The characters look a bit odd, and it already looks like it's not going to run well.

But they can only improve it from this point! And the rest looks quite nice, or at least better.

It's an odd choice, but it doesn't look like the most technically demanding game. Maybe they're focusing on the platforms where power isn't an issue and then scaling back to the Switch.

But the original Soul Hackers was on PlayStation and we've seen SMT on Xbox before....I suppose it isn't too strange.

I guess people really like open world games...but they like ugly ones slightly less.

@Willo567 That's a good point, I guess we will have to wait and see how many corners they have cut.
I'm sure it's easier to upgrade a course from MK Tour for Switch than it is to optimize a course from MK8. But the effort they put into overhauling courses like Ribbon Road set a high standard!

...but I'll shut up, we all know that I will buy and enjoy the courses regardless

I was tempted as well, but I can't even transfer all of my Pokémon into the current gen games.

Would rather not transfer my Pokémon if they're held hostage by a Pokémon Home subscription.

It was obvious from the first trailer that the new tracks are from Tour, but are we not getting any anti-gravity sections whatsoever?

Twice the amount of courses is great...but it's odd that half of them will look different and miss this game's gimmick entirely.

Would love to see Soul Hackers on Switch, but it would need some serious work.

Still don't see how this is any worse than a game going out of print, it's just the modern equivalent.

You still have to buy it at the time, pay too much for it on ebay or emulate it.

Is it unfortunate? Absolutely.

But we also agree to these terms whenever we buy a game digitally, we just don't read it. And realistically we have had years to buy these games!
There are plenty of 3DS/Wii U titles I never had the time or money for and it hasn't been the end of the world.

I'm tempted to buy some VC games, but I don't really use those consoles anymore.
And they're still fun...but compared to the Switch they incredibly slow home menus.

At least these consoles are reasonably easy to emulate? I guess that's a last resort.

But it's sport, where are the spoilers with that? Someone hit a thing and then someone else hit it back?

We're going to know if it's good or bad regardless.

I don't see this coming to Switch for so many reasons, I wish they would cancel it so every news site doesn't have to reference it.

Not surprised, it was only a matter of time. I don't see any way that this wouldn't of happened.

It's just annoying that Nintendo's approach is "do it our way or get nothing at all". Especially when they make things so difficult at times.

I enjoyed it but I wouldn't say it is the best in the series, it felt kind of...hollow?

But it's the best HD game in the series! Amiibo festival isn't taking that title

We were told that the Wii U was still being supported and then it was axed the next year.

I know the Switch is in a different situation, but it's not like they're going to tell us if something else is coming.

Technically impressive.....but artistically it's a disaster.

@popey1980 It might get more updates, but I've been doing the same three events for four years at this point. There's only so much they can do.

New Horizons wasn't my favourite AC but it definitely does more than Pocket Camp. The only exception is probably furniture sets, but they require less work compared to the switch.

It's safe to assume all of Nintendo's major series are in active development at all times, so that's hardly news.

I'm sure I'll buy it and enjoy it regardless of when it comes out

As someone that loves Atlus games and has for many years....Persona 5 isn't worth all the complaining and whining.

If you were that desperate then you could have bought a PS3, 4, or 5! Pretty sure it runs on emulators too!

Well the Switch is easier to find isn't it? And it has years of exclusives for newcomers.
