Houses but I'm definitely interested in this even though it isn't exactly what I had in mind when I heard rumor of a new FE game this year.

The remixes to some of Three Houses songs sound great as well!

I'll definitely wait and see some reviews before jumping in on this one. I did like P5 Strikers but I'm usually not into Mousou games. Three Houses is by a mile my favorite Switch game though so I'm at least interested.

I saw a pretty funny Elden Ring one about Lord Will, Smith of Bel-Air or something like that becoming a DLC boss.😄

I loved Child of Light. An excellent game and one that I associate with Ubisoft at their finest. Maybe this is a sign that game has a chance still to live again? One can hope!

I would be absolutely shocked if it isn't a cloud version but to be fair WB did figure out how to put MK11 on Switch so at the very least the publisher has had enough interest to invest in a proper Switch port in the past. I'll definitely be playing this on the PS5 though.

I might give this a whirl at some point but I'm still playing Three Houses for my tactical RPG fix. That game is just stuffed with content.

Honestly didn't really click with Mario Odyssey but I absolutely love 3D World (the only Mario I ever 100%ed) so this sounds right up my alley! I've never played a Kirby game before but this one definitely has my attention.

I'll definitely be picking up a copy today of This War of Mine. I know it isn't much but it's something. Truly heartbreaking what's going on and my thoughts and prayers are with the people of Ukraine.

Eh it's all personal opinion in the end. I'd personally put Persona 5 Royal at the top of all time for myself. Looking forward to Elden Ring though for sure.

I actually never minded using a controller to send texts myself. Maybe I'm just a fossil with regards to that but I'd even be fine with only allowing messages strictly between friends and no one else. Heck I already do this on PS5. I don't receive messages or friend requests from random people.

Plus I like to try to keep my gaming friends and my real life friends seperate for the most part. Maybe that's just a me thing but I mean even Steam has a messaging system and they have less incentive than anyone considering they are a PC platform where you can have discord or the Xbox app to talk to friends right there on your computer. Nintendo doesn't have that luxury. I know its a 1st world problem but like I said I just go to PC or PS5 for my online needs instead.

I mean it didn't seem to be a problem on the Wii U so I'm not sure why it would be a bigger headache on the Switch. And yes I know there are other ways to message people that's not the point.

I understand Nintendo wants to be kid friendly. That's fine but we also have parental controls for that issue.

The point I'm making is Nintendo's online is so inconvenient to use while also costing money. If it was free I'd give them a bit more of a pass but if they want to charge for online I'm sorry missing basic features like this among other things is pretty much a deal breaker for me.

Is it a big deal? No I just go to other platforms for online features because of it and just don't buy Switch online. But it's a shame because I'd like to play some Nintendo games online if playing with friends wasn't such a pain.

It really is pretty insane how Nintendo has been able to get away with their online offerings for Switch. I mean seriously how is there STILL no way to message friends on Switch? Really? I'm not asking for the world here!

I actually kind of like the new logo. Street Fighter 6 is the first Street Fighter coming from some new blood in their fighting game division and it looks like it's graffiti tagged on a Street since it's...you know...called Street Fighter. So the change up makes sense to me.

As for it coming to Switch I wouldn't hold my breath. That trailer looks pretty slick graphics wise. Maybe a cloud version though.

Fates didn't do it for me personally. At least when I tried it back when it first launched. However I might just pick it up anyway. Just in case I ever decide to give it another whirl after I finally finish all Three Houses has to offer.

Hope the new players love it as much as I did! An absolutely excellent game!

I definitely plan on playing this at some point but I want to finish all the routes in Three Houses first. I'm most curious about the story. Is it like a "What if we all worked together?" route? Another interpretation of the different routes from Three Houses? Something else entirely?

Many many hours of my childhood went to this game! It was a bit sad to see Sega drop out of the console market but I do think it's worked out for the best in the end. Sega was by a mile my favorite dev/publisher last gen after they merged with Atlus. Persona 5, Valkyria Chronicles 4, Judgment, and 13 Sentinels are all among my favorites of the generation.

Also for some of Sega's other games in their catalog they were willing to license them out to other devs to take a crack at them like Streets of Rage 4 and Sonic Mania which both also turned out great.

Hopefully they will continue what they are doing and if Lost Judgment was any indication they are still on the right track.

Eh it is what is with JRPGs. Sometimes the VO is good, sometimes it's bad. Whether they are British or Japanese or American English I don't care. As long as I like the game and the characters, I couldn't care less. Plus even if the VO is bad it still makes me smile so for me it's a win win no matter what!

It's the selling part and the fact it's with a most up-to-date console from Nintendo that probably got him in this much trouble. It's sad to see but he did kind of do this to himself along with his accomplices.

Overall it was pretty good. I walked away happy to see Fire Emblem even if it's not a real Fire Emblem. Front Mission coming back was a great surprise. Kirby continued to look impressive. Mario Kart massive DLC is great to see at a great price.

So yup good stuff Nintendo.

This was my favorite surprise of the show for sure. I never got to play Front Mission but the way people describe it sounds like I'd be into it. Looking forward to playing it.

I actually have some good faith this will perform well on Switch. They did a great job with the MLB ports on the Vita back in the day so if I get this years version I thinking I'm leaning towards the Switch version.

Bayonetta 2 for sure. Excellent game. First one though is pretty sloppy with the quick time events. Still fun but annoying at certain points. I think starting at 3 would be fine though as far as story concerns go. I've played both and honestly the only thing I could tell you about the story is that Bayonetta is witch...and that's kind of it. The story is not what you want to play Bayonetta for.

...but it's still a speech bubble...that's the problem...

Sure would be a great time for Atlus to announce Persona 4 Golden for modern consoles...please?

Give me something Persona 25th anniversary related and that rumored Fire Emblem game and I'll be a very happy man!

I know the Switch is the current hotness for Nintendo but I'm in the minority of actually preferring the Wii U. It's too bad that system never got any steam. Sure it was a bit clunky at times but I appreciate what they were going for with it.

Konami gonna Konami. It's funny they talk about preservation and yet the MGS collection is still unavailable due to licensing issues with some of the video used in those games and MGS4 is STILL locked on PS3. And that's just one of the franchises they continue to let collect dust. What a sad state that company is in these days.
