Looking back on WCW/nWo Revenge, that game likely had the greatest roster in a wrestling game ever (that only featured current wrestlers).

Less people are watching wrestling now, period. It's not even something the general public cares about anymore, it only appeals to the hardcore internet nerd fanbase. And yes, TV ratings do matter, and AEW (the #2 company) is currently drawing worse ratings for their main show than the worst ratings that WWF and WCW ever got for their B-level programs in the 90s.

Sorry you were born too late and missed out on watching the late-80s to late-90s era of wrestling. Nobody who experienced that time would ever say that wrestling is just as/more popular today than it was then 😂

There are less people watching professional wrestling at this point in time than any other time in the past 30+ years.

Whether you want to believe it or not, the amount of people watching wrestling is a direct indicator of how popular it is, and almost nobody is watching it today except for fat bearded geeks who collect FunkoPop and watch anime. Regular people stopped watching it long ago.

If you enjoy it, good for you, but don't delude yourself into believe that wrestling is "better than ever" today 🤡

In the 90's, WWF and WCW were drawing tens of millions of viewers a week (each), wrestlers were featured all over mainstream media, talk shows, magazines, etc.

Now nobody cares about it, and WWE is getting their lowest ratings in history and AEW has about 650-700K viewers 🤡

Modern wrestling/wrestlers are trash, but I would play a new No Mercy game if it was loaded with old wrestlers

I got a free Steam code I sold on eBay for $30.

When I receive the physical copy (possibly next week according to tracking), I plan on selling it on eBay for at least $50-70.

There is NO "What is done, is done."

I take control the time i play.
I will NOT follow the normal time flow conducting me to play the game everyday because sometimes i cannot play Animal Crossing everyday.
Forcing player to keep playing everyday or i get punished by losing a villager is not a cool idea.
I need a Time Control to keep the game stay safe when i leave the game for long time.
That's why i need Time Travel, not just for a sake of getting quick result.

I don't want a change in my town without my acknowledge.
I don't want villagers cycling.
I don't want to lose my favorite villagers.
That's why i need to freeze the game to keep my island stay same and safe when i leave the game for long time.
