It started off with Sonic the Hedgehog being transformed into a VTuber and now it's Tails' turn. Following on from the official reveal Tails would also become an internet superstar last week, the first episode in 'TailsTube' has now been released.
It features a cameo from the one and only blue blur Sonic, and together the pair take turns answering questions from fans. Sonic also takes time to address his current relationship with Amy, mentioning how she's "just a really good friend".

Can't tell if they did do the vtuber thing, or are just simulating the stiff movement and hitches.

Also... check out that sonic generations screenshot they used for Amy... THE MODELS AND SHADING ARE DIFFERENT! They may have just leaked a generations ultimate accidentally whoopsiee... and an unknown female human character? She might just be concept art for a previous game never before seen... but even that is cool!
Genuinely baffles me. I guess Iām not the target audience but I couldnāt imagine just sitting down to watch a bit of virtual Tails.

@PBandSmelly I noticed that too. IIRC, before this Sega claimed they just hopped between a planet with humans and a planet without humans depending on the game. This explanation makes way more sense, even though this is a bizarre way to establish canon!
Oh boy itās nothing but a way for to vomit out new contradictory lore bs because thatās the only thing the fans care about now, one of the biggest Sonic forums used to be focused on the actual gameplay design but the most active thread there lately has been about continuity nonsense, they slept on Flynn saying that the 30th Anniversary Special comic was a pitch for a new classic game which we can assume was rejected but theyāll go rapid over new insights of whatever Sega has decided āSonicās worldā means this week.
I wish they translated it to other languages.

@Mz3player @PBandSmelly The two worlds thing was always a misunderstanding. It meant two worlds as in two societies, rather than separate planets. They're just making it clear for people now thankfully. A similar thing happened with Forces seemingly established Classic Sonic as being from another dimension.

A bit of a let down it wasn't an actual live stream, but I guess I was thinking unrealisticly, they wouldn't have a va voice act for a hour.
Glad Sega finaly confirmed what Flynn āhintedā to Sonic fans last year regarding that silly "two worlds" stuff.

The future is now, old man. Vtuber Tails isn't any more disturbing than Tails is normally.
They simply must get Silver the Hedgehog on here to answer why it's no use trying to play Sonic 2006.
I wasn't expecting insights like "Us animal pals live on the small islands whilst the humans live on the larger islands", it's actually a pretty cool segment.
