Mirroring a similarly monstrous Cyber Deals sale on the European Switch eShop, Nintendo has announced a big Cyber Deals sale in North America, with discounts on a whole bunch of Switch games. The platform holder is offering up to 50% off (and even more in a few outlying cases) some big titles.
There are too many games to list them all, but these are the ones that Nintendo itself saw fit to highlight. Check out the full list — including more Capcom, Ubisoft, EA, and SEGA titles — on Nintendo's website.
The deals below will be available from the time of writing until Nov 30th at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Not much I’m interested in unfortunately.
Sweet!! Been waiting all year for a digital sale for Hyrule Warriors. Almost finished with my first playthrough of Dread, and this looks like my moment! 😁
Who says first party Nintendo games never get price drop? Black Friday sale and player’s choice say not so.
I'd forgotten about Layton's Mystery Journey. I guess it's a good time to grab it.
I'd buy Splatoon 2 or Super Mario Maker 2. But Castlevania Advance is a really good one. May buy Xenoblade Chronicles 2 too, if I'm able to sell my physical cartridge (without box, anything) for the same price
Looking for a sale on NMH3 and DQXIS. Any suggestions?
I think I'll go for Splatoon 2 because I've never played a game in the series yet. I might also get the Doom Collection physical if it's not horrendously expensive. Just bought a handful of physical games in the $20 range.
It's basically an insult that they still only do 30% on their 1st party titles that have been available for years..
I see a few titles on my Wishlist on sale of course, Super Monkey Ball and such, but I'll probably just pass since it's only 25%. I've gone this long without playing... plus I just bought RE Village as it's 50% off on PSN right now. That's a discount I can support.
DQ was not discounted as much as Europe
@HeyNavComm The same first party games are 60% off at gamestop. Definitely worth checking out 👍
I’ll have to see what the sale price’s are for 3 or 4 certain games that I’m interested in before I make any decisions.
Shame the deals are bad as usual. Would snatch up Hyrule Warriors if Nintendough ever did reasonable sales for old games first party games.
Super Monkey Ball is very tempting at 25% off. Lots of my wishlist games are on sale, but most of the sales aren't quite low enough to grab me. I may get a few though. I was curious about Bastion and now it is only 3 dollars, so basically no reason not to try it.
@Axecon DQXIS is on the list.
@Boogaloo_Jenkins Unfortunately not for Canada.... we get ***** on a stick up here. Same sale as online.
YAY! $40 for a Switch port of a 10 year old Wii U game! What a great deal!
@Don wouldnt say 30% off a 9 year old game is much of a 'deal'
I saw in the "Sales and Deals" section of the Nintendo of America website that several sales have started (Sega, Capcom, Konami, Ubisoft, some independent developers, etc.).
The only game I'm sure I'll take is Horizon Chase Turbo (I like Top Gear and enjoyed the trailer promoting Senna's DLC).
There are several others I'm considering:
Valkyria Chronicles 4; Banner of the Maid; Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle; Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna - The Golden Country; Grandia HD Collection; and Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection.
With the exception of Torna, all of them are often on sale, so I need to decide which one I'm most keen on playing at the moment.
@Pablo17 If you do not already have the Messenger, you should check it out. Definitely one of my favorite switch games. I bought it when it was on sale 2 years ago. (Or maybe last year, can't remember) and fun to pick up and play for short spurts or play for a long time. Great humor and great gameplay.
P5 Strikers is a must-buy at 50% off.
Tetris Effect may be a good choice to get now and play in between some of my SMTV sessions.
Sadly, I was hoping for a Disco Elysium discount too but seems like it is not happening.
Imma cop me some persona
Too bad Eastward isn't on the list. That's what I'm really wanting from a digital sale.
@Axecon dqxi digital from Nintendo eshop, $35, is the cheapest, after a quick Google search. If you want physical, $30 on ebay.
Still waiting on that Cuphead physical release
Cool, been waiting for a sale on Subnautica
I really hate this. Why is Dragon Quest XI only 30% off for north America when its 50% off in Europe?! It makes absolutely NO SENSE. I would have bought it otherwise.
Awesome! I just downloaded:
-Dark Souls (lost my physical copy)
-Castlevania Advance Collection
-Doom 64
-Duke Nukem
-Quake
-Blizzard Collection
Nintendo can take their 30% off and blow it out their ear
I'm still trying to figure out why Gear Club 2 is $7.49 with game + dlc. Yet individual dlc is $14.99. Hmm. I already have the game. I don't want to double dip.
Finally grabbed What The Golf? and In Other Waters so far. Been waiting quite a while for both to hit the sales!
Likely getting Savage Planet later too.
Truly some good stuff. I'm grabbing at least 2 in the sale, maybe 3 games.
Recently I picked up Dicey Dungeons for $3.74 on the eShop.
From GameStop I ordered Crash 4 (physical) for $20, Banana Mania (physical) for $20. I also got Astral Chain (digital) for $26.99 from GameStop.
In this sale I am thinking about picking up Dead Cells.
Other games I am maybe interested in but probably won’t pick up right now (or at least not all of them) are: Cuphead, Cyber Shadow, Spelunky 2 (haven’t played either of them), The Messenger. I have to save something to buy in future sales and keep the backlog from getting too overwhelming.
@Don Does Nintendo even do players choice at all anymore?? Last time I remember seeing that was on the Gamecube.
@Tasuki They do Nintendo Selects. They had them on Wii and 3DS.
Picked up Wonderful 101, Panzer Dragoon: Remake, Sega Genesis Classics, and the Gunman Clive Collection on eShop. Thinking of grabbing Lego City Undercover since I have some leftover money and coins.
Also got Fire Emblem, New Super Mario Bros, and Xenoblade Chronicles 1 from GameStop.
I noticed Cruise 'N Blast is on sale as well, so I grabbed it.
I'm undecided between Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Atelier Ryza. Which one is a better deal? (I didn't like Xenoblade Chronicles X, but I heard Xeno 2 is better)
It must be taboo for Nintendo to lower any exclusives down to a reasonable price for a sale.
@Tasuki
The Wii definitely had player’s choice, Mario Galaxy, DKC Returns and Zelda Twilight Princess were $20 under the label. The Wii U had it too Mario 3D World and Nintendo land were two of the titles as well as 3DS Star Fox and Ocarina of Time 3D, Link Between Worlds were discounted under the label.
DQXI NEVER goes on sale. Epic
Finally i'll leave (fou a while) Monster Hunter GU and discover Rise.
@Axecon MH Rise, if you didnt play it already. There much more good games on the online store too
Im broke into December lol
@MsJubilee yea its crazy. I'm biting the bullet for xc2 though. It's the lowest it'll ever be.
@jamesthemagi But in compare to dollar exchange rate against the euro it is irrelevant.
The game Transistor is in sale on US eshop (or other region whatsoever)?
Why does Ori and the Will of the Wisps have all these huge sales but Ori and the Blind Forest stays the same?
Ugh… I want to play Will of the Wisps but feel that I must play the first game first!
Someone can help me? I'm from Brazil, and i cannot use my credit card to buy anything on the US eshop. I want the Transistor game (it's 3.99 now), but the smaller eshop card available is 10$. There's a way for me to buy the game? I want it so much, have Bastion and Hades already.
I may get Hyrule Warriors, but Doom eternal seems like a good deal, I had lots of fun with the first one.
Oh good, a list of percentages
@fafonio Well, actually there's not a strong "need" to play the first game first, but I'd recommend doing so. Of course knowing the story after playing the first game would be good, but if you play Wisps before Forest you might think Forest is a little "barebones" (not the best word choice, but you'll get it) in terms of moves and abilities. Actually, it isn't, but as Wisps gives us good game mechanics improvement over Forest, you might get that feeling, and that's my point: you might feel Forest is a "lesser" experience, which it definitely isn't.
I'm telling you all these things because I've had some of my best gaming moments ever with the two games and I think you might have a great experience too, so that's my suggestion: first Forest, then Wisps
Might buy FIFA just because I haven’t played a soccer game in forever and there usually fun. Might get one more game too.
Think I'll just grab dead cells, everything else o already have or doesn't appeal to me
@HeyNavComm I do 't think it's an insult to avoid discounting their games like crazy. At least you don't regret buying their games day one. I've seen games drop 60% in less than 2 months way too many times, and the only games I buy day one are Nintendo games.
@John_Deacon cara, vc salvou a minha vida! Deu certo e paguei NOVE reais!!! Muito o rigado MESMO
Got God Eater 3, Sundered, MH Rise and Transistor. I'm broke.
I actually caved and bought a ton of games. I recently sold some old tmnt toys for $200, so I used that and bought eshop credit. I wound up buying Doom Eternal, Dragon Quest XI, Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Wolfenstein Young Blood, Wolfenstein II, Death's Door, Wunderling and Quake. I also bought Tetris Connected, Wandersong and Transistor for my wife. I'm truly set for 2022 now in terms of games. Haha.
@Would_you_kindly
True but it could be worse. Older games usually go up in price like classic Zelda, Pokémon or Kirby games.
@Don dang player’s choice, thanks for making me feel old lol haven’t heard that in a while
@Moonlessky
Don’t feel bad I’m pretty old myself, about the same age as the NES lol.
Ending up going with Valkyria Chronicles 4 and Transistor, not bad for 20 bucks.
Some of these are really good deals, but I strongly prefer to keep my Switch library physical.
I have the vast majority on the list anyway. Just haven't gotten around to downloading Subnautica off my wishlist. Which I hope to rectify shortly
Picked up Castlevania Advance Collection & Duke Nukem. Had Xeno Crisis, Celeste, and a few others on the list for ages they never seem to go on offer.
I missed Astral Chain $26 and now i hate myself.
@Kaibo absolutely! I have it on PS4, and I hear the Switch version runs pretty well too, at least better than Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. I would encourage anyone to pick up P5S if they have played/watched a playthrough of P5/P5R; the writing, voice acting, and in some cases music I think are better than the previous game, and it's one of the best ARPG's I've played!!
I picked up Cruis’n Blast for $24.99. A friend of mine told me how much fun it was. I briefly tried it on their system and loved the sense of speed and the stunts you could pull off.
I ended up getting Subnautica and Below Zero. I already had a run-in with the Ghost Leviathan. I hate the ocean, LOL.
