Not interested in a lot, and most of the games there you can't even play on Switch. I was interested in the Finals S3 (cannot recommend it enough, very fun), Metaphor seems to be shaping up to be a possible GOTY contender, Slitterhead seems very interesting especially if the rumors that Junji Ito worked on it are true, and Killer Bean seems very fun.

I really liked the pixel art, especially compared to the art design Superstars has. I don't know what it is, but it just looks like a really bland, generic art style. Would have much preferred if they had just gone with the art design the Adventure and Advance games had.

Might have been able to get it if it wasn't for the scalpers that bought it all up.

I don't really think Illumination is the best for this kind of movie. Almost all of their movies are mediocre, and they don't have a good art style for Zelda. I feel like DreamWorks would be better, or Sony, but that would never happen. It works for Mario, but Zelda needs a relatively complex plot and actual emotional beats.

@YoshiFlutterJump The game leaked online, so if you have a hacked switch you can download the game and then put it on your switch, and play it that way.

@Ralizah The tears of the kingdom subreddit has a lot of leaked clips, I haven't seen them myself because I don't really want to get spoiled, but check it out if you want to see them.

@Ralizah Someone got a copy of the game early, and they started streaming it online, so the game has leaked completely.

Cloud gaming is really bad and barely has a player base, I find it weird that this is why the deal was blocked.

@AstraeaV Probably not, the person who posted this said it's from a 2021 private conference with Sega, which would explain why, and it could have been most likely a tech demo or a very early build that was just using spruced up models from the Dancing games.

Looks honestly very interesting, but I wonder if there are weapons that you can't create using the fuse system. Also, the zonai do have something to do with the story, since one of the items was called "Zonai Charge".

@PessitheMystic The Enigma of Amigara Fault is a pretty good intro to his style, and it's a short story that you can finish in less than ten minutes.

My favorite mecha designs would have to be the EVAs from Evangelion because of how organic and biological they look.

Wish Nintendo would do Legos with other series than Mario. Back in late 2021 there was a Metroid Lego Ideas set that went nowhere, so I don't have much hope for this.

Looks like the posters that leaked were real, but all the models look wayyyy better in motion than they do on the posters.

That screenshot honestly looks like it is straight out of a 3D Mario game.

Microsoft will no matter what keep COD on Playstation, as not only does it make more money that way, but if they were to make it exclusive, I believe they would actually lose money. Xbox console sales are sold at a loss, so there's no point to try to up the amount that are sold imo. Although Sony's concern about becoming Nintendo 2.0 (the irony) is warranted, they still have exclusive "mature/adult" games, such as God of War, Kill zone, Uncharted maybe, etc. Perhaps Sony should start using their IPs instead of complaining so much.

@NotSoCryptic That sucks I guess, because I haven't been able to upgrade to the current gen yet.

@sixrings Can't tell honestly if you're serious or not. Modern games are barely playable without a frame rate of over 20-25. Plus, older games generally had a frame rate of 60.

@somnambulance The 2/10 to review from digital trends wasn't very good though. It might be their opinion, but they brought up some really bad reasons. At one point they even called it worse than Sonic '06. They also just randomly brought up Dunkey.

Cannot wait for the movie. It looks great so far.

Guess I'll be skipping the Switch version and going for the Xbox One version.
