Kinda hard to be hyped for something that doesn't even give us at least 10 seconds worth of gameplay. Though the Pokemon Bank thing is pretty nice since I was too lazy to renew my subscription, so I'll probably renew it whenever I decide to pick up Yellow.

I'm already enjoying Fates more than Awakening, the difficulty on Birthright(Hard/Lunatic) is already harder than Awakening's Lunatic without feeling cheap or unfair. I'll be jumping straight to Conquest, and then Revelations of my Special Edition copy once I'm done Birthright.

I might play a bit of this splatfest, but I imagine I'll probably just stick with playing Fates since I picked up my special edition today.

@TheWPCTraveler Didn't think it was easy to tell, but yes I haven't seen the Fire Emblem anime lol.

Looks like I stand corrected about there being no chances of anime costumes being in Mario Maker lol.

Picking up the Special Edition (or Conquest if something goes wrong with my pre-order, I hope not) of Fire Emblem Fates tomorrow, it's gonna be fun putting hundreds of hours into this game.

RIP my backlog for the next month or so once Fates releases since I imagine I'll be putting in even more time into Fates than Awakening, and I had around 950 hours in Awakening.

My download for Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3 was 40 minutes when I started the survey, now it's 17 minutes remaining.

It's pretty crazy we got so much DLC fighters within a year, I'm satisfied with them. Haven't bought every stage or Bayonetta yet, but I'll buy them at some point. I wasn't really that interested in the Mii Fighter costumes outside of the Splatoon and Monster Hunter ones.

The new design looks pretty cool, though I personally prefer the old design. However, I do like the new notification system since I won't need to constantly look at my email.

That image alone was worth the click.

These next 2 weeks are going to be a very long, but worthwhile wait.

It would be cool, though I can imagine certain events would be hard to code, especially 2 of them which I won't spoil for those who haven't played yet.

Still waiting for more Fire Emblem amiibo restocks over here since I only have Ike. I dunno if I'll stop buying amiibo once I get those and the Shovel Knight amiibo, but I'll see depending on what functionality amiibo some will have in the future as they do look good, though some have better functionality than others.

@toxibunny There's no need to constantly scan the amiibo to play the minigames, once you unlock them, you get to keep them forever. So yes, it's possible to unlock the minigames and give away the amiibo later.

I probably should've just went today instead of yesterday to buy the Steam Card since I noticed a poster saying the Mew event starts tomorrow(today) when I was there. Oh well, I guess I'll just wait until the day Fates releases to get the code, assuming there'll be any left by then.

If this is true, I personally wouldn't mind since Splatoon's amiibo are all optional and nothing major is really "locked" behind them. The challenges don't really change how you approach the level that much outside of the limited ink challenge which isn't really that hard to replicate without tbh. The rewards are all reskins of existing stuff excluding the minigames which is really just a small bonus and not needed to enjoy the game.

At most this would be a port of Smash 4 or Melee considering it takes a few years to make one. The team who worked on Smash 4 has been pretty busy with making DLC and balancing for the past year so I doubt they were working on a new Smash already if Nintendo's next console releases within the next 2 years.

Pretty crazy to think that we'll need to wait until April if you want to get Anna, though I guess it doesn't matter too much since I'll be trying out everything the three paths have to offer for the next 2 months.

I got the special edition pre-ordered so I should be fine unless EB Games has a mishap with the orders at launch (which would really suck). If that happens, I'll either wait for them to fix my order or buy the Conquest Edition.

I'll be going with Nohr first since lately I've mostly been going with the "dark" side in decisions like Decepticons in Splatoon's Splatfest, Genocide run in Undertale and the Conquest ending in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2.

Man, the wait is almost over, but it feels like it's taking forever to get there. The wait will be very worth it in the end, though I have a feeling I won't be able to finish other games on my backlog for a while due to this game potentially eating hundreds of hours of playtime like Awakening did.

If it comes to the west, I'd probably buy it since it looks better than the previous spin-offs we had.

I guess you can say the Stability has reached the point where everything it touches becomes too stable, thus making it unstable.

Yep, it's definitely easier to see the difference between the mod and original by using Wind Waker instead of Melee as it's easier to see any noticeable differences.

If I had to pick one, it would be Isabelle since I'd rather not buy Amiibo Festival to get her.

If this is true then I guess I don't have to worry about getting Shiek and Toon Link since I already own Link, Zelda and Ganondorf.

@RupeeClock I noticed when I was watching the video, couldn't see the difference between the mod and original lol.

Wind Waker or Paper Mario probably would have been a better choice to showcase this mod as those games look beautiful when they aren't blurry.

Not too surprised about the Steam sales, you can get a bunch of good games for a cheap price if you wait for the Steam sales. Good to see that they're at least making a profit despite the low sales.

I'll probably try this out since it does seem more appealing than the previous set as you can throw in sprinklers at random spots to build up your special or even as a shield if you know what you're doing.

I've been wanting to get Bayonetta 2 for a while so I may pick up this if I can't find any copies of 1+2 once I have enough money for the game.

Considering you can ride a Nargacuga and Tigrex in this, I have hopes we can ride a Deviljho at some point.

When I asked for Pocky & Rocky to be available for purchase, this isn't exactly what I had in mind lol.

@DarthNocturnal We still do, but the previous one was a McDonalds/Nintendo Zone event which we don't have anymore.

@RainbowGazelle Well that's a shame, I was hoping we would since Canada doesn't have Nintendo Zones anymore so we missed Hoopa.

Hopefully Hoopa will be one of the legendaries that will be distributed.

That was a great watch, never thought the series would be back. The animation improved a lot compared to when it first started and the visuals are nice too.

I'll probably stick with the regular Sloshing Machine, but I'll try it out when it releases.

I remember getting this from Club Nintendo, though I stopped playing this after awhile since I'm not a huge fan of the Wii U's virtual Wii mode. If it comes to the Wii U eshop in NA, I'll probably upgrade since I'd prefer to play this on the Gamepad.

Hopefully we'll get the game at some point since I might be desperate and just get a japanese New 3DS eventually if we don't get it lol.
