Re: It's Official, Knuckles Is Now A VTuber

They're pumping these out pretty quickly, I don't have a problem with them at all, though I won't be watching 'em. I do find it really cool how similar the Japanese voices sound to the English ones though (besides maybe Amy and kinda Knuckles).

Re: Random: Euphoria Star Hunter Schafer Thinks It "Would Be Cool" To Play Princess Zelda In A Live-Action Movie

@Hydra_Spectre That's very true and I was thinking a little too fast, there's a chance she'd be a great actress for it. But the thing is, after this Euphoria show that's seemingly exploding in popularity right now, that is what the actress is going to be known for for at least a while. While I guess I wouldn't care if she did a good performance, I could see the fan community lashing out after a casting choice like that.

Edit: I agree a studio ghibli type thing could be lit too

Re: Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2: Everything We Know So Far

@zool I doubt that for all the reasons previously stated but you do you, seriously look up how often mainline 3D Zelda games get delayed and for how long, this is not uncommon. I don't doubt financial reasons could play into it as well though!

Sometimes too much IS expected from delayed games, but not with Nintendo really, if you can give me 3 big examples of first party delayed Nintendo games that turned out bad I'll give you a lollipop.

Also, delayed games almost ALWAYS have people working on them, I listen to several podcasts with people previously from the games industry, some rom Nintendo itself, a game being delayed means that they want to work on it more, not that it isn't being worked on.

Hope this clears up your confusions.

@zool Botw 1 got delayed more than this game has buddy, that game definitely wasn't bad, that's just something that happens to basically every 3D Zelda game. Just means that they're trying to improve it, "A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad" - Shigeru Miyamoto

Re: New Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild 2 Footage Showcases Gnarly Master Sword

FroZtedFlake

So I've already said this on the Botw 2 forum, this scene brings to mind upgrading the goddess sword with the sacred flames in Skyward Sword, it even has that light blue "Fi-looking" glow. I think the sword was heavily damaged by old-man-ganon at the beginning and these flame-glowy-things he's seemingly going to immerse it in are to repair it.
Who knows maybe we'll get Fi back as the guide for this game too

Also that mark on his arm, I can't tell but it's glowing gold so maybe triforce...

@MostHandsieBoy Sorry that came off way more aggressive then I meant it too lol, but like isn't that basically what signed things are? autographs? If you get that much collectibles, you probably can't keep em all. I get what you're saying tho, I wouldn't sell that if I had it. But I'm glad the world gets to see it because of this!
Not everything requires negative input though, just make a neutral or positive joke instead, steer clear of strife!

Re: Hogwarts Legacy Is Apparently Coming To Nintendo Switch

FroZtedFlake

@Not_Soos Yeah the only recognizable characters are some of those mentioned in Professor Binns history class (in the book) Possibly some magical creatures (such as house-elves)
And the ghosts of hogwarts
I'd also have kind of rather had more characters I knew but it does look pretty freaking awesome regardless

Also amazing comment about the whole Rowling thing, that's exactly how I feel about it, loveeeeeeee the Harry Potter series but don't support JK obviously, I've already had people telling me I shouldn't buy the game though, ugh
