Fantastic direct! The stage list is perfect, Gamexplain had found 85 stages but even then there were a few more stages I wanted back, and they almost all came back! 900+ music track is absolutely insane. Overall they showed off more than I expected and It was truly awesome. I think most people who thought it was a port before have come to admit that's it's definitely a new game. They really drove home the "Ultimate Smash" message. Also, I freaked out at the Chrom announcement. My excitement for this was at a 10 already, yet somehow it went up even further.
If the Black Knight was announced as an echo fighter of Ike I would literally die. Seriously. FE Path of Radiance is my favorite game of all time and to have the Black Knight would be a dream.
@Syrek24 Chrom was an awesome surprise! I was curious how they'd do him since in Awakening he and Lucina are supposed have the same fighting style, but I doubted they make a second echo fighter of Marth. Making him a Roy echo instead ensures that he's different enough to justify a spot, but still similar enough to Lucina. And giving him aeither is just too perfect since he can not only use that skill in Awakening, but it matches the move both him and Lucina use in their first encounter. Also, Rex/Pyra/Mythra is my most wanted newcomer. The only thing holding them back is how new they are vs. Smashes development cycle. But if there's DLC I can almost guarantee they'll be added with how much Sakurai loved Xenoblade 2 (heck they may even be in the game now). Either way, we better get some sweet new Xenoblade X and 2 tracks this time around. The Xenoblade series has grown 200% since the last Smash, and Ultimate should at least try and reflect that somewhat. Still, if it doesn't, I can't complain too much with how much wonderful stuff is already in the game.
My favorite announcement of the direct! There are only like, 16 stages not here, and most of them are completely not needed. Like, Flat Zone 1 and 2 are gone, but we have Flat Zone X. And we don't have Pictochat, but we do have Pictochat 2. Plus, stage morphing is beautiful.
Gotta love the amount of people equating "I don't like Smash" to "will Smash really sell that many consoles?". Smash has been in the top 10 best selling games on each respective system that it's been on (normaly top 5). The only series that consistently have more selling power are Mario, Mario Kart, and Pokemon. So yes, Smash will sell and it will sell gangbusters. With that it will also sell consoles. So no, from a business aspect, Nintendo doesn't need to announce any more games this year. I can understand how some of you are disappointed about the amount of games for you personally, but don't equate your own personal disappointments with a failed business model. Nintendo will be very well off this year with Smash and Pokemon alone.
Fantastic! Been mostly wondering about the modes outside of standard and 8-player smash. Also, to anyone wondering "do we really need more smash information," yes, yes we do. We know very little about the game outside of the new mechanics and engine, a bunch of returning content, and few new characters and stages. There is a ton more that we should know before the game comes out. There's also nothing saying that if we didn't get thisdirect, we'd get info on another game. Being mad about this direct is just petty and nonsensical.
@RaphaBoss Thank you! Everyone is always up in arms about Mother 3, and there are 7 Fire Emblem games that still aren't available in the west (though some have gotten remakes released here). While they're at it, they could always find a way to rerelease Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, that way those trying to get into older titles don't have to pay an arm and a leg to play, imo, the best 2 games in the series.
People who get mad at Nintendo and demand that they have a better 2018 line up are hilarious. It's like, "we want you to have a better 2018 line up!," and Nintendo internally is like "yeah, we kind of wanted to have one too, but stuff happens." Both Fire Emblem and Yoshi were originally 2018 titles and would have made for a more rounded yearly line up. But as it is, they needed more time, so they got more time to become the best games they can be(which we should all be very happy about, because that's not a practice that happens often in this industry). And it's not like Nintendo could just pull an Animal Crossing out of thin air. Games take years to make and if one gets delayed, you can't just shorten the development time of another to fill in thag gap. Yeah the line up is lackluster (for some) but it wasn't planned that way. At the end of the day, Nintendo has more than enough this year to keep sales strong (the double punch of Pokemon and Smash will make for a likely prosperous Nintendo holiday season).
@Cobalt You uh, you definitely read that article wrong.
"So when Masahiro Sakurai revealed that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, built in a shinier version of the Smash Wii U engine, would celebrate the entire series by including every character ever I nearly screamed in this office like a jerk YouTuber."
The commas indicates a separation between what Sakurai revealed and the reporters own rhetoric. What Sakurai revealed was simply that every character was in smash. The reporter was simply adding a statement in there demonstrating what he believed was true, being that it was a "suped up" Smash 4 engine. As of now, we don't officially know how new the engine is and everyone is basically making assumptions or guesses at this point. And either way it doesn't matter. Smash 4 used a suped up Brawl engine. In fact most series use the same engine multiple times per series. Heck, just look at how long Elder Scrolls has used the engine it did for Skyrim. At the end of the day, none of your arguments hold water. This game has new gameplay, which makes it a new game. You and every one else trying to push the "it's a port" narrative are just wrong. Objectively wrong. There is a set definition for what a port, or even a suped up port are, and Smash falls into neither of them. Now, if you said "There personally isn't enough "new" here for me to get excited for," then fine, that is indeed your opinion. Personal taste and wishes are subjective. And I can see where that viewpoint is coming from. But you continually trying to push the idea that this is a port is just asinine. This has a new art style, new gameplay, and an incredible amount of content not from Smash Wii U.
That's alright with me. I think what's important is that he makes a game that everyone can enjoy, from people who play it more as a party game to people who play it competitively. Smash 4 found a really natural balance for this, having plenty of chatacters, fantastic stages, and items to make the party aspect more interesting while also having overall better (not perfect) balancing and features such as omaga forms to satisfy the competitive players. Smash 5 appears to be continuing this trend which makes me very happy.
I have a crack in the exact same spot... well it's nice to have a possible explanation. Happened a couple months ago, and I had no idea why since I hadn't dropped it or anything. Had looked into it but figured it wasn't covered under warranty so it would have been a rather pricey fix. Still, I'd be pretty reluctant to send the system in without cloud saves currently.
This really isn't that lofty of a goal. Last Fiscal year, they sold around 15 million Switch systems, and almost every gaming system released in the past 20 years has sold noticeably more in it's second full fiscal year than it's first (I believe the Wii U is the only exception). In fact 20 million (a 33% increase over last year) is really somewhere in the realm of expected.
I also think that a lot of people on sites like these need to remember that they don't represent a majority of the people who play gameing consoles. Many people, unlike those of us here, don't buy a console as soon as a game/s comes out that they want. Often times, people wait for a variety of personal reasons (waiting for a holiday, can't afford at the moments, simply can't justify spending the money right away, etc.). As of such, game like Zelda, Mario, and Mario Kart are still going to be systen sellers this upcoming holiday season. Nintendo doesn't need more games announced, because the selling power of Pokemon, Smash, and the variety of other great games to already come out will easily sell the desired amount of consoles.
This makes me furious. It's obvious that Sakurai has put an incredible amount of work into this game just to make fans happy. And what does he get, a bunch of angry fan boys who have no idea what the word "appreciation" means. Absolutely deplorable.
There were a number of problems with the Wii U, but the muddy marketing message was definitely the worst. Yeah, the system could have used more games, but even when it got games the system didn't sell because no body wanted the system. The Switch has games, but Nintendo also remembered to show people the advantages of the system outside of the games.
@BLD Yes it was bad but it's been 10 years since Radiant Dawn, I think you might need to let it go. The fact that we even got either of those games with how atrocious Japanese sales for both games were is a miracle. I also think we're well past those days, as Fates came over with almost all of it's actual gameplay in tact (Yes the translation is bad and the face petting is removed, but neither are as severe as an entire mode being removed).
I think there's a lot of generalizations being made about both Treehouse and 8-4. Both have shown that they're capable of creating both fantastic and rather bad localization efforts. My biggest problem with Fates was how lifeless the dialogue felt compared to Awakeing and now Echoes, but Treehouse has shown that they're very capable of creating interesting translated dialogue. I'm not going to say I have confidence that they will, I certainly don't, but they have the capabilities to make a good localization with this game.
I'm definitely in the camp that would prefer to buy the games, however the NSO approach doesn't completely gut me. I just want a larger collection of systems than NES games (A good portion of which have not aged the best and are getting tiring at this point), at least throw in the far better aged SNES. Now of course I understand that the service will be expanded, but at this rate it may be 3 or more years into the Switch's lifespan before we see anything exciting like GBA or Gamecube games on the service.
This is easily my most anticipated non-smash game of the year, and I love it when a JRPG gives me plenty to do! I'll probably download the demo simply to keep me occupied until Aces next week, which will keep me occupied until the full game releases in a month. This will be a good summer for me!
@Meaty-cheeky Why does everyone think Smash takes forever to develop? Smash 4 took an estimated 2.5 years to make with two separate versions. There's one version of this game and it's been a little over 4 years since Smash 4, and a bit under 3 since that last piece of Smash 4 DLC was released. They've had more than enough time to develop a full game
Well I mean... yeah. This shouldn't even be a debate. Just by watching it it's very obvious that it plays different from Smash 4 in a variety of crucial ways (this has also been confirmed by those who have played the game). On top of that every character model has been fantastically upgraded and many of the retuning stages have definitely had work put into them. It should also be noted that we know nothing about the extra modes in the game. Either way if you think this is an "Upgraded Version of Smash 4" than you either aren't paying close enough attention or haven't played enough Smash 4 to really know.
Still, I will admit that the changes present aren't nearly as major as the changes made from Brawl to 4, and much of the game is still mechanically based off of Smash 4, but that makes sense. Smash 4 was mechanically pretty darned good, and needed much less work than Brawl did. But again, the changes present in Ultimate are major enough that, if balanced right, they should make for a more satisfying Smash experience.
At the end of the day though, the "Port Vs. New Game" argument isn't very useful. What's important is whether or not the game has enough content (new or old) to satisfy each individual person's wishes on a personal level for them to buy the game and enjoy it. For me, the game more than justifies it's 60 dollar price tag and I am beyond hyped for it. For others, that may not be the case and that's ok.
Honestly, all I want is a new Xenoblade character and stage. Most series are well represented already, but Xenoblade has grown significantly in the short period since the last one and deserves more than just one character and stage
I was personally pretty pleased with the Direct. As a huge Smash fan the "Everyone is here" part made me lose my mind. Fire Emblem looks promising presentation wise (though I'll need to see more of the actual gameplay to decide if it has the depth I want) and though the delay is personally quite sad, I think the spring release will be much better for sales than the already constricted holiday season. Also, Xenoblade was my favorite game from last year and the DLC looks fantastic. Overall it was quite enjoyable for me, though there was a severe lack of surprise outside of Smash stuff.
However, Fire Emblem and Xenoblade are relatively more niche than some, and some people are just not fans of Smash. So I can definitely see why others would be disappointed. There was a severe lack of variety here.
@thesilverbrick The problem with your assumptions are that you're comparing this year to last year. Last year was a launch year, and because of that most of the 2017 titles were shown off at the beginning of the year. However they were shown off less to be like "Hey, here's all these great games we want you to buy," (Though of course they want people to buy them) and more to be like "Look at all the great games you can play on our shiny new console." With the switch already well established with a solid library, they don't need to do that and they very well could be saving a significant amount for E3. Now, you totally could be right that there is no where near enough games to fill out the rest of the year to a satisfying degree. But there isn't enough past comparable data to fully predict or assume just how Nintendo wants to structure it's announcement/release relationship from here on out with it's new focus on shorter announcement/release schedules.
@thesilverbrick The delay between the Japanese release to the Western release for both Fire Emblem and Xenoblade used to be an issue before last year. FE Echoes had a mere month or so between the Japanese and Western release and Xenoblade 2 was a worldwide release. Simply put, I think it's safe to say that Nintendo is putting their foot foward with an initiative to have as many worldwide or close to worldwide releases as possible. As of such there's no reason to really assume the FE16 will have a significant delay between regions. And as someone said above they're definitely putting more emphasis on shorter time between release and announcement.
Wow... That was an extremely difficult retail list to choose from. Finally settled on Zelda, Odessey, Mario+Rabbids, and Xenoblade. This was a great year on Switch.
3ds was much easier however as Fire Emblem Echoes was the only game, retail or digital, this year. With the roaring success of switch and the very little announced for next year, 2018 is looking to be the end of 3ds. Either way, it's been a great nearly 7 years with the handheld and I'll be sad to see it go.
Also, quick PSA, play Graceful Explosion Machine. Just do it, it's great, and deserves more love.
@Raptor78 Hopefully. Jailbreaking and modding often get a bad rep, but in this digital age they may be the only way some of these gameplay experiences can be preserved for the future
@Raptor78 That's true. On top of that, Nintendo began to dip into game genres that absolutely required online (Splatoon and Mario Maker), so I suspect that they'll work to keep online up for quite a while. Splatoon is still fairly active so as long as these games stay populated, I can see them keeping servers up for quite a while
I started reading this site and keeping up on Nintendo news at the release of the Wii U. It was such an exciting time and Miiverse was a super exciting part of that. Despite not actually using it that much it's pretty sad to see it go and it's the final nail in the coffin to a somewhat disappointing, but still fun era
@KingdomHeartsFan Well the Wii online gaming capabilities shut down about a year and a half into the Wii U's lifetime, so if they shut down game servers next year it wouldn't be too surprising. Also the Wii shop is still up so your eshop purchases will probably be safe for quite a while
@DrJoson I think Pokken might have big enough of a following to have done good. Unfortunately I can't the same about warriors, which is sad since I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan.
@DrJoson Actually, in the case of Mario and Rabbids, those sales numbers wouldn't show up here either way. This a list of first-party releases (developed or published) and Kingdom Battle is solely 3rd party made and published, so hopefully Ubisoft gives us some sales info on that game eventually. Either way, it's a safe bet that it sold over a million. It should also be noted that Pokken came out like a week before Q2 ended, so it could also have sold a million by now. FE warriors likely didn't do very well though unfortunately
Well, I might as well try plugging my level like everybody else. It hasn't been played a lot, but the 2 people who have actually beaten it left positive comments so that's nice. It might be a little more difficult than I originally thought but I put a lot of work into so I'd love if at least someone here would give it a try. I have a few more levels but, this is easily the one I'm most proud of.
It's called The Six Trials
ID: FB64-0000-0059-0924
Thanks to anybody who actually tries it out
I really wish I had been able to participate. But I was working during all the sessions. Maybe they'll hold another few sessions in another week or so. Either way, I'm still probably gonna get the game, I was interested before hand, but I've heard a lot of good things since the demo, so I'm actually still very excited.
Yes! So glad that not all chapters will be kill the general and route the enemy. That was my major complaint with Awakening. Needless to say that I am even more excited now.
Smashes DLC isn't exactly the greatest thing ever But it's not the worst I've ever seen, MK8 on the other hand has had some amazing DLC, 12 dollars to increase the content of the game by 50%. Not only that, but the new tracks are awesome and on par with all the tracks originally included. Though, I don't think I'd want them to keep releasing DLC through the entire generation. I'm fine with the 2 packs that we've gotten already, but if they do keep going, i'd want maybe 2 more packs and i'd be good.
Love all the stages, except Neo Bowser City, easily my least favorite stage in MK7. One track won't ruin it for me though, I'm still super hyped for this.
Though on another note, those covers are beautiful. If we do get both versions here in America, then I will probably be getting both physically for the covers alone. And then if we get the collectors edition, I'll be getting that as well. Man, my wallet will be seriously hurting if they release it this way in America.
When I first heard about this back on Wednesday I was a little worried. But then I heard that each game individually would have as much content as Awakening. Meaning that I can get about twice as much content as Awakening for about 55 dollars, that sounds like a great deal To me honestly. Not only that, I'll be getting basically two brand new Fire Emblem games at one time. I am very excited for 2016.
Well, I personally didn't really want greninja or jigglypuff but I feel bad for any body who does because now they're forced to deal with Target and Toys r Us. I'm just glad Robin and Lucina aren't exclusive so they should be easy to get.
@Gridatttack It's actually kind of a bit more complicated than that, at least in japan. So in Japan, it'll be released as two seperate games. One for Hoshido , one for Nohr. But if you buy one, you can get the other side from the eshop for about $15. So if you buy the Hoshido side version, you can download the Nohr side for 15 bucks. However if you buy it originally from the Eshop you will get both story lines for the same price as any other 3ds game, and you will just make the decision on which path to take after a certain point in the game. In either case, there will also be a 3rd story line released as dlc, for about $15. There is also going to be a special version released at retail for about $77 which includes all three story lines.
Now, something tells me that this is not how it'll be done in the west. First off, though it sold better than most FE games and was critically praised, 300,000 copies sold here still makes it a bit of a niche game. Also in western presentations of the game it has been shown as one game, with 2 branching story lines. So my guess is that in the west both retail and digital versions will feature both storylines. Though the 3rd story line will probably still be dlc.
Well now we know that story wise this game is going to be fantastic, which is a huge step up from Awakening's meh story. Hopefully it can also surpass or at least match Awakening's fantastic cast of characters.
Now I'm curious to see how the gameplay is changed. Most seems to be the same as Awakening but I hope they bring back the diversity in ways to beat a map so not every map is kill all enemies or generals.
And I know these aren't real awards, but really. Best fight scene in a movie goes to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Did they forget Godzilla came out this year. That was a great movie. It had a few problems, but the final fight scene was definitely not one of them.
Well I was wondering if they were going to do anything for the 25th anniversary. Who knows, maybe we'll get a special edition of Fire Emblem If. It'll come with a CD. Just like with Skyward Sword.
@WARMACHINER0X That's actually the setup I use. I personally feel like it works really well. It just takes some time to get used too. That's also how i'm gonna play MHU4 until I can get a new 3ds.

Re: Team That Localised Fire Emblem: Awakening And Echoes Isn't Working On Three Houses
Re: "The Virtual Console successor is Nintendo Switch Online" Says Reggie
I'm definitely in the camp that would prefer to buy the games, however the NSO approach doesn't completely gut me. I just want a larger collection of systems than NES games (A good portion of which have not aged the best and are getting tiring at this point), at least throw in the far better aged SNES. Now of course I understand that the service will be expanded, but at this rate it may be 3 or more years into the Switch's lifespan before we see anything exciting like GBA or Gamecube games on the service.
Re: Octopath Traveler Features 80 - 100 Hours Of Content
This is easily my most anticipated non-smash game of the year, and I love it when a JRPG gives me plenty to do! I'll probably download the demo simply to keep me occupied until Aces next week, which will keep me occupied until the full game releases in a month. This will be a good summer for me!
Re: Nintendo Confirms Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Is A "Brand New Game", Not A Wii U Port
Re: Octopath Traveler Features 80 - 100 Hours Of Content
@Locke159 @Ludovsky @Alber-san https://www.gameinformer.com/feature/octopath-traveler/a-tale-of-intertwined-destinies
This article explains it pretty well. No matter who you choose, you'll still obtain all 8 characters and get to experience their story. Who you choose mearly changes the starting point and a few other things.
Re: Nintendo Confirms Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Is A "Brand New Game", Not A Wii U Port
Re: Guide: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Confirmed Characters, Stages, And Release Date - Everything We Know So Far
Honestly, all I want is a new Xenoblade character and stage. Most series are well represented already, but Xenoblade has grown significantly in the short period since the last one and deserves more than just one character and stage
Re: Feature: The Big Nintendo Summary From E3 2018 - Day One
Re: Super Smash Bros. Creator Masahiro Sakurai Will Appear In Nintendo's E3 Presentation
Re: Super Smash Bros. Creator Masahiro Sakurai Will Appear In Nintendo's E3 Presentation
Re: Feature: It's Time to Vote for Your 2017 Nintendo Life Game of the Year Awards
Re: It's Sci-Fi vs. Fantasy in the Next North American Splatoon 2 Splatfest
Alright, team fantasy it Is! Hopefully my team actually wins this time, haven't been on the winning team once so far, haha.
Re: The Results of the First Kirby Copy Ability Poll Are In
Don't worry Magic... you may be the most forgotten Kirby ability... but you'll always be my favorite
Re: Super Mario Maker Updates Are Now Live
@Raptor78 Hopefully. Jailbreaking and modding often get a bad rep, but in this digital age they may be the only way some of these gameplay experiences can be preserved for the future
Re: Super Mario Maker Updates Are Now Live
@Raptor78 That's true. On top of that, Nintendo began to dip into game genres that absolutely required online (Splatoon and Mario Maker), so I suspect that they'll work to keep online up for quite a while. Splatoon is still fairly active so as long as these games stay populated, I can see them keeping servers up for quite a while
Re: Super Mario Maker Updates Are Now Live
I started reading this site and keeping up on Nintendo news at the release of the Wii U. It was such an exciting time and Miiverse was a super exciting part of that. Despite not actually using it that much it's pretty sad to see it go and it's the final nail in the coffin to a somewhat disappointing, but still fun era
@KingdomHeartsFan Well the Wii online gaming capabilities shut down about a year and a half into the Wii U's lifetime, so if they shut down game servers next year it wouldn't be too surprising. Also the Wii shop is still up so your eshop purchases will probably be safe for quite a while
Re: These Are The Nintendo Switch's Million-Selling Games
@DrJoson I think Pokken might have big enough of a following to have done good. Unfortunately I can't the same about warriors, which is sad since I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan.
Re: These Are The Nintendo Switch's Million-Selling Games
@DrJoson Actually, in the case of Mario and Rabbids, those sales numbers wouldn't show up here either way. This a list of first-party releases (developed or published) and Kingdom Battle is solely 3rd party made and published, so hopefully Ubisoft gives us some sales info on that game eventually. Either way, it's a safe bet that it sold over a million. It should also be noted that Pokken came out like a week before Q2 ended, so it could also have sold a million by now. FE warriors likely didn't do very well though unfortunately
Re: Video: We Want Your Super Mario Maker Levels for Our New YouTube Series
Well, I might as well try plugging my level like everybody else. It hasn't been played a lot, but the 2 people who have actually beaten it left positive comments so that's nice. It might be a little more difficult than I originally thought but I put a lot of work into so I'd love if at least someone here would give it a try. I have a few more levels but, this is easily the one I'm most proud of.
It's called The Six Trials
ID: FB64-0000-0059-0924
Thanks to anybody who actually tries it out
Re: Poll: Did The Splatoon Global Testfire Hit Its Targets?
I really wish I had been able to participate. But I was working during all the sessions. Maybe they'll hold another few sessions in another week or so. Either way, I'm still probably gonna get the game, I was interested before hand, but I've heard a lot of good things since the demo, so I'm actually still very excited.
Re: Fire Emblem's Two Versions Will Offer Very Different Challenges
Yes! So glad that not all chapters will be kill the general and route the enemy. That was my major complaint with Awakening. Needless to say that I am even more excited now.
Re: Poll: Would You Like Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. DLC to Expand for a Whole Generation?
Smashes DLC isn't exactly the greatest thing ever But it's not the worst I've ever seen, MK8 on the other hand has had some amazing DLC, 12 dollars to increase the content of the game by 50%. Not only that, but the new tracks are awesome and on par with all the tracks originally included. Though, I don't think I'd want them to keep releasing DLC through the entire generation. I'm fine with the 2 packs that we've gotten already, but if they do keep going, i'd want maybe 2 more packs and i'd be good.
Re: Nintendo of Japan Confirms the Tracks in the Upcoming Mario Kart 8 DLC
Love all the stages, except Neo Bowser City, easily my least favorite stage in MK7. One track won't ruin it for me though, I'm still super hyped for this.
Re: New Fire Emblem on 3DS Takes Shape as Two Separate Releases in Japan
Though on another note, those covers are beautiful. If we do get both versions here in America, then I will probably be getting both physically for the covers alone. And then if we get the collectors edition, I'll be getting that as well. Man, my wallet will be seriously hurting if they release it this way in America.
Re: New Fire Emblem on 3DS Takes Shape as Two Separate Releases in Japan
When I first heard about this back on Wednesday I was a little worried. But then I heard that each game individually would have as much content as Awakening. Meaning that I can get about twice as much content as Awakening for about 55 dollars, that sounds like a great deal To me honestly. Not only that, I'll be getting basically two brand new Fire Emblem games at one time. I am very excited for 2016.
Re: North American Retailers Confirm Super Smash Bros. amiibo Exclusives and Pre-Order Times
Well, I personally didn't really want greninja or jigglypuff but I feel bad for any body who does because now they're forced to deal with Target and Toys r Us. I'm just glad Robin and Lucina aren't exclusive so they should be easy to get.
Re: The New 3DS Fire Emblem Will Force You To Pick A Side
Re: The New 3DS Fire Emblem Will Force You To Pick A Side
Well now we know that story wise this game is going to be fantastic, which is a huge step up from Awakening's meh story. Hopefully it can also surpass or at least match Awakening's fantastic cast of characters.
Now I'm curious to see how the gameplay is changed. Most seems to be the same as Awakening but I hope they bring back the diversity in ways to beat a map so not every map is kill all enemies or generals.
Re: Weirdness: Nintendo Tries to Jump on the Oscars Bandwagon With Its Own Film Awards
These are a lot of fun actually.
And I know these aren't real awards, but really. Best fight scene in a movie goes to Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Did they forget Godzilla came out this year. That was a great movie. It had a few problems, but the final fight scene was definitely not one of them.
Re: A Fire Emblem 25th Anniversary Symphony Concert is Coming to Japan
Well I was wondering if they were going to do anything for the 25th anniversary. Who knows, maybe we'll get a special edition of Fire Emblem If. It'll come with a CD. Just like with Skyward Sword.
Re: Video: Capcom Explains Why Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate On New Nintendo 3DS Is The Definitive Experience
@WARMACHINER0X That's actually the setup I use. I personally feel like it works really well. It just takes some time to get used too. That's also how i'm gonna play MHU4 until I can get a new 3ds.
